Jurnal Teknik Informatika (JUTIF) is an Indonesian national journal, publishes high-quality research papers in the broad field of Informatics, Information Systems and Computer Science, which encompasses software engineering, information system development, computer systems, computer network, algorithms and computation, and social impact of information and telecommunication technology. Jurnal Teknik Informatika (JUTIF) is published by Informatics Department, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman twice a year, in June and December. Industry Tahu Iyus is a business engaged in the industrial sector, this business makes white tofu and fried tofu. The problem that occurs in the Industry Tahu Iyus is that it is still difficult to determine the amount of tofu raw material inventory for the next month and experiencing an excess of tofu raw materials if this continues, the Industry Tahu Iyus will experience losses, one of the raw materials will be damaged and will experience a bad smell to the raw materials. The purpose of this research is to be able to build a forecasting system for the inventory of tofu raw materials in the Industry Tahu Iyus using previous data. The method that can be used in this study to predict the inventory of tofu raw materials is the Weighted Moving Average method, because this method is able to provide predictions by utilizing previous data and each data is given a different weight. This study applies the Weighted Moving Average method to obtain accurate forecasting results so as to minimize errors between forecasting and inventory reality, and is applied to a forecasting system for tofu raw material inventory per month with forecasting results for the following month, namely 4.150 Kg with a MAPE value of 6.54%.

Bu'Sri was founded in 2006 to be precise on Jln. Baung Fish LK II Sidomukti, West Range. UD. Bu'Sri sells various types of chips such as Onion Cake, Peanut Cracker, Smooth Shrimp Crack and Banana Chips. So by implementing a Supply Chain Management system, you can manage a raw material inventory strategy to control the availability of these chips. Supply Chain Management is a management method, tool or approach that involves companies involved in supplying raw materials, producing goods, or sending them to final customers. With the problems that occur, it is necessary to have a special system that can be used to manage inventory and can monitor product inventory at each distribution and save the results of less traders. The problems faced so far need to find solutions to overcome the problems that occur by designing a web-based application user interface for raw material inventory and distribution of chips using the Supply Chain Management method, building supply chain management and using the PHP programming language and Mysql database. The results with this system make it easier for UD. Bu'Sri owners to manage suppliers or regulate the cycle of supply chain management, so that inventories can be fulfilled properly. And it is easier for consumers to find out what products are sold or marketed in the system according to the prices that have been determined by distribution in marketing. One way is to implement Supply Chain Management this strategy was chosen because it is seen as the most effective way to facilitate all parties involved and interested in the running of a production and can complete the empty gaps in the trading business strategy. The system to be designed is web-based.

The Course Scheduling System is a website-based system that has the function of compiling course schedules at the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Sudirman University. This system is used by several users, namely Bapendik/admin and vice dean, while the results of the scheduling will be inputted into SIA and viewed by SIA users. This system has features to manage lecturer data, course data, room data, slot data, day data, and arrange course scheduling. Previously, the preparation of courses was still using the manual method, namely by entering the course data one by one. Based on the existing problems, the author tries to build a frontend of the Course Scheduling System to facilitate users in compiling a computerized and automatic course schedule through the system. The system is built using the DevOps development method and the javascript library, namely React Js. The results of system testing show that all functions on the system can run according to user needs.

A natural gas utilization with a domestic house-gas pipeline is essential. However, the house-gas installation pipe can cause a dangerous leak, so the house-gas leak detector is requires. This study aims to build and analyze a leak detector for natural gas flow on the stove using the MQ-4 gas sensor based on the house-gas linearity and sensitivity characteristics levels in the air with a threshold of 1000 ppm. Based on experimental, the sensor linearity value for the detected house-gas has been obtained in a correlation coefficient of 0.99 which indicates the sensor is quite sensitive in order to the house-gas detected. Then, the sensor sensitivity value has been acquired with the regression equation Y=-0.00449+(0.000481)X which means the voltage value at 0 ppm is around -0.00449 volts and increase at each ppm are 0.000481 volts with a value of 0.000481 volts with the effectiveness of the tools reaches 100%. Therefore, the study shown that the detection tools and systems can work properly.

Discipline is the key to the success of an organization in achieving its goals, because discipline is an operative function of human resource management which is very important and will create quality employees. Employee discipline can be seen through employee attendance. The importance of evaluating employee discipline levels to improve services to the community and make it easier for leaders to find out the level of discipline of Gotting Sidodadi Village office employees, Bandar Pasir Mandoge currently has not grouped the level of employee discipline because there is no system that can assist in the process. The grouping of employees' discipline levels is used the K-Means Clustering method in this study. The application of the K-means Clustering method is implemented in an application made with 3 clusters of 14 data samples, and not absent from home. The data used is attendance data for 14 employees from 2018 to 2021. The results of this study are that the k-means algorithm is able to classify the data with the highest level of discipline. medium and low with the existence of this application system, it is hoped that the leadership can easily find out the level of discipline of employees at the Gotting Sidodadi Village Office so that they can provide bonuses for employees with high levels of discipline, and sanctions for employees with low levels of discipline.

The system backend is the part that is responsible for managing applications and databases so that they can communicate with each other properly and smoothly in order to support the system interface to work according to its function. The backend of this system is used to be able to process final study data which includes final assignments to graduation from 5 users, namely bapendik as admin, head of department, final project commission, lecturers and students according to their respective duties. The purpose of this research is to build a Backend final study management system in the engineering faculty and a more efficient process of making final study files to facilitate the academic community in managing final study data so that it will improve the quality of academic services and can produce final study data more precisely, effectively. and efficient. The development of the Backend management system for this final study uses the DevOps method where the stages discussed in this research include the planning, development, implementation and use of the Laravel framework. The result of this research is that the backend of the final study management system can make it easier for all UNSOED Engineering faculties to manage all final study data and can already be accessed on the website browser.

Human capital management information system aims to improve the performance and to reduce errors in the existing business processes at human resources section to facilitate operational activities, especially in the case of employee data management, attendance, and salary calculations. The problem that is faced at this moment is in data management process, attendance, and leave where employee payroll system is the main problem. On the other hand, mobile-based information system will ease the business owner to control his employee’s performance, or the employees can do recaps. The developed information system is based on PIECES analysis that focuses on 6 aspects, namely Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service, and used Scrum software development method that includes storyboards based on the developed features, product backlog, and sprints. Based on the result analysis, the developed information system obtained average equation of interest and satisfaction in system usage from 50 respondents who are 86% from senior high school and 16% from bachelor’s degree, obtained the average level of satisfaction 100% for Performance, 95.72% for Information, 96.48% for Economics, 93.29% for Control, 94.56% for Efficiency, and 96.81% for Service. For User Satisfaction Questionnaire Tabulation, it is obtained an average of 4.21 for Performance domain, an average of 4.21 for Information domain, an average of 4.26 for Economics, an average of 4.17 for Control domain, an average of 4.23 for Efficiency domain, and an average of 4.08 for Service domain. The developed information system can improve the accuracy and the effectivity of employee data recording and attendance as well as speed up the employee salary calculation and reduce the error because it is already integrated with the employee attendance system.

Disaster management is a strategic issue that has been widely studied as a form of mutual responsibility in reducing victims and losses due to disasters. Today, one of the sources of disaster information is spread on Twitter social media. This research explains the implementation of the C4.5 algorithm to classify and map the disaster information that delivers using social media Twitter from the official BNPB_Indonesia account. The disaster data was retrieved and then processed to display in the geographic information system form. The words combination of disaster events, victims, and disaster locations process is carried out using n-gram by divided into unigram, bigram, and trigram to obtain the vocabulary accordance with the database. The C4.5 algorithm in this research was used to classify the disaster information with several categories. The results shows that the C4.5 algorithm can be used to classified the category of disaster and could identified the disaster informasion such as type of disaster, victims, and locations. The result can provide real time information on the distribution of disaster events and their locations using geographical information system. However, for location such as name of provinces only which has many geo-position possibilities (district or sub-district). The determination of the disaster location could be difficult. In addition, to determine the information obtained from post-disaster conditions such as the number of victims, damage, and losses. The comparison of n-gram with predetermined keywords is still constrained by noise of data.

The role of students with high English skills and higher quality standards in an English course institution is one aspect that has a significant impact on the course institution's quality. To generate positive competition among students and to produce the best quality of students, student English skills should be clustered. The determination of students' English skills at the Jason English Course is currently done with the results of decisions that are off target, impenetrable, and inefficient because the calculations are still not computerized and depend on the tutor's personal feelings, causing it unachievable the initial goal of clustering these skills. The goal of this research is to make it easier for tutors to group students' English skills with targeted, transparent, and efficient decision results so that students can recognize their abilities and tutors can create appropriate learning methods so that students do not encounter learning obstacles. As a result, the course institution requires the appropriate technology to assist tutors in grouping students' abilities. The method used in this research was k-means clustering, which is a data mining technique. This research data is calculated and tested using Microsoft Excel, RapidMiner, Design Systems with PHP programming languages, and databases MySql. After calculating and testing the data, the accuracy obtained on the data sample reached 80%. As a result, using K-means clustering, Student English Skill Jason English Course can be clustered quickly, clearly, efficiently, and accurately.

The process of supplying or stocking fertilizers at UD. Menara Tani is still carried out manually or only based on previous sales estimates, resulting in excess and shortage of fertilizer stocks. The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate method in calculating the forecasting of ZA, Urea and KCL fertilizer supplies with a smaller error rate. The research method was conducted both Weighted Moving Average (WMA) and Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) with data collection conducted by observation and interview to owner of UD. Menara Tani. The results showed that the comparison of MAPE DES values for each type of fertilizer was 24.70%, 21.59% and 20.12%. while the MAPE WMA values are 4.53%, 39.51% and 38.90%. Forecasting applications with weighted moving average and double exponential smoothing can determined the prediction of fertilizer supplies in the next period. By comparing between WMA and DES, the best predictive value was found in the DES method.
