Purpose - This paper aims to determine the role of Islamic Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) in Indonesia and to make comparisons between theory and practice in the field.Method - The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach in which data collection is taken from a study of various literature and then compared with previous studies related to the discussion.Result - Sharia Microfinance Institutions theoretically play a role to help improve the national economy and alleviate community poverty by embracing the lower class and all remote areas. Meanwhile, empirically, Islamic Microfinance Institutions have tried to carry out their operational activities in accordance with the provisions and principles of Sharia, but there are still internal and external constraints.Implication - This study examines Islamic Microfinance Institutions in Indonesia.Originality - There are differences between theory and practice in Islamic Microfinance Institutions in Indonesia.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the implementation of ta'widh (compensation) for default customers on KPR Platinum iB in the perspective of Fatwa DSN-MUI No.129 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2019.Method - This study uses a qualitative analysis method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Purposive sampling technique is used by selecting sources who are considered the most knowledgeable related to the research topic.Result - The results of this study indicate that the implementation of ta'widh for default customers on the KPR Platinum iB is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No.129 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2019. But in practice, there are several notes. The implementation of ta'widh and ta'zir at Bank BTN KCPS Karawaci is different. Ta'widh is charged to customers who experience delays in paying their obligations for more than 180 days and the ta'widh funds obtained will be recorded as Bank revenue. Ta'zir will be charged to customers who do not pay installments according to the due date and the ta'zir funds obtained will be recorded as non-halal income.Implication - This research can be used as a reference in measuring the conformity between the DNS-MUI Fatwa No. 129 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2019 with its implementation in the practice of financing in Islamic banks.Originality - This research focuses on analyzingimplementation of ta'widh (compensation) for default customers on KPR Platinum iB in the perspective of Fatwa DSN-MUI No.129 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2019..

Purpose - This study aims to examines the concept and implementation strategy of murabahah financing in the development of MSMEs and customer perceptions of murabahah financing at Bank BRI Syariah Jambi Branch Office.Method - This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. The research data were obtained by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. MethodMiles and Huberman were used as data analysis techniques by way of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions / verification.Result - Murabahah financing at BRI Syariah Bank Jambi Branch Office using murabahah with installments (bitsaman ajil). The next concept is to combine the wakalah and murabahah contracts. The strategy chosen in an effort to increase murabahah financing is to implement two strategies simultaneously, namely the internal strategy and the external strategy. Meanwhile, the perceptions of murabahah financing customers on the development of MSMEs are generally satisfied with the systems, regulations and services provided. However, customers' understanding of the concept of Islamic banking is still minimal.Implication - Optimizing the strategy for increasing financing and disseminating the understanding of the Islamic banking concept to customers and the general public at large.Originality- This study aims to determine the perceptions of Islamic bank customers about murabahah financing in Jambi City.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of financing, financing problems and inflation on the profitability of Bank BNI Syariah. In addition, it is also to determine what variables have the most influence on the level of profitability.Method - This study uses secondary data from time series (time series). The research data is sourced from Bank BNI Syariah and BPS from the first quarter of 2011 to the first quarter of 2020. The data analysis method uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with the Eviews 10 software toolResult - The results showed that the amount of financing has a positive relationship with the profitability of Bank BNI Syariah. Non-performing financing and inflation have a negative relationship with the profitability of Bank BNI Syariah. Meanwhile, based on the variance decomposition, problematic financing is the variable that provides the largest contribution to the profitability of Bank BNI Syariah.Implication - The ratio of non-performing financing should be suppressed as much as possible so as not to reduce profitability.Originality- This study uses the VECM method to determine the factors that affect the profitability of Islamic banks.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic product attributes, service scape, interpersonal communication on customer satisfaction at Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Ngaliyan.Method - The method used in this research is quantitative method, where this method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to BTN Syariah KCPS Ngaliyan customers. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents with incidental sampling technique.Result - The results show that the variable attributes of Islamic products, servicescape, and interpersonal communication have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of BTN Syariah KCPS Ngaliyan.Implication - This research can be used for references related to matters that affect customer satisfaction.Originality- This study analyzes the variable attributes of Islamic products, servicescape, and interpersonal communication on customer satisfaction.

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to analyse the relations of financing of MSME, non-MSMEs and the number of offices on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019.Method - This research is using The comparative causal research method which one of the ex post-facto quantitative research methods carried out by looking at the causal relationship between one change and another based on existing data.Result - The result of this research indicates that the financing of MSME and non-MSMEs had positive and significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019 and the number of offices had negative non-significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java Province during 2014-2019.Implication - This study uses the data from Islamic bank in Central of Java and the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Central Java.Originality- The paper looks into the relations of the financial inclusion that provided by Islamic banks to the public in order to support the creation of economic growth in Central Java. The number of offices discribed the access to Islamic banks and the financing of MSME and non-MSMEs discribed the usage of Islamic banks in Central Java.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and trust on customer satisfaction (a case study at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal).Method - The type of research carried out is a quantitative approach. The study population was all customers at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal using the incidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses validity and reliability tests, then classic assumption test, t test, F test, determination test and multiple linear regression equation test.Result - The results of this study are (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality, product quality, and Trust together has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Implication - The implication is that service delivery and product quality as well as the trust given by the bank will affect customer satisfaction.Originality - This study shows that these three variables have a significant correlation to customer satisfaction.

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the optimization of financial inclusion using Islamic banking redistributive instruments.Method - This study aims to analyze the optimization of financial inclusion using Islamic banking redistributive instruments.Result - The main finding of this research is that Islamic banking can optimize financial inclusion using the redistributive instruments of syari'ah banking, namely zakat, Qardul Hasan, and other merit funds. This is indicated by the growth of zakat funds, benevolence funds, and increased qardul hasan financing.Implication - This research can be used as a reference to determine the optimization of financial inclusion by Islamic banking using the redistributive instrument of zakat, qardhul hasan, and other merit funds.Originality - This study analyzes the optimization of financial inclusion through the redistributive instrument of Islamic banking with qualitative and quantitative approaches.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to determine whether promotion has an effect on the interest of Islamic banking students in opening an account at the hammer branch of the muamalat bank and to find out how significant the effect of promotion is on student interest in opening an account at the hammer branch of the muamalat bank.Method - This study uses primary data, namely a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale as a calculation scale. The sample of this study was 485 students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Palu, Department of Islamic Banking from class 2016 to class 2018. To analyze the data, the authors used multiple linear regression methods and SPSS version 21. Result - Research result shows that the magnitude of the influence of the variable (X) on the variable (Y) is 0.388 or 38.8%. These results can provide an illustration that respondents (students) view that promotion can influence student interest in opening an account at a muamalat bank and promotion has a significant effect on student interest in opening an account at a muamalat bank. it can be seen that the promotion variable (X) has a value of tcount 3.783> t table 1.663 and has a significant value (sig) of 0.000 in the coefficients table with a value of α (significant level) 0.05. This means 0.000 <0.05.Implications - This study is only limited to using data from several students in one university. Originality-. The difference with previous research is in the location and object under study.

Purpose - This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge, location and religiosity on the interest of students at the University of Sains Al-Quran Wonosobo to save in Islamic bank.Method - This research uses a type of field research with a quantitative approach. Sources of data in this study are primary data obtained from the results of a questionnaire by scoring using a likert scale. The population o this research is 100 students. In data analysis, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Result - The result showed that knowledge had a significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic bank, while location and religiosity did not significantly influence the interest in saving at Islamic banks. Then knowledge, location and religiosity simultaneously affect the interest in saving at Islamic banks.Implication - This research can be used as input in getting customers with a high amount of savings in Islamic banks.Originality - This study looked at the factors that influence the interest of students at the University of Sains Al-Quran Wonosobo to save in Islamic banks This research can be used as input in getting customers with a high amount of savings in Islamic banks..
