The population of this study is the customers of PT DHL head office, Jakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 65 respondents. The data was analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity, coefficient of determination, T-test, and path analysis. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that all of the independent variables studied namely service quality and customer value have a positive influence on customer loyalty, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore customer loyalty can be increased by improving the service quality and customer value. And from the research results can be concluded that the coefficient of path variable X and to Y is 0.876 which means the direct effect of service quality with customer value, the coefficient of the path variable Y to Z is 0.942 means direct influence customer value to customer loyalty, and coefficient path variable X to Z is 0.914 means the direct influence of service quality to customer loyalty.

Abstract

Indonesian is a country that continues to improve so that the creation of mass transportation services in urban areas can be better. to attract the interest of urban communities to use mass transportation rather than private vehicles, the Government must be able to provide mass transportation facilities that can support community mobility in urban areas. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is one of the most popular solutions used in big cities in Indonesian. Transiginjai BRT in Jambi Province has 4 corridors, but only one corridor has been realized. in BRT Corridor 1 the Transiginjai loading factor does not reach the applicable standard (70%). Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the route of the Corridor Transiginjai BRT service based on the spatial pattern of self-owned vehicle use which is a representation of the demand pattern for community travel on the Transsiginjai BRT Corridor 1 route. The analytical method in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach with frequency distribution techniques and spatial modeling approaches, namely Spatial Statistics Analysis. The analytical tool used by using GIS (Geographic Information System). The results of this study showed 29% of households use cars and motorbikes, 21% use cars, and 31% use motorcycles. With a spatial pattern based on the overall spatial cluster that is formed high cluster

Abstract

The problems in this research are fluctuating market demand conditions, sources of raw materials mostly from overseas so that they have a long order period, specialty raw materials so there are not many suppliers that sell similar raw materials. This study aims to find out how forecasting calculations at PT XYZ when using moving average methods, exponential smoothing, and linear regression. Processing data using Quantitative Method for Windows software (QM for Windows). The results showed that the forecasting of “Solven S 602” raw materials with the moving average method resulted in an average percentage of absolute errors of 3.448%; forecasting with the exponential smoothing method produces an average percentage of absolute errors of 4.951%; forecasting with linear regression method produces an absolute percentage error of 0% on average. The most appropriate forecasting method for PT. XYZ is a linear regression method because the absolute error is the smallest.
