Abstract

Jembatan merupakan suatu struktur kontruksi yang dapat memungkinkan rute transportasi melintasi sungai, danau, kali, jalan raya, jalan kereta api dan lain-lain. Jembatan mempunyai peranan penting karena bersama jalan menjadi tulang punggung sistem transportasi. Selain itu, jembatan merupakan infrastruktur penting pada ruas jalan yang berperan dalam memacu pentumbuhan ekonomi suatu wilayah. Penanganan infrastruktur jembatan yang optimal tentunya memerlukan manajemen yang baik, mulai dari tahap perencanaa hingga tahap pelaksanaan kontruksi. Permasalahan saat ini yaitu keterbatasan anggaran, penentuan prioritas penanganan yang tidak ditinjau dari berbagai aspek dan banyaknya usulan dari berbagai pihak yang masing-masing ingin diprioritaskan, sehingga penentuan prioritas penanganan jembatan tidak bersifat subyektif dan kurang optimal. Penelitian terkait analisis aspek dan kriteria dalam pentuan prioritas penanganan infrastruktur jembatan di Kabupaten Malang menggunakan metode AHP sangatlah penting dan perlu dilakukan berdasarkan pada penelitian-penelitian terdahulu maupun regulasi yang ada dalam pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Aspek dan Kriteria yang dipertimbangkan dalam penentuan prioritas penanganan infrastruktur jembatan di Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan memepertimbangkan beberapa Aspek dan Kriteria diantaranya Struktur Ruang (A) dengan empat Kriteria, Usulan Masyarakat (B) dengan tiga Kriteria, Teknis (C) dengan empat Kriteria, Pelayanan Dasar (D) dengan empat Kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis AHP didapatkan prioritas Aspek secara berututan yaitu Pelayanan Dasar (0.310), Teknis (0.303), Struktur Ruang (0.236), dan Usulan Masyarakat (0.150).

Abstract

Road is one of basic infrastructure playing crucial role in development process. Good condition of road creates properes transportation system. It, in turns ensures smooth movement of men and goods. Good transportation will make price of public goods cheap. So far, road rehabilitation works in Malang regency are conducted by usin Special Allocation Fund raising severeal problems such as late down payment, material queue and other. This study aims at analysisng performance of contractor of road rehabiitation using Special Allocation Fund of 2022 in Malang Regency. Customer Satisfaction Index analysis is used to analyse the contractors performance. In addition, Importance Performance Analysis is employed to find out performance variabel that should be improved or maintained. Then, simple linear regression analysis is used to find out the correlation between stakeholders’ level of satisfaction and performance importance on the part of contractors of road rehabilitation works using Special Allocation Fund of 2022 in Malang Regency. The findings shows that stakehoders are higly satisfied with performance of contractors of road rehabilitation works using Special Allocation Fund of 2022 in Malang Regency. It is shown by score of CSI 86,99%. It is also found that there is positive and significant correlation between stakeholders’ level of satisfaction and performance importance on the part of contractors of road rehabilitation works using Special Allocation Fund of 2022 in Malang Regency. However, there are some performance variables that should be improved by the contractors.

Abstract

This study examines the feasibility of the location for the construction of a micro hydro power plant (PLTMH) in Landikma Village, Abenaho District, in relation to the district government's plans. The specific objectives of this study are to determine the potential location of a PLTMH based on the applicable technical principles, as well as to compile a feasibility study for the construction of a PLTMH to support lighting/electricity services. The survey method was applied to identify the description of the existing conditions, with reference to the criteria for PLTMH development. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative and qualitative methods. Based on the research results, the PLTMH construction site in Landikma Village, Abenaho District, Yalimo Regency meets the eligibility to build a 177kW micro-hydro power plant. The river discharge at the location of the development plan is 0.950 m3/s, so the result of calculating the potential electric power generated by the PLTMH is 326.2 kW. This electrical energy is capable of meeting the lighting needs of 521 houses, assuming that each house gets 450 watts of electric power. Strategic environmental studies need to be carried out to ensure that this development does not have the potential to cause negative impacts on the environment. The PLTMH development process must also be accompanied by a comprehensive Detail Engineering Design (DED). In addition, local communities must also be involved in the process of reviewing the development, evaluation and supervision to ensure the sustainability of development and the sustainability of natural resources around the PLTMH construction site. Abstract

Abstract— Analysis of soil bearing capacity in receiving loads is an important step in the construction of building structures, namely as a basis for planning types, materials, material quality, and foundation dimensions. This study aims to analyze the minimum resistivity (Ωm) of soil or rock material that is correlated with the Standard Penetration Test (N-SPT) value of ≥ 50. This is done as the basis for estimating the depth of drilling in the Standard Penetration Test (SPT) test. This study applies a geolytic approach to study soil and rock specifications. The research data includes descriptions of soil types, depth and thickness of each soil layer, material resistivity which is interpreted as soil density, minerals, to the presence of water content in the soil layers. The results of the data correlation analysis show that the higher the resistivity value of the soil or rock material (Ωm), the greater the number of collisions (N). The minimum resistivity value of soil material is more than (>) 121.27 Ωm obtained from the number of (N) collisions of the Standard Penetration Test (N-SPT) of more than (≥) 50. Thus, further estimation of the drilling depth can be carried out. The depth of drilling for each location varies, depending on the carrying capacity of the soil, which ultimately determines the amount of drilling costs.

Abstract

This study examines the parking problem at Soponyono Market, a traditional market in Surabaya with a land area of 5000 m2 and a building area of 3500 m2. From the survey results, the off-street parking lot of Soponyono Market is unable to accommodate the surge of vehicles of market visitors during peak market hours. The use of parking lots is not optimal and less organized, resulting in visitors parking vehicles along the road and creating traffic disturbances. Through patrol and inventory survey methods, this study aims to analyze the characteristics, capacity, and parking demand of Soponyono Market. The results showed that the maximum accumulation occurred on Sunday, November 19, 2023 with 573 motorcycles and 90 cars, and a significant spike at 07.01-08.00 WIB. The maximum motorcycle parking volume occurred on Sunday, November 19, 2023, with the highest motorcycle volume reaching 539 vehicles, while cars reached 51 vehicles. The longest parking duration for motorcycles is Tuesday, November 14, 2023 (233 minutes), and for cars is Sunday, November 19, 2023 (299 minutes). The maximum parking turnover rate occurred on Sunday, November 19, 2023 with 2.8 Kend/day/space for motorcycles, and 2.31 Kend/day/space for cars. The maximum parking index for motorcycles and cars is 113% and exceeds 100% respectively. The current parking space capacity is insufficient, so Soponyono Market requires additional parking space of 301.5 m2 for motorcycles and 285.4 m2 for cars. In conclusion, the current condition of parking spaces exceeds the existing capacity, the need for revamping and organizing parking spaces to improve visitor comfort and overcome traffic disturbances around the market.

Abstract

Korelasi antara distribusi seismisitas dan nilai PGA dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisis bahaya bencana gempabumi pada suatu wilayah. Dalam kajian ini, kedua parameter tersebut digunakan untuk tingkat bahaya bencana gempabumi di Kabupaten Sumenep. Berdasarkan data seismisitas, terdapat sebanyak 257 gempabumi di wilayah Kabupaten Sumenep pada tahun 2010-2023. Terdapat pula gempabumi pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi pada tanggal 26 April 2018 dan 2 April 2019 dengan momen magnititudo 5,3 dan 4,9, masing-masing pada bagian perairan di selatan Pulau Raas dan Kangean. Kluster gempa bumi dengan magnitudo rendah juga ditemukan di pesisir selatan Pulau Raas dan Sapudi. Selain itu, rentang nilai PGA Kabupaten Sumenep adalah 0,1999 g hingga 0,2083 g dengan nilai tertinggi terdapat di wilayah Kabupaten Sumenep yang berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Pamekasan, serta di bagian selatan Pulau Sapudi dan Raas. Secara keseluruhan, Kabupaten Sumenep memiliki seismisitas dan nilai PGA yang rendah. Akan tetapi, adanya gempabumi dengan momen magnitudo sedang hingga tinggi memperkuat kemungkinan bahwa segmen-segmen patahan di kabupaten ini mampu menghasilkan gempabumi dengan momen magnitudo yang sama atau lebih besar di masa depan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kabupaten Sumepep terpapar bahaya gempabumi dengan level sedang.

Abstract

Lightweight concrete is a concrete technology innovation that is currently developing. The advantage of lightweight concrete is that it uses less time and costs compared to concrete in general but has the disadvantage of lower strength. This research aims to determine the effect of adding bamboo fiber on the flexural capacity of lightweight concrete slabs mixed with Styrofoam. The lightweight concrete mixture used is Styrofoam at 50% of the weight of the mixed aggregate. Variations in adding bamboo fiber with a diameter of 1 mm and a length of 40 mm are 0% and 0.5% of the cement weight. The test object consists of a lightweight concrete plate measuring 50 cm x 150 cm x 8 cm with wire mesh reinforcement with a diameter of 8 mm. Tests were carried out when the concrete was 28 days old by applying an even load gradually until the slab collapsed. From the test results, at a loading of 300 kg, the average deflection value for lightweight concrete slabs with reinforcement reinforcement with 0% bamboo fiber was 1.18 mm and for lightweight concrete slabs with 0.5% bamboo fiber was 1.57 mm. Lightweight concrete slabs mixed with bamboo fiber have a greater deflection than lightweight concrete slabs without a mix of bamboo fiber. This shows that the addition of bamboo fiber to lightweight concrete slabs does not increase the flexural capacity of the slab. The difference between theoretical calculations and testing is due to the theoretical calculation formula used in this research not taking into account the content and properties of Styrofoam in the plates. The two variations of concrete slabs used in the test did not experience any cracks and met the maximum allowable deflection requirements at loads reaching 300 kg.
