Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of inventory turnover, cash turnover, and accounts receivable turnover on profitability in cigarette companies listed on the IDX during the 2018-2023 period. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample consists of quarterly financial statements of 5 cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a total of 120 observations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through the EViews 12 application. The research findings indicate that inventory turnover, cash turnover, and accounts receivable turnover all have a significant positive effect on profitability.

Abstract

Human Resources occupy the most vital position in schools. It is true that costs are important. So are facilities, infrastructure and technology. However, the availability of these resources is wasted if handled by incompetent people and those who lack commitment. This study aims to: (1) To analyze the influence of IESQ partially on the performance of educators at MTsN 4 Tulungagung. (2) To analyze the influence of Quantum Quotient partially on the performance of educators at MTsN 4 Tulungagung. (3) To analyze the influence of IESQ and Quantum Quotient simultaneously on the performance of educators at MTsN 4 Tulungagung. (4) To analyze the IESQ and Quantum Quotient variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of educators at MTsN 4 Tulungagung. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely the analysis of data that has been scored according to the measurement scale that has been determined using statistical formulas. The analysis used is data in the form of numbers. While the quality test uses (1) Descriptive statistical analysis, (2) Verification analysis. (3) Classical assumption test (4) Multiple regression analysis, and (5) Hypothesis testing, (6) Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2). The results of the study indicate that: (1) IESQ partially has a significant influence on the Performance of Educators at MTsN 4 Tulungagung. (2) Quantum Quotient partially has a significant influence on the Performance of Educators at MTsN 4 Tulungagung. (3) IESQ and Quantum Quotient simultaneously have a significant influence on the Performance of Educators at MTsN 4 Tulungagung. (4) Quantum Quotient has the most dominant influence on the Performance of Educators at MTsN 4 Tulungagung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Kediri Hayam Wuruk. Layanan gadai emas yang ditawarkan oleh bank ini menjadi solusi keuangan yang diminati masyarakat, sebagaimana terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah nasabah dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Faktor kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan kualitas produk diyakini memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan jumlah responden sebanyak 165 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) dan simultan (uji F). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yaitu kualitas pelayanan, promosi, dan kualitas produk, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara individu, kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, diikuti oleh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek transparansi, kemudahan proses, serta nilai tukar yang kompetitif dari produk gadai emas sangat berperan dalam menciptakan kepuasan nasabah. Strategi promosi yang efektif melalui berbagai media komunikasi mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, direkomendasikan agar PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Kediri Hayam Wuruk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan mempercepat proses layanan dan meningkatkan empati karyawan. Selain itu, promosi melalui media digital perlu diperluas dengan menawarkan insentif khusus untuk menarik lebih banyak nasabah. Bank juga diharapkan terus menjaga daya saing produk gadai emas serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan layanan kepada nasabah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Quantum King Sulaiman. Kinerja karyawan dipandang sebagai faktor krusial dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. Variabel eksogen yang dianalisis mencakup gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, serta lingkungan kerja, sementara variabel endogen yang diteliti adalah kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner online yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Quantum King Sulaiman Group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan kompensasi serta lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Faktor yang memberikan dampak paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kompensasi serta lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Literacy i.e. reading and writing skills as well as thinking skills using sources of knowledge in print, visual, digital and auditorium forms. Literate society becomes a most solid social foundation to drive the process of transformation of society towards a peaceful life as well as to realize Indonesian society that has a cosmopolitan character in culture. The library is taking responsible for building the library and reading enthusiasm to create a community of learners and for building, developing and managing libraries, one of which is to improve literacy to realize a society of lifelong learners. The City Library and Archives Service of Blitar has a programme of work to cultivate the interest of the public in reading is parenting literacy. The objective of this qualitative analysis is to conduct SWOT analysis of the programme of activities to formulate recommendations for the strategy of optimizing the program of parenting literacy. The results of the research show that a strategy that can be described as Parenting Literacy Optimization being in Quadrant I which is favourable situation in optimizing opportunities and strengths that is aggressive policy-making (growth).

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze motivation partially influencing employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Tulungagung Regency. (2) Analyze discipline partially influencing employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Tulungagung Regency. (3) Analyze incentives partially influencing employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Tulungagung Regency. (4) Analyze motivation, discipline, and incentives simultaneously influencing employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Tulungagung Regency. (5) Analyze the most dominant motivation, discipline, and incentive variables on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Tulungagung Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara investasi, energi terbarukan, dan perencanaan produksi melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur. Fokus utama adalah pada efektivitas metode peramalan adaptif, seperti Double Moving Average (DMA) dan Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), dalam meningkatkan efisiensi perencanaan produksi. Dengan menganalisis hasil penelitian sebelumnya, studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa metode peramalan adaptif secara konsisten mampu memperbaiki akurasi prediksi permintaan. Namun, terdapat keterbatasan yang memengaruhi implementasi, seperti cakupan waktu penelitian yang terbatas dan ketergantungan pada data historis. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlunya adopsi sistem peramalan yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kapasitas responsif terhadap dinamika pasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the of quality of work life, to know the workplace spirituality, to know the employee performance, and the effect of quality of work life and workplace spirituality to work employee performance at Nurul ‘Ula Kota Kediri Educational Institution Kediri City. The population of this study consists of all employees at the institution, totaling 40 employees, with a saturated sample of 40 employees. The research employs a quantitative method, with data collected from respondents using questionnaires. After data collection, the data was processed using SPSS and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result indicated that the quality of work life influence employee performance, however the effect is in the opposite direction or negatively correlated, workplace spirituality has a positive influence on employee performance, quality of work life and workplace spirituality have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at Nurul ‘Ula Kota Kediri Educational Institution. However, while quality of work life has an influence on employee performance at the institution.

Abstract

The rapid progress in society and the dynamic relationship between society and government as well as the existence of government bureaucracy, requires government officials who work at the micro level (where direct service by officials to the community takes place) or those who place themselves at the forefront to be clear. This study aims: (1) To analyze the influence of service quality individually on community satisfaction. (2) To analyze the influence of discipline individually on community satisfaction. (3) To analyze the influence of facilities individually on community satisfaction. (4) To analyze the influence of service quality, discipline, and facilities simultaneously on community satisfaction. (5) To analyze which of the service quality, discipline, and facilities has the dominant influence on community satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely analysis of data that has been scored according to a predetermined measurement scale using statistical formulas. The analysis used is data in the form of numbers. While the quality test uses (1) Descriptive statistical analysis, (2) Verification analysis. (3) Classical assumption test (4) Multiple regression analysis, and (5) Hypothesis testing, (6) Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2). The results of the study indicate that: (1) Service quality partially has a significant effect on public satisfaction. (2) Discipline partially has a significant effect on public satisfaction. (3) Facilities partially have a significant effect on public satisfaction. (4) Service quality, discipline, and facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on public satisfaction. (5) Among the factors that include service quality, discipline, and facilities, the ones that have the greatest effect on the level of change in public satisfaction are the discipline variable followed by service quality, and finally the facilities variable.
