Jurnal Teknik Informatika (JUTIF) is an Indonesian national journal, publishes high-quality research papers in the broad field of Informatics, Information Systems and Computer Science, which encompasses software engineering, information system development, computer systems, computer network, algorithms and computation, and social impact of information and telecommunication technology. Jurnal Teknik Informatika (JUTIF) is published by Informatics Department, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman twice a year, in June and December. The utilization of various information technologies can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the scientific publication process. Design can realize one of the uses of Information Technology in designing an electronic journal information system is that tools can use to solve these problems. The electronic journal information system is the collection, data collection, management, and or publication of scientific journals electronically. In addition, if the correct information can accompany the selection of journals, it will increase the effectiveness of publication activities in terms of time efficiency. Therefore, to support time management must be supported by a system design that includes journal subsystem information in planning the selection of open access journals when publishing. Based on the description above, this integration system aims to assist in compiling a journal integration system design based on software requirements analysis. In addition, the system development method used is the waterfall which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, dan operation & maintenante. The design uses a DBMS, UML, ERD, Wireframe, and database implementation.The results indicate that the system can assist in selecting journals that are following their fields to estimate open access journals based on the estimated submission time. In addition, the integrated approach that has been successfully implemented as a system has four subsystems: the primary database, human resource system, index system, and payment system.

The clinic is one of the small and medium-scale public facilities that provide individual health services with basic and detailed services. The application of information systems in health clinics has been carried out in recent years to support good performance in health services for the community. This study aims to evaluate the capability of information system governance that has been implemented in health clinics. The evaluation of this information system uses COBIT 2019. The latest framework is used as a guide in the evaluation of governance. COBIT 2019 has 10 design factors and 40 domains, which will then be the top domains that will be used to analyze information system capabilities. The results were obtained in several domains, including BAI02, BAI03, and BAI07. Furthermore, the results were obtained from the level of information system capability for each domain, namely the BAI02 domain with level 3 capability, the BAI03 domain with level 4 capability, and the BAI07 domain with level 3 capability. Two domains still have gaps, namely BAI02 and BAI07. Then this research also produces several recommendations to achieve the specified target level, such as being able to build your information system without relying on third parties and being able to design operational standards and guidelines that can be used in the transition to technological change.

An expert system is a system that seeks to adopt humans to computers. As for experts, this system can be used as an experienced assistant. People are susceptible to cholesterol starting from the age of 20 years. The public submits the cholesterol by consulting a doctor directly. If cholesterol levels are high, people will experience pain such as headaches, chest pain, and numbness in the arms, but this pain is not necessarily a symptom of rising cholesterol levels, it could be a symptom of other diseases such as fever, colds, fatigue. , and others. Cholesterol is a fat found in the bloodstream or body cells that is actually needed for the formation of cell walls and as a raw material for several hormones. Therefore, it is divided into Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) and Triglycerides. The method used is the Certainty Factor method, which is built using the PHP programming language, and the MYSQL DBMS. Certainty Factor is a measure of certainty to a fact or certainty. The certainty factor determines the size of a thing or certainty. The application of Certainty Factor is expected to make the expert system more accurate. The result of this research is an application that can later be used to assist the public in diagnosing cholesterol levels so that people do not need to go directly to the doctor

Based on the existing problems related to the trial of fertilizer produced by PT Petrokimia Gresik with the ZA variant on pakcoy plants with polybag, this study aimed to determine the best fertilizer for mustard pakcoy and the relationship between root length, plant height, number of leaves and plant weight due to ZA variation of fertilizer application. The research was carried out at the Greenhouse of the Research Department of PT Petrokimia Gresik in January 2022. This study was visualized between the variables and processed using the binary logistic regression method. The data obtained was then processed using three tools, namely Jupyter notebook, Power BI, and Rstudio. The results showed that the relationship between root length, body weight had a different relationship with treatment and the number of leaves that were not in the same direction with good treatment for mustard pakcoy with polybag media was behavior B, where B contained 2,000 kg of Petroganic fertilizer, 400 kg of NPK, Urea NPBPT (2) 300kg.

Gold is a precious metal that plays an important role in people's daily lives. People use gold jewelry as a dowry so that gold is sought after, such as earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings and others. However, buying and selling gold jewelry at a gold jewelry store has a different strategy. Gold sellers must carry out the gold jewelry production process to meet gold jewelry supplies and market demand. The results of the sale of gold jewelry sometimes increase and decrease every day which cannot be predicted every day, so this can affect the store to find out the profits and losses that will be obtained in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of forecasting sales of gold jewelry at the Yoga Gold Shop using the single exponential smoothing method in the coming month. The results of this study resulted in March 2022 9 carat gold jewelry totaling 4191.16 grams with a 3.01% MAPE, 10 carat gold totaling 2095.53 grams with a 3.01% MAPE, Surabaya gold 1047.76 grams with a 3.03% MAPE and london gold jewelery 523.83 grams with a MAPE of 3.41%. So it can be concluded that applying the single exponential smoothing method can help in predicting the sales results of gold jewelry.

The proliferation of the food and beverage sales business requires the creativity of business owners to offer their flagship products to every consumer, both new and subscribed consumers. A large number of menu choices makes the ordering process long because consumers are confused about which menu will be the best choice. the seller to be able to provide the right recommendations so that orders can take place faster. Shopping cart analysis is an activity that has often been done to find out the items found that are sold simultaneously. The FP-Growth association method is a faster algorithm for generating association rules, but the association process in large dataset sizes tends to add large items so that the accuracy value of association rules decreases. So that in this study, the grouping of datasets was carried out using a clustering model with a centroid-based algorithm, namely k-means, k-medoids, and fuzzy c-means. This research was conducted through dataset collection, dataset preparation, clustering modeling, evaluation of clustering models using DBI and silhouette index, association modeling, and evaluation of association models using lift ratio. The results of this study showed that the clustering model with the best DBI and silhouette index values was at k=3 for k-means, k=2 for k-medoids, and k=7 for fuzzy c-means. The number of association rules is generated from the grouped data set using fuzzy c-means, but the highest average lift ratio is in the association rules generated from the grouping data set using k-means. From the association model using k-means and FP-Growth, 32 unique association rules were found with the 4 most frequently found items, namely cireng chili oil, regal milk coffee, banana cheese, and vietnam drip.

Information Technology (IT) is a tool that plays an important role in helping improve the effectiveness and efficiency of a company's or organization's business processes. The Kampar Regency Library and Archives Service uses the Integrated Library System (INLIS) Lite to support operational, management, and decision-making functions in the library. However, the use of INLIS Lite has not been fully utilized properly, for this reason it is necessary to carry out an IT governance audit. The audit process aims to determine the extent of IT performance, human resources, and the level of IT maturity in the library. This study uses Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 2019 and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 to conduct audits. With the findings of the audit results obtained eight process domains, namely APO02 and APO012 domains are at level 1 (Performed) in the Largely Achieved category, APO09 and BAI08 domains are at level 2 (Managed) in the Largely Achieved category, domains APO013, BAI05 and MEA01 are in the Largely Achieved, and the APO07 domain is at level 4 (Predictable) and in the Fully Achieved category. In addition to the audit, an assessment of the capability level was also carried out using the Servqual Model and Importance Performance Analysis with the results of obtaining 2 criteria in quadrant A, 1 criterion in quadrant B, 2 criteria in quadrant C and 3 criteria in quadrant D. This study also provides recommendations for improvement using SWOT model approach refers to ITIL 4.

This researcher aims to find the DISPERSIP website in terms of usability using Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) to determine which parts need to be improved. The Kampar Regency Library and Archives Service have implemented one of the online-based library services with the implementation of a website in the library and archives section of Kampar Regency. The aim is that governance relationships involving the Government, the private sector and the community can be created to be more effective, efficient, productive and responsive. In its application, problems arise, such as incompatibility of menu names, no back button, colour differences, and inactive links and errors—an unprecedented evaluation of the website's usability. The WEBUSE method determines the usability level of a website based on the user's perspective. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to all active members of the library with a definite website with a total of 100 respondents based on the slovin formula. Based on the results of the usability evaluation, the DISPERSIP website got a good usability level for the four categories of usability in the WEBUSE method, namely Content, Organization and Readability with a value of 0.70, Navigation and Links with a value of 0.69, User Interface Design with a value of 0.70 and Performance and Effectiveness got a score of 0.60. Overall the DISPERSIP website has good usability with a value of 0.67, and there are eight recommendations for usability improvements based on the problem.

Smartphone are now an importan item that is needed by many people. The rapid development of technology make smartphone companies are competing to release their best smartphones.The many smartphones in online shop cause user to become disoriented about their choice. A recommendation system can help the user in choosing the smartphone that the user likes. In this study, a recommendation system was made using the collaborative filtering method with the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm and combined with the application of K-Means algorithm to divide the smartphone into several group. The output of collaborative filtering method is that the model can give smartphone rating predictions to user. The prediction results will be used as the basis for giving recommendations to user. The purpose of smartphones groupping is so that the recommendation results are more specific and accurate. The evaluation of the model gets an MAE value is 1.1047 and RMSE value is 1.7579. So it can be concluded that the development of a smartphone recommendation system was successfully implemented.

The teacher certification program is a way to improve the quality of teachers so that the quality of education is increasing. Where the performance appraisal process for each certification teacher is carried out every six months, namely by providing a report that is assessed by the teacher certification/standardization worker team, where the teacher performance appraisal report is still carried out in file collection and archived so as to allow for inaccuracies in the data and values given so that it This will affect the selection of teacher certification eligibility. The method used in this research is the MFEP method which is one of the methods of decision support systems. This method was chosen because it is more efficient than other methods included in the completion of Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Utilization of MFEP requires a relatively shorter calculation time. Based on this, in selecting the feasibility of providing teacher professional allowances or teacher certification, it is necessary to build a decision support system design for the feasibility of providing advanced teacher professional allowances at the Asahan District Education Office. The results obtained are the highest preference score of 4,435 named Siti Khairani Butar-Butar and the results of the system implementation can help performance in the selection of certification teachers. So it can be concluded that this system can provide convenience in obtaining assessment results effectively on a decision support system for the feasibility of providing advanced teacher professional allowances at the Asahan District Education Office.
