Science is a subject that provides opportunities for children to think critically, science learning becomes meaningful. In addition to the TPS model the researcher also applied the Inquiry model as an experimental class II, and the reason for selecting the model was as a form of student involvement in the learning process, directing the activities logically and systematically to the learning objectives and developing students' confidence in what was found in the process of inquiry. This research is an experimental study using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method with a non equivalent control group design. The population in this study included all fifth grade students of Al Kautsar Elementary School, SD As Saadah and SD Raden Patah 2017-2018 Academic Year. The sample used in this study was students selected by the Proposal Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out with technical tests in the form of pre-test and post-test, and non-test techniques, namely observations in the form of scientific attitude assessment and skill processes and rating scales to obtain the suitability data of Think Pair Share (TPS) and Inquiry by teachers and students, and documentation. The results of the study were analyzed using prerequisite testing and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis it can be seen that the TPS (Think Pair Share) model is more effective than Inquiry, used for material about distinguishing changes in objects. Improvement of student learning outcomes can be seen from the results of learning material about distinguishing object changes. In pre-cycle learning, cycle I and cycle II have increased, the average student participation from an average of 61.17 to an average of 81.85. This shows that learning using the TPS (Think Pair Share) learning model applied in this study in learning activities can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of Al Kautsar Elementary School and SD As Saadah Surabaya Surabaya. The increase in student learningoutcomes for natural science subjects in the subject matter changes subject matter has increased.

Cooperative type Think Pair Share is learning that prioritizes ways of cooperating or grouping and opportunities for students to be more active and interactive to foster the courage of students to think and respect the opinions of other students, thus fostering students' confidence in expressing opinions and answering teacher questions verbally or in writing in the thematic learning process in Elementary School (SD). Cooperative objectives of the Think Pair Share type improve thematic learning outcomes to meet and exceed the value of the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of elementary school (SD) students. This research approach uses quantitative and experimental research types, carried out systematically, logically, and thoroughly in a controlled conditioning process. Quasi control group design experimental design through cooperative type Think Pair Share on thematic learning outcomes of third grade students of SDN 2 Kedamean Gresik Regency. The results of the study obtained conclusions of the test results of the independent sample t-test obtained were 0.003 <0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a cooperative influence of the Think Pair Share type on the thematic learning outcomes of the students of SDN 2 Kedamean, Gresik Regency.

This classroom action research was conducted on grade 1 students of SD Negeri 1 Mojorejo Ponorogo 2014/2015 Academic Year, due to the existence of problems, namely the learning outcomes of Indonesian language subjects especially reading aloud were still low. Through word-of-mouth media this problem is tried to be improved and improved. The design of this study was to use classroom action research (PTK) methods which aimed to improve or improve the quality of continuous learning practices. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Mojorejo Ponorogo and the students studied were grade 1 students totaling 20 students. The implementation of classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. In one cycle consists of four steps, namely (1) planning (2), 2) actions or actions (acting), (3) observations (observing), (4) reflection (reflecting). Instruments used in learning are implementation plans learning (RPP), and research instruments namely observation sheets and activity sheets. Data collection is done by observation and performance testing techniques. Data analysis uses the mean. The results of this study can be seen by the increase in reading skills of students with the following values: in the pre-cycle the average value was 57.50 (35%), in the first cycle the average score was 70.00 (60%), and in cycle II the average value rose again to 81.75 (95%). Based on the data mentioned above, it can be said that through the word pias media it is very effective to improve the ability to read aloud to grade 1 students of SD Negeri 1 Mojorejo Ponorogo in 2014/2015 Academic Year.

One of the main problems in learning is the low absorption of students. This can be seen from student learning outcomes which are still very concerning. This problem is also found in class III SDI. AN-NUR in science learning material Motion. In the initial data collection the authors found that from 38 students with KKM 75 there were 28 students (74%) not yet completed, and 10 students (26%) who achieved completeness. This is because the learning model used is still conventional (teacher centered). The purpose of this study was to improve the activities and learning outcomes of science materials Object movement in third grade students of SDI AN-NUR through a scientific approach. This type of research is a type of classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were Class III students of SDI AN - NUR Surabaya Academic Year 2015/2016, with a total of 38 students, consisting of 11 men and 27 women. This study was conducted in two cycles with one meeting each cycle. The results showed that the application of the scientific approach obtained the completeness value of student learning outcomes which in the first cycle was 18 (47%), in the second cycle were 34 (89%) students. In addition, the results of the study indicate an increase in student activity in science subjects. Thus it can be concluded that the scientific approach can improve learning activitiesand learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Joyfull Learning methods on student motivation in social studies subjects at SDN Karah I Surabaya. This type of research used quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment), the research approach is quantitative. The population research was 5th Grade Student of SDN Karah I Surabaya in academic year 2018/2019. The sample in this study were students of class V-A and V-B, amounting to 40 students in each class, researchers used this sample because from previous observations class V-A and V-B were still lacking motivation in learning. Based on the results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the level of motivation of students learning in class V by using the Joyfull Learning method, it can be seen that the significance value is 0,000 <0.05, so there is an influence of Joy Learning learning on learning motivation in social studies material class V SDN Karah I Surabaya.

There are four aspects of skills in Indonesian language learning that must be mastered by students, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. But in reality, when Indonesian language learning takes place, most students are less skilled in writing skills. Based on preliminary observations in teaching and learning activities Indonesian language is less interesting and students' interest in learning, especially in writing learning. The purpose of this study is to improve short essay writing skills in class II SDN RW X Demak Jaya Surabaya through the use of serial image media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this study was the second grade students of SDN RW X Demak Jaya Surabaya in the 2017-2018 school year with 37 students. One class consists of 18 male students and 19 female students. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that the use of serial image media can improve short essay writing skills. This can be evidenced by the acquisition of student activity values that have increased from the first cycle of 52.5% to 77.5% in cycle II. While the teacher's activity scored 50% in the first cycle and increased to 77.5% in the second cycle. The percentage of completeness of students also increased, namely in the first cycle 59,45% to 86,48% in the second cycle.

Science literacy is a person's ability to understand science so that it is able to apply (Dani, 2009). Students who have scientific literacy skills can either apply their knowledge to solve problems in everyday life both in private, social or global (OECD, 2009). This study aims to describe the scientific literacy skills of PGSD students, the first semester of the University of PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Science literacy tests are adapted from PISA 2012 questions and consulted with experts. Students are given 50 minutes to solve the test questions given. Student answers were then analyzed and described based on nominal, functional, procedural, and multidimensional categories. From the results of the analysis it was found that the scientific literacy skills of the first semester PGSD students were in the nominal category (41.25%), functional categories (38.42%), procedural categories (21.18%), and the remainder in the multidimensional category.

This study aims to improve students' writing skills through the application of sampling and drill techniques to student participants. This technique is one form of developing skills learning found in four aspects of Indonesian language learning by combining letter by letter, thus forming a word and sentence. The type of research conducted is Class Action Research. The subjects of this study were first grade students of Jajartunggal III Surabaya Elementary School. This research was preceded by preliminary observations, followed by planning learning, implementation, observation per cycle and ending with evaluation. The activity is carried out with 2 cycles, with the hope that students' upright writing skills will increase. The results of upright writing learning through the model of giving examples in notebooks and drills to class I students are characterized by an increase in the average value of student. The average value of students in pre-action activities with an increase of 60. The condition experienced an increase in the average value of students in cycle 1 which is equal to 75 and the percentage of completeness by 55%. However, this increase has not yet reached the target set previously. Then after proceeding to 2nd cycle the average value in recurring writing learning increased by 81.2 with a percentage of completeness of 84%. This shows that the previously set target has been reached so that the research is stopped in 2nd cycle.

In elementary school learning is a time of planting a foundation to build fundamental concepts that will later be developed for the next learning material. Effective and fun learning can help students to understand concepts in mathematics, one of which is simple fraction operations. Simple fractions are included that are difficult for some students to understand. This can be seen from the number of students who sit at the high level of elementary school some have not mastered the subject of this simple fraction, so that they have many difficulties in learning higher mathematical topics. Through effective learning models and teacher guidance is expected to help students learn simple fractions. This study aims to show the effectiveness of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) cooperative learning model on the subject of simple fractions class III SDN Tanjungsari I Sidoarjo. Indicators of learning effectiveness include four aspects, namely mastery learning outcomes, teacher activities, student activities, and student responses. Data collection used in this study is a test method for completeness of learning outcomes, teacher activity observation methods, student activity observation methods, and student questionnaire methods for student responses. The results of this study (1) The completeness of student learning outcomes in class III of SDN Tanjungsari I Sidoarjo is said to be complete with a percentage of 82.60% (2) The percentage of teacher activity is included in the high category with a percentage value of 81.6% (3) The percentage of class student activities III SDN Tanjungsari I Sidoarjo included in the category of active student activities with a percentage value of 85.4% (4) The response of students in class III SDN Tanjungsari I Sidoarjo was positive with a percentage of 60% providing strong support and 40% providing very strong support. So that the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type of cooperative learning model on the subject of simple class III fractions at SDN Tanjungsari 1 Sidoarjotakes place effectively.
