Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the CU Betang Asi TP Cooperative Headquarters in Palangka Raya during the 2016 – 2018 period. The benefit of this research is as a reference in making decisions and determining future policies, especially in the field of cooperative financial performance. The variable in this study is financial performance, with a population of all financial statement data, while the sample is the balance sheet and income statement for the period 2016-2018. Data collection uses documentation and observation techniques, while the data analysis technique used is ratio analysis based on financial performance which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratios (assets to debt ratio and debt to equity ratio), and profitability ratios (return on equity and earning power). Based on the results of research on the financial performance of the CU Betang Asi TP cooperative, Head Office in Palangka Raya during the period 2016 – 2018 from the analysis of the Liquidity ratio, it has decreased, while Solvency has developed quite well in its business activities, and the Profitability Ratio at the CU Betang Asi Palangka Raya Cooperative has experienced a decline. Decreased, but cooperatives are still good enough to be able to carry out their business activities.

Abstract

Demand is the amount of goods or services that consumers want and can afford at a predetermined price. Demand can also be said as a consumer's desire to get an item and service with the consumer's ability to buy. This ability is also closely related to the consumer's income. Prices for goods and services can also affect demand. The method used in this research is descriptive method, which is a method that aims to describe a problem clearly. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is a qualitative data analysis technique which consists of 3 (three) stages of activities carried out sequentially, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the consumer demand for Alexindo Aluminum Products on Jalan Irian Palangka Raya is that the most popular consumer demand is Aluminum Frames, Aluminum Cabinets and Rolling Doors by setting the right price, product quality, service and promotion strategies to increase consumer demand for products manufactured by Alexindo Aluminum on Jalan Irian Palangka Raya.

Abstract

In recent years, SMEs engaged in the creative industry sector in the coffee shop business have continued to show their existence, one of which is the Meine Welt Coffee coffee shop business. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a coffee shop business at a Meine Welt coffee shop business to find out whether the current business can provide the expected financial benefits with a qualitative approach, namely a research procedure that produces descriptive data collected through interviews, observations and documentation. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. While the analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques to assess legal aspects, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, management and human resources aspects and financial aspects. The results of this study indicate that based on non-financial aspects this coffee shop is feasible to run. Analysis of the financial aspects of the Meine Welt coffee shop shows the NPV value of IDR 115,505,164, the Payback Period (PP) for 3 years and 3 months, Profitability Index (PI) 1.78, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 36.60%, and Average Rate of Return (ARR) of 160%.

Abstract

This research adopted the Technology Acceptance Model to examine the factors affecting the intentions to use electronic money on digital application shopeepay. The purpose of this research are to examine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the intentions to use electronic money on digital application shopeepay. The sample in this study were undergraduate students of the economic education study program at the University of Palangka Raya who were active in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The method of data collection is survey using questionnary as instrument of the research. The ammount of the sample was 70. The data was analysed using Structural Equation Modelling- Partial least square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0. The result of research finds perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has a positive effect on the intentions to use electronic money on digital application shopeepay.

Abstract

In establishing a business, it is needed to have the right strategy in developing its business. In Petak Puti Village, Timpah District, Kapuas Regency, there is a kelulut honey bee cultivation business,that is run by the “PASIR PUTI” Business Group. The purpose of this study is to describe and determine the strategy for developing the kelulut honey bee cultivation business that is carried out by the “PASIR PUTI” Business Group in Petak Puti Village, Timpah District, Kapuas Regency. The method is used in this research, it is descriptive-qualitative method, where the researcher describes a phenomenon according to the actual situation and presents it in the words based on the results of data collection. The types of data are used, they are primary data and secondary data. The data collection consists of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in three stages sequentially, they are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that factors influence the development of the kelulut honey bee cultivation business group “PASIR PUTI” in Petak Puti Village, Timpah District, Kapuas Regency, there were two factors, they are supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are the existence of permits to carry out business group organizational activities, having business group assistants as well as business partners, and promising business group income. While the inhibiting factors are the erratic weather around the location of kelulut honey bee cultivation, the presence of pests from kelulut honey bees, and the lack of skills from the group members in handling post-harvest honey bees. In carrying out the strategy for developing the kelulut honey bee cultivation business, the “PASIR PUTI” Business Group develops initial products by adding stup and planting flower plants that produce pollen to become additional feed for kelulut honey bees, in addition to natural food from the forest around Petak Puti Village. Furthermore, in handling post-harvest, kelulut bee honey products are marketed through business assistants as well as business partners. In pricing, the price of the product offered is sometimes uncertain. The promotion is done through the word of mouth. And the product distribution still uses travel services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Bagi Perimbangan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan dampaknya terhadap Pengangguran di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Satistik Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Tahun 2007 – 2021. Hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel dijelaskan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa secara langsung pendapatan asli daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dana perimbangan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pengangguran, dana perimbangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran dan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa secara tidak langsung pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi dan dana perimbangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeksripsikan Analisis Bantuan Keuangan Bidang Pendidikan Kota Samarinda pada APBD Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, serta mengetahui faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam Analisis Bantuan Keuangan Bidang Pendidikan Kota Samarinda pada APBD Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, metode penelitian menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan triangulasi untuk analisis data. Sumber data dari Key Informan dan informan dari Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah dan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fokus penelitian yang dianalisis meliputi aspek informasi, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek birokrasi keseluruhan faktor tersebut merupakan pendukung dan penghambat dalam Analisis Bantuan Keuangan Bidang Pendidikan Kota Samarinda pada APBD Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Sepenuhnya faktor tersebut sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya seperti kurang lengkapnya melengkapi syarat yang telah ditentukan dalam Peraturan Gubernur No 49 Tahun 2020 seperti tidak lengkapnya data siswa, fisik bangunan, DED (detail engineering desain), RAB (rencana anggaran biaya), dan status lahan.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process for students actively to develop their potential so that they have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves and society. Higher education is a problem that occurs in Indonesia related to efforts to educate the nation's life and shape Indonesian human resources as a whole. As stated in Article 31 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, every citizen has the right to education. (2) Every citizen is obliged to attend basic education and the government is obliged to pay for it. However, due to the lack of information about education, many people pay less attention to their children's education. This is also the reason why teenagers in Lebo Village, Pematang Karau District, East Barito Regency, on average, only finish high school. So that the purpose of the presence of the research team is to provide a qualitative analysis of the preparation for entering college in the Lebo Village community so that it can become an important reference for changing people's mindsets about the importance of education. Because as it is known that people who receive education at the tertiary level are one of the important things in order to be able to provide ideas and ideas for the progress of the village. The results of the study show that in Lebo Village there are only elementary schools, for middle and high schools there are still no. The village is located in a location that is difficult to signal, so it is difficult for the community to access information. On average, after graduating from high school, parents are more likely to direct their children to work than to continue their education to college. There has been no visit or socialization from the government regarding the preparations that must be made to continue education to the tertiary level.

Abstract

Competition between companies is not only in terms of product types and product quality but from the company's strategy in setting prices and promotions and how to set prices and promotions used so as to increase consumer buying interest. Companies that are able to compete are companies that have a competitive advantage, where the company can carry out pricing and promotion strategies appropriately. Therefore, companies must act quickly and actively in marketing products and setting prices according to products, promotions that can attract consumers. Appropriate pricing and promotion strategies with the aim that consumers do not switch to competing products. The purpose of this study is to describe the pricing and promotion strategy of the Home Industry Tofu 99 Kennata Arjo Mukti in Palangka Raya City. This type of research is qualitative research. This study involved 10 (ten) informants. The data taken in this study is to make observations first, then conduct interviews, and document the data needed, then analyzed qualitatively including data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: Home Industry tofu 99 Kennata Arjo Mukti set prices based on market prices. The promotion used is by placing a banner in front of the production site, and promotion through word of mouth to another. Home Industry Tofu 99 Kennata Arjo Mukti sets the price according to the quality of the product, which is delicious, does not use preservatives, the ingredients used do not contain harmful ingredients such as formalin and borax. In promoting the information submitted in accordance with the condition of the product being sold. Home Industry Tofu 99 Kennata Arjo Mukti has two types of tofu pieces, namely medium-sized tofu and large-sized tofu with the same taste.

Abstract

In general, non-government organizations (NGOs) are known as grassroots organizations with unconventional, unique movements and often have bottom-up movements with programs that tend to be thematic and adapt to the surrounding circumstances. Even though they are not involved much in marketing activities, NGOs themselves cannot be separated from various marketing techniques. This is unavoidable because the thematic nature of programs that are carefully planned by the implementing NGO must be promoted to stakeholders (if needed) and potential donors, which will then be forwarded to the targets of the prepared programs. This study aims to describe the program marketing strategy that has been implemented by the Ranu Welum Foundation as a representative of environmental NGOs in Central Kalimantan and to design a generic strategy for program marketing based on their strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threat experienced. The research method is carried out with a qualitative approach, namely by conducting participatory observations and case studies in the form of a literature study on reports and analyzed using the SWOT matrix. The results show that the Ranu Welum Foundation as one of the environmental NGOs in Central Kalimantan, calculated using the SWOT matrix, implements an aggressive strategy in which environmental NGOs in Central Kalimantan use all available strengths and opportunities to attract people from various walks of life, especially rural communities, to become the target as well as the key figure of the marketed programs. The participation of NGO staff, especially field staff, is also a strategy that NGOs rely on to maintain consistency in the marketing of programs that have been implemented.
