Abstract

Dampak ekonomi dari pandemi COVID-19 belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Tahun lalu, perekonomian dunia mengalami kontraksi tajam akibat pembatasan mobilitas yang ketat yang diberlakukan hampir di semua negara. Banyak negara menerapkan penguncian yang memiliki konsekuensi langsung dan parah bagi ekonomi mereka. Di tengah pandemi Covid-19, Bank Indonesia berupaya menstabilkan perekonomian. Perekonomian Indonesia mengalami penurunan sebesar 5% akibat pandemi, yang dapat semakin menurun jika pandemi berlanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kondisi keuangan lima perusahaan di subsektor jalan tol, pelabuhan, bandara dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Altman Z-Score dan Springate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua perusahaan yang berada pada zona abu-abu dan dua perusahaan dalam kondisi keuangan yang baik, serta satu perusahaan mengalami financial distress pada periode 2017-2021. Menurut metode Springate terdapat tiga perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress dan satu perusahaan berada pada zona abu-abu, sedangkan satu perusahaan memiliki kondisi keuangan yang baik.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine whether consumer loyalty is directly affected by the variables of HR competence, product innovation, and service quality and also to determine the paradigm or model of consumer loyalty to the variables of HR competence, product innovation, and service quality, including the most dominant indicator for each variable. This study was conducted qualitatively, whereas the approach was phenomenological, in which phenomenological studies described people's wisdom in their life experiences. Phenomenologists must pay attention to the existing picture that is owned by all participants when they observe a phenomenon. The sample was taken from five informants who had extensive experience and were currently in the highest positions in a company. The procedure or method used in data processing, assisted by Nvivo12 tools, a special analytical tool in qualitative research that has been recognized worldwide, includes conducting data validation, collecting descriptive data, and forming paradigms. To help answer B2B problems, research instruments draw on previous research and theoretical studies. The results stated that the cluster analysis revealed a strong relationship between statements of opinion from informants regarding B2B policies and consumer loyalty. For map analysis, it was found that all variables affect consumer loyalty and have different indicators, the most dominant of which have a range of 1 to 3 indicators. while simultaneously giving rise to a new variable, namely, a corporate image that supports consumer responsibility. Finally, the B2B model for increasing customer loyalty or consumer loyalty is more prone to service quality and customer loyalty variables.

Abstract

Increased financial literacy and financial attitude can develop small and medium industrial enterprises (IKM) because IKM can understand the basic concepts of financial products, and effective financial planning and management, the right financial attitude also then protects business activities from fraud and improper work. healthy business environment. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the investment decisions of SMEs in Ternate City. This study uses a quantitative method approach. The data collection method uses a non-probability sampling technique using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the determinant coefficient (R2) show a percentage of 61.9% and the remaining 38.1% is explained by other variables. The results of this study can be concluded that financial literacy and financial attitude are factors that influence SMEs in Ternate City actors in making investment decisions. It is expected that further research can develop this research by using other variables which in theory have an influence on investment decisions

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan harga jual perusahaan yang dianggap layak oleh calon investor agar tertarik untuk menanamkan sahamnya di perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan utama perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan laba setelah pajak. Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan adalah pajak, kebijakan pendanaan utang, dan ukuran perusahaan. Perencanaan pajak dapat menjadi upaya yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk mengurangi beban pajak atau meminimalkan pengeluaran atas pajak yang dibayarkan kepada Negara. Selain pajak, pendanaan kebijakan hutang dan ukuran perusahaan juga dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Secara umum, jika perusahaan memiliki pembiayaan utang yang banyak dianggap tidak sehat karena dapat mengurangi keuntungan. Kenaikan atau penurunan laba perusahaan akan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan menggambarkan total aset yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Semakin besar ukuran perusahaan berarti perusahaan tersebut dianggap mampu mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji apakah perencanaan pajak, pembiayaan kebijakan utang, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Obtaining knowledge and proof of research that examines the relationship between SCR Disclosure variables from CSR disclosures influenced by company size, profitability and liquidity in issuers of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index of the trading, services and investment sectors is the purpose of the research. The Research use quantitative causal research methods, with samples using the Slovin formula. Research results that CSR disclosures are positively significantly influenced by the Size and Capacity of the Company, Earnings Per Share which is part of the profitability ratio negatively affected the disclosure of CSR programs, and CSR Program Disclosure is not significantly affected by the Liquidity factor either tested with Current Ratio or with Quick Ratio, but through testing with the simultaneous of F Test all The Variables Independents studied significantly affect CSR disclosures on the Issuer of shares of Indonesian Sharia Index of Trade, Services and Investment Sectors

Abstract

Control (Quality Control) is all efforts to ensure that the results of the implementation are in accordance with a predetermined plan and satisfy consumers. The purpose of Quality Control is to prevent goods that are not in accordance with the desired quality standards (second Quality) continuously and to be able to control, select, assess quality so that consumers feel satisfied and the company does not suffer losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of quality control on product quality at PT. Prima Thomas Sejahtera. This research is a survey research using descriptive analytical method. Riduwan (2007:275) The population in this study were 40 people from the Quality Control section. The sample in this study were 40 people from the quality control department. Data analysis techniques are linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and partial test (t test). the writer concludes that based on the observation results, the quality control process for product quality carried out by this company is good. And need to be maintained so that quality can continue to be obtained. Indicators of quality control and product quality at PT. Prima Thomas Sejahtera implemented by the company is in line with the theoretical basis according to Rambat and Hamdani (2006:68-73) that quality has eight dimensions of measurement. While the results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that the quality control variable has a significant influence on product quality

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of price and innovation of a product that is determined by the manufacturer on consumer decisions in buying Yamaha motorbikes at the Amie Jaya Motor Depok Dealer. This research method is quantitative. The independent variable is product innovation (X1), price (X2) and the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). The population in this study were dealer consumers who transacted in the last three months at Yamaha Amie Jaya Motor Depok, 179 of whom were taken. Of these, a sample is needed to describe the condition of the population based on Slovin's calculations, namely 124 people. The results of the study show that the price and product innovation determined by the manufacturer have a significant influence on the consumer's decision to buy a motorbike. The magnitude of the influence of product innovation and price variables has a determination of 49%, while 51%. Product innovation is the variable that has the greatest significance for the consumer's decision to buy a motorcycle compared to the manufacturer's pricing

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, disclosure of corporate social responsibility and company size on stock prices. The population in this study are all Infrastructure Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2020. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with the following criteria: (1) Infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016 period - 2020. The data needed in this study were taken from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2016-2020. The data collection method used in this study is the documentation method. The statistical test was carried out using the t test and multiple linear regression analysis, which was previously carried out by the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that: disclosure of corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on stock prices, while profitability is proxied by return on assets, liquidity is proxied by the current ratio, and company size has no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Perusahaaan jasa pesan antar makanan tumbuh berkembang tetapi perlu meningkatkan kinerjanya agar konsumen selalu memiliki loyalitas. Dalam penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh citra merk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna aplikasi pesan antar makanan di Jakarta dengan jumlah responden 100 orang dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta menggunakan alat ukur PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Variabel citra merk tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna aplikasi pesan antar makanan di Jakarta. Meskipun hasil penelitian ini menyatakan konsumen belum memiliki loyalitas dari segi citra merk, diharapkan penyedia aplikasi pesan antar makanan dapat membuat program brand activation sehingga merk nya bisa lebih terkenal dan juga memiliki nilai positif. Variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyaltas konsumen pengguna aplikasi pesan antar makanan di Jakarta. Meskipun sudah baik, tetapi dapat ditingkatkan kualitas pelayanan menjadi lebih baik lagi melalui program garansi tepat waktu, agar konsumen semakin yakin terhadap kualitas pelayanan perusahaan penyedia aplikasi pesan antar makanan ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan usaha pabrik roti Reyhan terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat guna menambah pendapatan masyarakat di wilayah kelurahan Batu Ampar. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan cara melakukan observasi, wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berada pada lingkungan pabrik roti Reyhan di RT 03 RW 04 Kelurahan Batu Ampar Teknik analisis data yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pabrik roti Reyhan dapat memberdayakan masyarakat dengan mempekerjakan masyarakat dari RT 03. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pabrik roti Reyhan dikatakan berhasil dalam memberdayakan masyarakat sehingga masyarakat sekitar RT 03 RW 04 dapat bekerja dan menghasilkan yang akan digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Dalam proses pemberdayaannya, karyawannya diberikan pelatihan agar dapat memiliki kemampuan baru yang nantinya akan berguna untuk kedepannya jika ingin membuka usaha sendiri dan juga pabrik roti Reyhan tidak melihat latar belakang dari karyawannya untuk dapat bekerja di pabrik roti Reyhan.
