Abstract

The general objective of this study is to identify how much the level of efficiency and effectiveness of JKN capitation fund management based on monthly absorption in Ngronggot Health Center Nganjuk Regency in 2018. The data used is absorption data or realization of expenditure per month in 2018. The basic principle of government financial management is how efficient and effective management that has been carried out so that achievement and absorption are high by utilizing available resources appropriately. In the application of financial performance the method used is the index number. This method will lead to the calculation of the financial performance of JKN Puskesmas Ngronggot capitation fund management. After obtaining the financial performance, the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of the JKN Puskesmas Ngronggot Capitation Fund will be calculated using the formula of efficiency analysis and effectiveness analysis. The results of the calculation of trend analysis using index numbers to show financial performance. The result is the financial performance of the management of the JKN Capitation Fund Ngronggot Health Center is in good condition, this is because in the realization of its spending the Ngronggot Health Center has increased and is stable. For efficiency analysis and effectiveness analysis it can be seen that efficiency has an average of 99.45% which can be said to be less efficient based on the Minister of Home Affairs criteria, while effectiveness has an average of 100.97% which can be said to be very effective based on the criteria of the Minister of Home Affairs.

Abstract

Good public services are services that are able to provide satisfaction to the community. Become the basic actualization and existence of bureaucracy which is reflected in attitudes and behavior in providing services to the community. This research uses quantitative research methods with a population of 60 communities as respondents. This study aims: (1) Analyzing the effect service quality and service procedures on community satisfaction in carrying out service issuance of recommendations for the use of space. (2) Analyzing the effect of service quality on community satisfaction in carrying out the service of issuing recommendations for the use of space. (3) Analyzing the effect of service procedures on community satisfaction in performing services issuing recommendations for the use of space. The research variables consist of dependent variable is community satisfaction and the independent variables, namely service quality and service procedures. The analysis used is data in the form of numbers. Whereas technical data analysis uses: (1) descriptive statistics, (2) inferential statistics, and (3) multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: (1) The effect of service quality and service procedures had a significant effect on community satisfaction in carrying out service issuance of space utilization recommendations. (2) The effect of service quality has a significant influence on community satisfaction in carrying out the service of issuing recommendations for the use of space. (3) The effect of service procedures has a significant effect on community satisfaction in performing the service of issuing recommendations for the use of space. (4) Service Quality Variables have the most dominant influence on community satisfaction in carrying out services issuing recommendations for the use of space.

Abstract

Employee performance at the Tulungagung Tax Office is expected to be of good value whose impact can increase state tax revenues as the main source of financing. This study aims to determine significantly the influence of leadership style, whistleblowing system and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Tulungagung Tax Office. This research uses quantitative research methods with a population of 90 employees as respondents. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely leadership style, whistleblowing system and organizational commitment and the dependent variable is employee performance. Data collection using a questionnaire that was measured by a 5 level linkert scale. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence both partially and simultaneously the leadership style of the whistleblowing system and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

Corporate Credit Card is carried out in order to support cashless society, modernization and applying the principles of accountability and transparaency of state finance management . The purpose of Corporate Credit Card regulation are reducing cash transaction , reducing idle cash and cost of government fund and reducing cash and non cash transaction fraud.. This research was aimed how the implementation of Corporate Credit Card increase effectiveness and efficiency of state finance management and decrease moral hazard behavior at Satuan Kerja KPPN Blitar as object. This Research used qualitative case study approach study with interview result as primary data and observation and document as secondary data. Informers was chosen by purposive sampling. The results of the research conducted, obtained an ability of Corporate Credit Card impelementasion to increase effiectiveness dan efficiency of state finance management and decrease moral hazard behavior Keywords: Corporate Credit Card, Government, Effeiciency, Effectiveness , Moral Hazard.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap semangat kerja di RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Bagian Administrasi RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi sejumlah 100 pegawai. Sedangkan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 Pegawai bagian administrasi. Metode analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja di RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi; (2) Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja di RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi; (3) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja di RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi dan; (4) Lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja di RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, and profitability on market value added. There are 25 companies manufacturing consumer goods industry sectors listed on the IDX that were used as samples during the 2016-2018 period. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Furthermore, statistical tests are used in data analysis and Hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression. The independent variable consists of DER (dedt to equity ratio), CR (Current Ratio) and ROA (Return on assets). While the dependent variable used is market value added (MVA). The results show that only returns assets (ROA) have a significant and positive impact on market value added (MVA). Meanwhile, leverage ratio (DER) and liability ratio (CR) do not show a significant effect on MVA.

Abstract

Discussing employee performance will certainly not be separated from the factors that can affect a person's performance. Given that employee performance problems are very complex, the parties involved in an institution must be careful in observing the available resources. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of the employees of Kelurahan Se Tulungagung District, Tulungagung Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method. This research uses correlational techniques and this correlation study will use correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Partial testing shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Partial testing shows that the work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Simultaneous testing shows that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Kinerja guru sangat diperlukan dalam dunia pendidikan. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru antara lain motivasi dan kompensasi. Rendahnya motivasi dan kompensasi berakibat pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Guru yang malas-malasan dalam mengajar mengakibatkan murid juga melakukan hal yang sama, akibatnya mutu pendidikan yang rendah dan kurang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru; (2) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru di SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) secara simultan motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru; (2) secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru; (3) secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru; dan (4) proporsi pengaruh kedua variabel motivasi dan kompensasi dapat dilihat dari koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu sebesar 0,484. Artinya motivasi dan kompensasi mampu menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Guru sebesar 48,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model analisis ini.

Abstract

SIMPUS berbasis komputer atau teknologi informasi memiliki keunggulan dalam hal kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. Lahir dari penerapan e-government yang disempurnakan dalam konsep Smart City. Diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengelolaan, pemantauan data dan informasi secara lebih mudah, cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses implementasi SIMPUS sebelum dan sesudah SIMPUS, bagaimana proses implementasi SIMPUS SIMPUS ditinjau dari aspek kebijakan, aspek SIM dan aspek pelayanan, kemudian untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi beserta faktor penyebab masalah dan solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang timbul dalam proses implementasi SIMPUS menuju Smart City di Puskesmas Sukorame Kota Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan snowbolling sampling dan purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan jalur analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dalam penelitian kualitatif, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses implementasi SIMPUS menuju Smart City di Puskesmas Sukorame Kota Kediri berdampak baik terhadap keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan program itu sendiri dan lebih luas lagi adalah keberlanjutan program di masyarakat dan lainnya. khususnya karena SIMPUS termasuk dalam program Smart City dalam dimensi Smart Living. maka tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan secara optimal dengan dukungan sistem informasi berbasis pelayanan yang terpantau dan meningkatkan kemandirian kesehatan masyarakat. Abstract

Manusia di dalam kehidupannya tidak pernah hidup sendiri, akan tetapi manusia selalu berkelompok dengan sesamanya karena manusia tidak dapat memenuhi sendiri kebutuhannya. Sebagian besar kebutuhan manusia hanya dapat dipenuhi melalui bantuan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara individu pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara bersama-sama pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung. (3) Menganalisis variabel pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja, yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara bersama-sama pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan formula-formula statistik. Analisis yang digunakan terhadap data yang berwujud angka-angka. Sedangkan teknis analisis data menggunakan: (1) analisis statistic deskriptfi, (2) uji asumsi klasik (multikolinearitas, normalitas, liniearitas, dan analisis statistic inferensial). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penggaruh pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) Faktor-faktor pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung. (3) Variabel kedisiplinan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
