Abstract

Revenue is the amount of input obtained for the services provided by the company which may include the sale of products and or services to customers obtained in an operating activity of a company to increase the value of assets and reduce liabilities arising in the delivery of goods or services. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how the impact of the presence of online transportation on the income of conventional city taxi drivers in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis method, namely the researcher is intended to collect data or information about an existing phenomenon. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was used using techniques from three stages of activities carried out sequentially, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the presence of online transportation in Palangka Raya City has an impact on the income of conventional city taxi drivers, namely a decrease in the income of conventional taxi drivers caused by fare problems, convenience, security and the shift of passenger interest. The existence of online transportation services in the City of Palangka Raya has an impact on city taxi drivers (angkot), which causes them to experience a reduction in passenger interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Does service quality affect consumer satisfaction, 2) Does price affect consumer satisfaction, 3) Does cafe atmosphere affect consumer satisfaction of all consumers at Cafe About Something Palangka Raya. The method used is descriptive and the determination of the sample does not use the solvin formula because the population is infinity. Sources of data in this study were 96 respondents, while the list of questions was made based on 4 variables, namely: Service Quality, Price, Cafe Atmosphere, Consumer Satisfaction. Interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the percentage of the frequency distribution. The results showed that consumer satisfaction About something coffee on the Service Quality variable was very satisfied, namely 38%, satisfied 46%, quite satisfied 13%, 2% less satisfied, 0.1% dissatisfied, the price variable was very satisfied, namely 27%, satisfied 43% , quite satisfied 25%, less satisfied 5%, atmosphere variable very satisfied that is 31%, satisfied 51%, quite satisfied 15%, dissatisfied 3% . And variable customer satisfaction very satisfied that is 33%, satisfied 49%, quite satisfied 16%. The highest level of consumer satisfaction is in the atmosphere dimension 51% in the "Satisfied" column in the statement The layout or layout in About Something is appropriate and neat and the lowest level of customer satisfaction is in the service quality dimension 3% in the dissatisfied column on the statement that the building facilities in About Something Coffee are complete (toilet, fan, table/chair).

Abstract

People's Business Credit is one of the government programs that aims to help the Indonesian people who have small businesses to prosper the nation's economy which is carried out by certain banks, one of which is BRI. This study aims to analyze the procedures for granting public private loans as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for distributing people's business loans at Bank BRI Palangka Raya Unit Yos Sudarso. In this study using qualitative analysis, qualitative analysis techniques are carried out by collecting, compiling and drawing conclusions about the procedure for granting People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Palangka Raya unit Yos Sudarso. The techniques of data collection procedures in qualitative analysis are interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Bank who understands the procedure for granting KUR and one of the customers of the BRI KUR Palangka Raya unit, Yos Sudarso. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the procedure for providing People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank BRI Palangka Raya unit Yos Sudarso has been carried out quite well and in accordance with government regulations, namely the first stage of credit application, namely the process of collecting administrative data as the first requirement to apply KUR. The second stage is credit analysis, analyzing administrative files and making visits to prospective customers' places of business. The third stage is the credit decision, the head of the unit will provide the final result, namely the credit decision. The fourth stage is credit disbursement, which is filling out a credit agreement or credit agreement regarding the rights and obligations of the customer. The supporting factors for distributing people's business loans are data on business actors who received assistance from the president for MSMEs and data from the market office. The inhibiting factors for the distribution of people's business loans are business actors who do not and do not want to apply for loans and business actors who have businesses but have a bad loan history and some customers who apply for loans but do not own businesses.

Abstract

This study uses statistical analysis and trends to see the development of the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization, Ratio of Regional Original Income to Total Regional Revenue, Degree of Fiscal Autonomy and Regional Fiscal Capacity of Palangka Raya City during the period 2008-2017 showing positive developments. Meanwhile, for the degree of Fiscal Decentralization, the Ratio between Tax and Non-Tax Revenue Sharing, the Contribution of Regional Assistance to Total Regional Revenue and Fiscal Needs for the City of Palangka Raya for the period 2008-2017 showed negative results. This situation shows that the regional financial capacity of Palangka Raya City in supporting development independently tends to be lacking.

Abstract

Basically, SWOT analysis is a method used by companies to formulate business strategies to outperform competitors in business competition. By knowing the internal strengths and weaknesses of the company and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, so that the company can win its competition. This research has the aim of analyzing its SWOT and the marketing strategy applied by Cokelat Klasik. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The results showed that Cokelat Klasik business partners have used SWOT analysis, can use the following alternative strategies: SO: continue to innovate and emphasize the concept of modern youth, maintain the quality of drinks, and provide good and maximum service to consumers. ST: Maintaining quality and customer satisfaction, delivery services, buying a generator. WO strategy: competitors as motivation, giving consumers the option to choose products, using promotional media, adding toppings to each drink, reporting consumer complaints about products to the franchisor. WT strategy: Setting competitive prices but not harming partners, always making innovations to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Meanwhile, Cokelat Klasik has applied SWOT analysis into a business strategy in developing its business and gaining an advantage in its business competition
