Abstract

This research is set against the backdrop of the low awareness of some students in obeying the discipline of praying zuhur congregations, as well as there are still students who are late in praying zuhur congregations, and some students who choose to receive sanctions or punishments rather than perform the prayer of zuhur congregation. In accordance with the above problems the purpose of the study is: 1) Describe the level of influence of awards on the discipline of the implementation of prayer zuhur congregation, 2) the effect of sanctions on the discipline of the implementation of zuhur prayer of 1st State Luhak Nan Duo. In accordance with typical data in this study used quantitative approach, research data is obtained through questionnaires. The findings were analyzed with correlation techniques, in unison, and Regression Coefficient Determination Test and Regression Coefficient t test. The results of the analysis showed that the: first influence of the Award (X1) on the discipline of the implementation of zuhur prayer congregation (Y) at a rate of 5 % with the hypothesis was found 2,042, while at the level of 1 % there was no effect of the award ( X1) on the discipline of the implementation of zuhur prayer congregation (Y), while independently the award was influential by 10%. Second, there is the effect of sanctions on the discipline of the implementation of zuhur prayer congregation both at the level of 5 % and 1 % with the hypothesis found 2,732, while the sanction independently affects 25.5%

Abstract

The main problem of this study is about the strategy of tahfiz teachers in motivating students memorizing the Qur'an at Semen Padang Elementary School, first the tahfiz teacher strategy in motivating students from social factors, the Second Tahfiz teacher strategy in motivating students from non-social factors. The purpose of the research is to reveal and analyze the strategy of tahfiz teachers in motivating students to memorize the Qur'an at Semen Padang Elementary School. This research is field risearch using descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of the study that the authors found: First; Guru Tahfiz's strategy in motivating students from social factors in memorizing the Qur'an at Semen Padang Elementary School focuses more on motivating by giving advice and encouragement. Second: the strategy of tahfiz teachers in motivating students from non-social factors in memorizing the Qur'an at Semen Padang Elementary School was initially encouraged by the motivation of Ekstrensik because of the school rules, namum during the tahfiz process lived the more days students became aware of the importance of memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the material, methods and evaluation system in moral coaching through dharma Pramuka in MAN Pariaman City. Research uses qualitative methods with this type of phenomenological research. The results in this study show that the material in moral coaching through the Scout dharma in MAN Pariaman City is contained in the scout honor code that is takwa to the One True God; the love of nature and the compassion of fellow human beings are willing in helping anyone and patiently do for good. Methods in moral coaching through dharma Pramuka in MAN Pariaman City there are exemplary methods, habituation and lecture methods, and evaluation system in moral coaching through dharma scouting in MAN Pariaman City is carried out through muhasabah, devotion al-all activities with evening wirid events.

Abstract

Islamic religious education learning at each educational institution has a different management pattern even though at one level within the education unit level, differences in management need to be disclosed as an effort to obtain information related to the strengths and weaknesses of each institution, related to this, this study aimed to find out the management of Islamic religious education carried out by teachers at two public elementary schools. From the data analysis conducted, Islamic religious education management at SD Negeri 02 and 13 Petok Pasaman are: 1) Islamic teachers carry out various preparations and designs before implementing learning, the preparation of learning plans was carried out through studies of various aspects related to learning. 2) the learning implementation by the teachers of SDN 02 was quite creative and innovative, in contrast to the Islamic religious education at SD Negeri 13 which still relies on conventional aspects of learning methods and media. 3)Islamic teacher of SD Negeri 02 Petok conducted a conceptual, structured, and systematic learning evaluation.

Abstract

This researcher aims to describe the following: the form of pai teacher performance in junior high school, the picture of the results of Qur'an learning students in junior high school and the impact of Islamic Education Teacher performance on the learning results of students in junior high school. The type of research used in this study is a type of field research that uses qualitative descriptive methods, which describes a research result that matches the data found in the field, research data obtained through interviews, observations and documentation, data processed and analyzed and inferred. This research managed to find: 1) The form of pai teacher performance in junior high school is its important role in helping students face or solve their difficulties in Qur'an learning, 2) the picture of qur'an learning results of students in Junior High School still encounters many difficulties in understanding makhraj, mad and tajwid. 3) The impact of PAI Teacher's performance on the learning outcomes of students in junior high school is the increasing results of Qur'an learning students or by improving the quality of reading of students and it turns out that the better the performance of PAI teachers will have a better impact on the learning results of Qur'an Learners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the accountability of regional heads in accelerating educational development in Jambi Province. The question in this study is why the accountability of regional heads has not been able to accelerate education development in Jambi Province. This study uses a qualitative research approach that is descriptive analytical. The data was collected by means of observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. Reliability with extension techniques, participation, accuracy of observations and triangulation of data. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of regional heads to accelerate education development in Jambi Province are carried out in the form of a five-year education program or master plan, then strengthening education human resources through a number of training, upgrading, activation of professional work groups and provision of facilities and infrastructure according to existing programs. . Efforts to overcome the accountability of regional heads in accelerating education development in Jambi Province are carried out by; a) open to receiving suggestions, opinions and criticism related to education. b) improve work information systems. c) increasing the work of educators and educational personnel. Increase motivation and supervision of the work of subordinates, and e) increase the learning achievement of students.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 sangat gencar dikalangan dunia. Covid-19 ini merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh jenis corona virus baru yaitu Sars-CoV-2, yang dilaporkan pertama kali di Wuhan Tiongkok pada tanggal 31 Desenber 2019. Pada tanggal 30 Januari 2020 Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia menyatakan wabah Covid-19 adalah keadaan darurat kesehatan masyarakat perhatian Internasional. Datangnya Covid-19 di Indonesia sejak maret, pemerintah mengumumkan untuk bekerja dari rumah, belajar dari rumah, ibadah dari rumah agar dapat mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19. Virus Covid-19 berdampak langsung pada kesehatan fisik dan menjadi ancaman kesehatan mental yang sangat besar. Dengan aktivitas dirumah selama kurang lebih delapan bulan ini dapat mempengaruhi kejiwaan seseorang. Setiap masalah apapun yang dihadapi seorang muslim dikembalikan Al-Qur’an, As-Sunnah maupun Ijtihad para ulama yang menjadi acuan untuk mengobatinya. Tazkiyatun nafs merupakan metode banyak dikalangan ulama yang membahas tentang ilmu jiwa serta menyucikan dari berbagai masalah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka melalui buku, jurnal, dan hasil penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menjaga kesehatan mental melalui tazkiyatun nafs yang terdiri hati, pikiran, dan ruh terkontrol dengan baik akan menciptakan kualitas diri yang stabil, serta berlandaskan terhadap iman.

Abstract

Metode pendidikan merupakan jembatan yang bisa menghubungkan pendidik dengan peserta didik, seandainya metode ini tidak ada pendidik akan kesulitan dalam menerapkan kurikulum dan tujuan yang ingin dicapainya.Dari uraian singkat diatas dapat kami simpulkan beberapa hal, yaitu ternyata dalam dunia pendidikan memiliki banyak metode pendidikan. Karena dalam pendidikan seorang pendidikan tidak hanya mengenal satu karakter orang saja tetapi banyak karakter, hal ini menyebabkan ketika pendidik sedang mengajar akanmenghadapi masalah yang berbeda-beda.Semoga bermanfaat bagi kita semua, khususnya generasi muda yang akan terjun dimasyarakat tentunya harus mempunyai bekal yang matang dan baik. Metode pendidikan sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan, untuk itu setiap pendidik hendaknya mengetahui tentang metode pendidikan. Bukan saja secara formal tetapi yang tidak formal pun harus diketahui. Banyak para ahli pendidikan dahulu maupun sekarang memformulasikan metode pendidikan, tetapi pada kenyataannya memiliki satu tujuan yaitu membentuk manusia yang terdidik. Pendidikan Islam dalam pelaksanaannya membutuhkan metode yang tepat untuk menghantarkan kegiatan pendidikannya kearah tujuan yang dicita-citakan.

Abstract

فإن العلم إرث الأنبياء، وكان حصوله يرفع درجة صاحبه عند الله. فصاحب العلم مكرم عند الله ثمّ عند الناس. ولكن العلم النافع هو العلم الذي يورث صاحبه العمل، لأنّ العلم لابدّ له من العمل. وكذلك في التلقي بالعلم، فينبغي لطالب العلم أن يتأدب فيه. فالآداب من الأمور المهمة التي ينبغي أن يتحل بها الطالب في طلبه للعلم.نظرا من أهمية الآداب في طلب العلم، رأى الباحث أن يستخرج فوائد عن الآداب في قصة تعلم نبي الله موسى عند الخضر عليهما السلام المذكورة في سورة الكهف الآية 60-82. والهدف من عملية هذا البحث هو معرفة آداب طالب العلم المضمون في سورة الكهف الآية 60-82 في قصة موسى والخضر، ومعرفة الارتباط بين العمل بآداب طالب العلم والنجاح في التعلم.هذا البحث يعتبر من البحوث المكتبية، والطريقة لجمع البيانات هي منهج التوثيق. ويستخدم الباحث منهج المدخلَ الاستقرائي العامي لتحليلها.والنتيجة التي حصلها الكاتب هي الأول: ما يتعلق بالآداب في طلب العلم وهي العزم والحرص والهمة العالية في طلب العلم، والتحلي بالرفق، والصبر على التعلم، والتلطف في الكلام أمام الأستاذ والتأدب معه، وطاعة الأستاذ، والرجوع إلى الحق، والرحلة في طالب العلم، والعمل بالأهم فالأهم والجمع بينهما أفضل، والتـأني والتثبت وعدم الاستعجال على حكم شيئ، والتواضع وعدم الاستكبار وسلامة القلب من الحسد، وعدم الحياء في طرح السؤال واجتناب إكثاره، والوفاء والعمل بالشروط والأنظمة. والثاني، أنّ هناك الارتباط بين العمل بآداب طالب العلم والنجاح في التعلم.

Abstract

Nafkah is all someone's expenses for people who are responsible for meeting the basic needs needed. Nafkah is divided into two, namely a living for oneself and Nafkah for others. One of the Nafkah for other people is to the wife as a result of marriage. Thus nafkah has a mandatory legal basis. The author uses this type of empirical juridical research, namely a study that uses materials or secondary data as initial data, then continues with primary data. The problems discussed in this paper are How is the responsibility of a husband of Muslim civil servants to divorce wives according to PP. 10 of 1983 regarding marriage and divorce for civil servants, how judges consider the responsibility for living by the husband of a Muslim civil servant towards divorced wives And How is the View of Islamic Law on PP No. 10 of 1983 and the decision of the Religious Court judge regarding the responsibility for nafkah by the husband of Muslim civil servants towards divorced wives. In this paper, the result of research is that the judge is of the opinion that this rule is not directly related to the case settlement process in court, but seen from the arguments presented in the text, it is not explained that there is a determination of the amount and period for providing nafkah, there is the way to do ijtihad or legal discovery for the sake of there is benefit.
