Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana perilaku berbelanja mahasiswa STIE Unisadhuguna khususnya mahasiswa cabang Pondok Indah angkatan 2018 dalam pemanfaatan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori e-commerce dari DeLone dan McLean (dalam Jogiyanto, 2007) yang menjelaskan bahwa e-commerce memiliki indikator seperti informatif, efisien, efektif, transaktif, dan dapat diakses, serta Kotler dan Armstrong, (2008:246) mengenai perilaku konsumsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma post-positivisme. Peneliti menentukan sumber dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perilaku berbelanja mahasiswa STIE Unisadhuguna angkatan 2018 cabang Pondok Indah sangat dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan e-commerce, hal ini didukung oleh teknologi informasi yang saat ini sedang digunakan oleh masyarakat dan khususnya generasi milenial.

Abstract

The body shop is one of the brand cosmetics that subbed the system green marketing. The body shop itself was founded by Anita roddick on March 27, 1976 in kensington garden, Brighton, England. The body shop's basic eco-friendly principle is born of the ide-the idea of reusing, replenishing, and recycling what they can regenerate. The body shop always USES natural raw materials or prevents the use-the ones that cannot be recycled. Green marketing as an environmentally-based marketing agent, can promote environmental awereness, green product features, green product price, and green product product. The study aims to identify environmental awereness, green product features, green product price, and green product transactions against the body shop decision in dki dki. The population in this study is the general public in dki Jakarta. The sample in this study was taken using an purposive sampling with a sample number of 100 people.. The data-collection technique USES a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and realification. Whereas the collection of data consists of valiance tests and religious tests. Hypothetical tests made up of regression tests, tests of F, tests of t, classic assumptions test, and determinan coefficient test (R2). Research indicates that environmental awereness may have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, green product features a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, as well as those of what is now called new product. The four above variables aimed at sharing or simultaneously at the decision to buy the body shop in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Promosi Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Outlet Dapur Susu Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Jakarta Selatan (2) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Outlet Dapur Susu Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Jakarta Selatan (3) Pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Gerai Dapur Susu Kebab Turki Baba Rafi di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sumber data primer dan sekunder, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Serta menggunakan analisis linier berganda, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket (kuesioner). Hasilnya adalah (1) Terdapat pengaruh antara Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Outlet Dapur Susu Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Jakarta Selatan dengan nilai thitung (10,686) > ttabel (1,661) yang bertanda positif dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 ( 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Outlet Dapur Susu Kebab Turki Baba Rafi di Jakarta Selatan dengan nilai thitung (1,869) < ttabel (1,661) yang bertanda negatif dan nilai signifikansi 0,065 > 0,05 (3) Terdapat pengaruh antara promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Gerai Dapur Susu Kebab Turki Baba Rafi di Jakarta Selatan dengan nilai fhitung (122,677) > ftabel (3,090) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan koefisien determinasi ( R square) sebesar 71,1%, sisanya 28,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Gojek merupakan perusahaan jasa transportasi berbasis aplikasi pertama di Indonesia. Keberhasilan bentuk layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi membuat Gojek meningkatkan kualitas layanan, citra merek, dan kepercayaan merek untuk membuat konsumen menggunakan layanan Gojek dalam bentuk Go-Ride, Go-Food, Go-Send, Go- toko, go-med berulang kali. Membuat konsumen mengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan kembali layanan Gojek sebagai pilihan utama konsumen sangat penting untuk mencapai kesuksesan perusahaan. Kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan terbentuk karena kualitas layanan yang diberikan perusahaan dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Framework PIECES dalam menganalisis data, penggunaan metode framework PIECES sangat cocok dalam menganalisis setiap variabel sistem yang diteliti karena dapat memberikan hasil yang nyata terhadap efektifitas sistem yang digunakan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

COVID-19 has swept the world in a matter of months, endangering lives, damaging businesses and triggering a global economic downturn. Restrictions on physical distancing and staying at home have forced all segments of consumers to shop differently especially consumer goods including home entertainment. Currently, cosmetics have become a basic need for some women & even adult men to clean & beautify themselves, so this online shopping reseach includes shopping for beauty products for adult women & men who in their daily life cannot be separated from cosmetics. In the Industrial Era 4.0 where the Internet is the main tool to regulate production and non-production activities, encouraging changes in people's behavior. One of them is the pattern of promotion & online shopping. The condition of hypercompetition & changes in on-line shopping behavior is the purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of on-line promotions specifically for Clinique brand cosmetic products. Using quantitative analysis techniques, it turns out that 9 out of 10 respondents do online shopping to meet their daily needs by using the internet network to stay at home. Digital promotion, personal care and publicity using mobile, computer/laptop communication tools and personal selling were able to maintain sales of 60% of the sales target.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are fundamental to determining actions in purchasing a product, because it relates to consumer behavior at the stage before the purchase of a product. This is important because it relates to consumer decisions in determining which product to choose to make a purchase of the product. The existence of purchasing decisions is influenced by several factors including Marketing & price. and knowing the effect of price and promotion services marketing strategy simultaneously on the purchasing decisions of Chatime products. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Then the results of this research can be concluded that.This means that purchasing decisions will increase if there are prices and promotions, and it is concluded that prices and promotions can influence purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the research conducted and the discussion that the author has described, it can be concluded that the Price and Promotion Variables affect the Purchase Decision Variable.

Abstract

Di era revolusi industri 4.0, perkembangan teknologi komunikasi semakin meningkat sehingga masyarakat dapat menikmati kemudahan dalam berkomunikasi. Meningkatnya jumlah generasi milenial mendorong tumbuhnya bisnis online, baik bisnis belanja online maupun bisnis lainnya. Bagi pengusaha membuat strategi pemasaran dalam memperluas pasar dengan membuat atau menyediakan toko online sebagai bagian dari e-commerce. Terciptanya toko online ini seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia. Meskipun Tokopedia sudah terkenal, kebanyakan konsumen melakukan window shopping lebih dari itu, kepercayaan konsumen, informasi asimetris dan harga yang terlalu rendah serta kualitas pelayanan yang masih kurang menjadi kendala dalam keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa e-trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dan e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial, e-trus dan e-service quality berpengaruh pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara keseluruhan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Buds Organics Purchase Decisions at PT Inti Berkat Jaya. Accidental sampling was chosen as the sampling technique because it has a benchmark: Baby Empire customers who use buds are 76 respondents. The analysis technique chosen is quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression requiring simultaneous F-test and partial t-test. And the results show that the selected 2 independent variables (brand image and product quality) simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. And the R Square value obtained in this study is 0.597, meaning that 59.7% of Purchase Decisions can be explained by brand image and product quality and the remaining 40.3% (100% - 59.7% = 40.3%) explained by other variables that were not examined. Then for the results of the partial study, the independent variables consisting of Brand Image and product quality are positive and significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran media sosial melalui Instagram terhadap kesadaran merek Café Eat Happens. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 114 responden yang mengetahui Café Eat Happens melalui Instagram dan pernah mengunjungi Café Eat Happens minimal satu kali. Pengukuran yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form dan manual. Data dianalisis dengan SPSS 20.0. Dari hasil penelitian, uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel information access dan accessibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran merek. Sedangkan variabel interactive capabilities dan sharing of content memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran merek

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Instan Organik Lemonilo pada mahasiswa STIE UniSadhuGuna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 mahasiswa STIE UniSadhuGuna yang masih aktif tahun 2018-2020 yang pernah mengkonsumsi Mie Instan Organik Lemonilo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Instan Organik Lemonilo Lemonilo pada Mahasiswa STIE UniSadhuGuna. Secara simultan kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
