Jurnal Teknik Informatika (JUTIF) is an Indonesian national journal, publishes high-quality research papers in the broad field of Informatics, Information Systems and Computer Science, which encompasses software engineering, information system development, computer systems, computer network, algorithms and computation, and social impact of information and telecommunication technology. Anemia is a condition in which the level of hemoglobin in a person's blood is below normal. Hemoglobin concentration is one of the parameters commonly used to determine a person's physical condition. Anemia can attack anyone, especially pregnant women. Currently, many non-invasive anemia detection methods have been developed. One of non-invasive methods in detecting anemia can be seen through its physiological characteristics, namely palpebral conjunctiva images. In this study, conjunctival image-based anemia detection was carried out using one of the deep learning methods, namely Convolutional Neural Netwok (CNN). This CNN method is used with the aim of obtaining more specific characteristics in distinguishing normal and anemic conditions based on the image of the palpebral conjunctiva. The Convolutional Neural Network proposed model in this study consists of five hidden layers, each of which uses a filter size of 3x3, 5x5, 7x7, 9x9, and 11x11 and output channels 16, 32, 64, 128 respectively. Fully connected layer and sigmoid activation function are used to classify normal and anemic conditions. The study was conducted using 2000 images of the palpebral conjunctiva which contained anemia and normal conditions. Furthermore, the dataset is divided into 1,440 images for training, 160 images for validation and 400 images for model testing. The study obtained the best accuracy of 94%, with the average value of precision, recall and f-1 score respectively 0.935; 0.94; 0.935. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to classify normal and anemic conditions with minimal errors. Furthermore, the system that has been designed can be implemented in an Android-based application so that the detection of anemia based on this palpebral conjunctival image can be carried out in real-tim.

The development of information technology is currently very rapid by utilizing the internet as one of the factors of business success in conducting online-based fashion service and sales transactions. The sales system at the EMY Olshop store which is located at Jl Ir Sutami Sidodadi, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra 21211 needs to be improved, so that it can compete with other competitors who can provide good and satisfying service to every customer. To create customer satisfaction, EMY Olshop stores must recognize a desire from their customers through efforts to manage good relationships with customers. Customer Relationship Management is a system that can be developed with the aim of supporting the fashion business in order to create a close relationship with its customers, CRM also helps the EMY Olshop store to find out what customers need related to fashion and important information from the store. The results of this study can help the store in promoting fashion outside the region, maintain good relations with customers, get new customers, access the fashion offered by the EMY Olshop store. In addition, there is also a CRM such as discounts, live chat, comments, reviews and selection of address options that will make it easier for the store to sell various types of high-quality fashion according to customer needs and desires.

Today, the security of information and data is an important asset for everyone in protecting data. Data and information become critical when weaknesses and threats come. In this study, an estimation of the observed variables will be carried out. The application of data mining, especially with the estimation method by using linear regression techniques. The next stage is data preparation by referring to the dataset recorded in the user activity log. Data preparation takes a lot of time because you have to make sure the data fits the needs of data mining analysis. The analysis technique with linear regression involves three independent variables as Type Permissions, Type of User Account, Status, and the dependent variable, namely User Actions. The strongest effect was found in type_permissions and state when together on user_actions. The type_permissions variable keeps increasing when the state on the user is active. The status attribute also suffers from the same condition. Accrording to the results, our findings in root mean squared error is 37.614 and absolute error is 31.058, and mean absolute percentage about 23%. Furthermore, User_action as an estimated variable gives two data opportunities whether it is allowed or not. Therefore, in future research, it is necessary to map users of the database system still in the context of data mining when digging for information on excessive permissions.

Sisu Welding Workshop is a business that provides welding services that utilize raw materials in the form of iron, to meet the needs of raw materials the company chooses materials according to customer orders. become a bottleneck in the production process. The lack of information between the supplier and the company causes the process of distributing iron raw materials to be late, plus errors in the delivery process that are not according to demand causing several shortages of raw materials, as well as the absence of a recording report of incoming and outgoing materials at the company. The purpose of this study is to produce a system that can integrate between the workshop and suppliers to facilitate the process of managing the distribution of welding workshop materials in the form of iron raw materials using the system design development method, namely the waterfall method. This research has implemented a black box testing method. The result of this research is a website-based Supply Chain Management system that can be implemented by the company so as to facilitate the company in the process of managing stock of raw materials and product distribution.

The high number of active cases of the Corona virus (Covid-19) has a major impact on the trade sector, namely a decrease in sales turnover, causing a decrease in income by business actors and a decrease in people's purchasing power. This study aims to compare shopping patterns before and during the pandemic in Zanafa bookstores. The method used in the study is a qualitative approach related to the assessment of attitudes, opinions and behavior. In this study the attribute used is the name of the item / product, these attributes are categorized based on the shelves that there are 40 categories of bookshelves. Testing dataset using FP-Growth algorithm in tools with support value of 3% and confidence value of 10% and the pattern used is a pattern that has lift Ratio >1. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the rules before the pandemic pandemic many items were purchased simultaneously, that is, if the purchase of science would buy school books with the highest lift ratio of 2.9537, while during the pandemic many items were purchased simultaneously, that is, if the purchase of politics, it would buy the Qur'an with the highest lift ratio from the test results of 2.6165. This can be used by TBZ to get recommendations as promotional materials to increase profits and as a sales strategy on TBZ.

In the 4th Industrial revolution, science and technology became increasingly advanced and more evolved. Besides that, data also became a new commodity that can be used to accomplish various things. One of the Indonesian retail companies that used data to improve the quality of the product is PT. XYZ. The oracle form is an application of form that used by PT XYZ for data collection. But the oracle form can no longer complied the company's needs, so the company needs an alternative form application that can be used to replace the oracle form. Therefore, a web-based form application was created and combined with dynamic scripting. Dynamic scripting was a proggraming technique to avoid writing the same code repeatedly. In this study, dynamic scripting's application was combined with the webix framework, resulting in a new framework that can shorten the code line and increase the time efficiency of the building of the form application.

Room is an asset owned by every agency and company. The ability to process information about data of an asset is very important in order to improve performance and efficiency of an agency or company. Good room management skills are needed by every agency and company. Manual room management activities that are still carried out conventionally with paper media are considered less effective and efficient,, so that room management system is needed. In this research, a room management system is created in order to solve that problem. The room management system is built by implementing RESTful web service using Spring framework. RESTful web service is a technology that can be used to perform system integration and application development with multiplatform base using REST architecture. This research produces a room management system that is can used by admin and user to do room management activities such as borrowing the room, and others.

UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran is a business engaged in the sale of Yamaha motorcycles. Existing activities in the company include stock purchase transactions and sales transactions. The problem that occurs in the company is that stock purchase transactions often have difficulty in determining how much stock to buy for the next period. This results in frequent shortages of stock or even a lot of stock remaining so that it cannot meet customer needs and the accumulation of goods in the warehouse for a long period of time. Sales predictions made by the company are only based on estimates, resulting in increased storage in the warehouse, and increased maintenance costs. To meet consumer needs, the company has not used a mathematical model in estimating the amount of demand for Yamaha motorcycles in the future. Problems like this make activities at UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran less effective in the process of selling and buying stock. To overcome this, a forecasting system is made using the web-based Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The forecasting system that is designed can provide convenience in forecasting sales of Yamaha motorcycles at UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran in the coming period using the Weighted Moving Average method. By using the WMA method, the average error results obtained for the types of Yamaha NMAX, VIXION, LEXI, XSR, FREEGO and GEAR motorcycles are with an error rate or MAPE value ranging from 19.22%-31.11%, meaning that the model's capability the resulting forecast is feasible/adequate.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced daily face-to-face activities to be carried out online using video conferencing applications. To record participant participation in meetings using a video conference application, an online form application is used. However, participants sometimes do not see this and are often missed due to the large number of incoming chats. Therefore, the use of face detection for attendance using a combination of CNN to detect all the faces in a video conference using YOLO Face and CNN to recognize the owner of a face using Smaller VGG in a pipeline will make it easier to recognize participants who are present at the video conference. The results of the Smaller VGG training are obtained, namely the loss value of 0.059, the accuracy value is 0.995, the recall value is 0.994, the precision value is 0.996. Meanwhile, for the validation phase of the model, the loss value is 0.497, the accuracy value is 0.979, the recall value is 0.979 and the precision value is 0.981. In terms of training duration, the smaller VGG has a duration of 4 minutes and 16 seconds. The Smaller VGG model was combined with YOLO to create a CNN pipeline and was successful in recognizing the faces of video conference participants

The ability to remember and understand is quite difficult in the learning activities of mentally retarded and deaf students at SLBN 1 Lengayang. This study aims to examine the use of interactive media to assist the learning activities of deaf and mentally retarded students in improving understanding and memory. The data collection method used is the interview method and literature study. While the method used for the design and manufacture of the author's application uses UML and Storyboard which is implemented with Adobe Flash CS6. The result of the design is the Learning Application to Know Our Body Parts and a companion book to Know the Parts of the Body. Data analysis shows that using interactive learning media for deaf and mentally retarded children can improve memory and understanding with a more interesting and interactive learning process. The use of interactive multimedia in the form of applications and companion books is a new learning medium in the learning process that provides a different learning experience for deaf and mentally retarded students.
