Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that can affect firm value, including profitability, capital structure, liquidity, firm size, and total asset turnover. The objects in this research were taken from food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2012-2020. The number of samples in this research were 81 data with 9 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of α=5%. The results of this research indicate that profitability has a positive effect on firm value. The higher the profitability, the more efficient and effective the company's performance is, thereby increasing investor interest in investing. Liquidity has a negative effect on firm value. High liquidity does not give a positive signal to investors, thereby reducing investor interest in investing. Meanwhile, capital structure, firm size, and total asset turnover have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leverage, dividend policy, effectiveness, efficiency and firm size to firm value with Ln stock price proxy, and compare it to prior research that correlates with this research. Data used in this research is the annual financial statements of miscellaneous industry companies, which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2020 period. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling, which 5 companies met the criteria, and analyzed using panel data with fixed effect model. The result of this research indicates that leverage, dividend policy, efficiency and firm size don’t influence firm value, while efficiency has an influence on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of Relative Advantage, E-WOM, and Trust toward Attitudes towards Online Shopping to E-Commerce Shopee. The research design used descriptive research and causality research and variables are measured with 5 points Likert scale. This research collected by questionnaire by used primary data. The sampling in this study was purposive sampling and used 120 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistics, quality tests, assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study indicate that relative advantage, e-wom, and trust have an influence to attitudes towards online shopping.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get empirical evidence about the influence of disclosure quality and director characteristics on earnings management. Director characteristics are director size, gender, tenure, and independent commissioner. This research used 81 manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 until 2018 and selected using purposive sampling method and analyzed using multiple regression. The result of this research found that the effect of director size and tenure on earnings management were negative and significant. The other hand, disclosure quality, director gender, and independent commissioner have not influence to earnings management. The larger the directors size and long as director will make authority become spread and minimize the chance for doing earnings management.

Abstract

Repurchase intention in the many transportation options in Indonesia is interesting to study. This study aims to determine the factors that will influence consumers to buy back tickets from shipping companies, namely passenger Roro Ships. This research is a research using a quantitative approach by distributing surveys to passengers on Roro Ships. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square technique, using SmartPLS as a tool to process data. The results of the research test show that the time value coefficient and service quality do not affect the repurchase intention of the Roro Passenger Ship passengers, but the price perception will greatly affect the repurchase intention of the Roro Passenger ship passengers. Simultaneously the variables of time value, price perception and service quality greatly affect customer repurchase intention.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain empirical evidence that leverage policy, liquidity, profitability, company size, investment policy, sales activity, free cash flow, and corporate growth influence firm value. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. Sixty-seven manufacturing companies are selected as the research sample using purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple regression method for hypothesis analysis. The empirical result of this research shows that leverage policy, profitability, size, and free cash flow positive influence firm value. However, liquidity, investment policy, sales activity, and corporate growth do not influence firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence and to test the factors that affect company performance in Indonesia, by using institutional ownership, board size, audit type, firm size, audit committee, board structure, and managerial ownership variables. The firm performance is measured by using Tobin’s Q. Population of this study is the non-financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014 to 2016. The sample is obtained by using purposive sampling method. There are 376 samples selected as the final samples. Hypotheses tested by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this studies indicates that institutional ownership, board size, audit type, firm size, and managerial ownership shows impact to company performance in Indonesia. But audit committee, and board structure do not have impact on company performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of independent variables on firm value. This study uses a variable performance ratio, leverage ratio, profit sustainability ratio, shareholder's equity ratio, profitability, dividend payout ratio, firm size, firm productivity and firm age. The population used in this study were non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017. There were 118 non-financial companies selected to be used as the final sample and the hypothesis tested using multiple regression analysis This study shows that the performance ratio, dividend payout ratio, firm productivity and firm age have an influence on firm value, while the leverage ratio, profit sustainability ratio, shareholder's equity ratio, profitability, and firm size do not affect the firm's value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze empirically the influence of profitability, liquidity, dividend policy, debt policy, institusional ownership, company size,company age,company profit, managerial ownership, and company growth to firm value.Sample of this research are the listed non financial companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The samples are collected using purposive sampling method and there are 85 companies or 255 data meet those criteria for samples.This research uses multiple regression method for data analysis.The result of this research shows that profitability,debt policy,institusional ownership, company size,company profit, and company growth do have influence firm value, but liquidity, dividen policy, company age, and managerial ownership do not have influence firm value. Abstract

This research was to examine the effect of independent variables (awareness of paying taxes, tax sanctions, tax authorities' attitudes, subjective norms, knowledge of tax regulations, perceptions of the effectiveness of the tax system, willingness to pay taxes and service quality) on the dependent variable (taxpayer compliance). The sample of this research is an individual who is registered at the KPP West Jakarta. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires via google form. The data collection technique in this study was convenience sampling. The data analysis process in this study uses the SPSS 25 program. The results of this research indicate that tax sanctions and perceptions of the effectiveness of the taxation system affect taxpayer compliance because if the increasingly stringent tax sanctions and a high perception of the effectiveness of the taxation system owned by taxpayers, it will increasingly encourage taxpayers to comply with their tax obligations. While the awareness of paying taxes, the attitude of the tax authorities, subjective norms, knowledge of tax regulations, willingness to pay taxes and service quality have no effect on taxpayer compliance.
