Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on stock returns and to determine the effect of interest rates in moderating the relationship between financial ratios and stock returns in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2022 period. The data used are financial reports published in 2017 – 2021. This research is a comparative clausal research, which analyzes the causal relationship between two or more variables. The variables used in this study are several fundamental factors of financial ratios namely X1 Current Ratio (CR), X2 Total Asset Turnover (TATO), X3 Debt of Equity (DER), and X4 Return on Investment (ROI) as independent variables and Y stock returns as the dependent variable with Z Bank interest rates as the moderating variable. The objects of research are 30 companies engaged in the property and real estate sector that publish financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021. These financial reports provide complete information about the company, where in the financial statements the stakeholders make as a basis for consideration of decision making. Based on purposive sampling, 30 property and real estate companies were obtained for the 5 year period from 2017-2021. The data processing method used in this research is a causality test with regression analysis and moderate regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio (CR) has a significant positive effect on stock returns, total asset turnover (TATO) has a significant negative effect on stock returns, the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a significant positive effect on stock returns, return on investment (ROI). has a significant positive effect on stock returns and bank interest rates does not strengthen the relationship between the current ratio (CR), total asset turnover (TATO), return on investment (ROI) and stock returns. Bank interest rates strengthen the relationship between the debt to equity ratio (DER) and stock returns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan upaya mendalam dalam mengkaji kebijakan penanganan stunting yang diimplementasikan di berbagai Negara. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami secara menyeluruh bentuk-bentuk intervensi yang telah dijalankan dalam rangka menangani masalah stunting pada populasi anak balita. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sistematik literature review (SLR), sebuah metode analisis yang sistematis dan komprehensif terhadap literatur-literatur yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Dalam tahap awal, kami berhasil mengumpulkan sebanyak 150 jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan topik kebijakan stunting. Namun, melalui proses seleksi yang cermat, akhirnya 50 jurnal yang paling memiliki keterkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti dipilih untuk dianalisis secara mendalam. Melalui proses penelusuran yang seksama, hasil analisis kami mengungkapkan bahwa masalah stunting memiliki akar penyebab yang kompleks dan saling berhubungan. Penyebab-penyebab yang muncul secara konsisten dari berbagai literatur adalah faktor-faktor seperti pendidikan, lingkungan masyarakat, ekonomi, perilaku masyarakat, dan sanitasi. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menggarisbawahi kompleksitas masalah stunting dan perlunya pendekatan yang komprehensif dalam mengatasinya. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor penyebab yang beragam ini, pemerintah dan institusi terkait dapat merancang strategi intervensi yang holistik dan terkoordinasi. Integrasi pendidikan, perubahan perilaku, perbaikan ekonomi, dan upaya peningkatan sanitasi menjadi langkah-langkah strategis dalam usaha pencegahan dan penanganan stunting dengan efektif.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has an impact on the pattern of human interaction with technology. So that it provides opportunities for increasing e-commerce in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to explain whether there is an effect of financial literacy, digital literacy and digital marketing on online product purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear regression. The sample used is a saturated sample of 105 Economics Education students at STKIP PGRI Jombang. Methods of data collection using documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study are that financial literacy influences online product purchasing decisions; digital literacy influences the decision to purchase online products; digital marketing influences purchasing decisions; financial literacy, digital literacy and digital marketing influence online product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

PT AM is a company that makes blood enhancers derived from iron powder raw materials (Ferro Sulfate). PT AM requires raw materials from suppliers for the manufacture of blood enhancers. CV HM is a supplier of iron powder raw materials (Ferro Sulfate) dismissed because it has a poor assessment in supplying raw materials to PT AM. PT AM invited new vendors and received 4 (four) prospective vendors, namely CV MTJ, CV GML, CV AKI and CV ZMI. PT AM does not have a good method to determine which supplier selection to choose. The author analyzes supplier selection with criteria such as price, quality, flexibility, and delivery. This study used the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method with the results obtained were CV MTJ got a value of 0.4, CV AKI got a value of 0.3, CV ZMI got a value of 0.3 and CV GML got a value of 0.3, From the results of the ANP calculation, the winner is CV MTJ which has the highest score among the 4 (four) other suppliers, namely 0.4 final score.

Abstract

The company PT. XYZ is one of the companies engaged in the TikTok Shop field which provides live streaming agency services to help brands market their products through live streaming platforms, especially TikTok which has been experiencing rapid development in recent times. On the Negative Reviews dashboard there are high reviews, review ratings and cosmetic product reviews are experiencing not good because consumer orders do not match the products received and product ratings at the level of customer satisfaction are quite low for these products and cosmetic product ratings are below 90 % of other competitors. This study uses a quantitative method of multiple linear regression analysis with the aim of testing and analyzing the independent variables on the dependent variable and improving and developing the concepts of independent variables and dependent variables. Besides that, data collection techniques are through observation on social media TikTok Shop, interviews, documentation. Based on results processing data there is influence positive between electronicsword of mouth And brands image to interest buy as big 59.5% temporary there is influenceWhich originate from variable other in outside study This as big 40.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the reasons and strategies for managing the PBB Setu Babakan as a tourist destination during the new normal period. The research was conducted in the PBB Setu Babakan tourist area. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis using the interactive data analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The subject of this research is the managing member of PBB Setu Babakan. The results of the study show that a management strategy is needed for internal reasons, namely to maintain assets, quality of attractions, facilities and destination services that are in accordance with tourist destinations to provide maximum satisfaction to visitors, as well as external reasons due to facing new demands of the tourism sector and changes in people's behavior in conducting tourism activities. The management strategy is based on management principles. In planning, managers identify supporting/inhibiting factors in achieving management objectives and strategies for overcoming them and develop strategies for managing destinations and controlling activities. Organizing includes setting responsibilities, working with partners, and UMKM training. Implementation includes developing destinations, increasing SDM competencies, strengthening tourism institutional capacity, as well as promotion through digital and conventional media. Evaluation is carried out through community satisfaction surveys, work meetings, and community quick responses. Even though there has been no ecological contribution and an increase in investment volume due to a lack of profit, the indicators of successful management have been fulfilled.

Abstract

CNI as an MLM Company needs to improve its competitiveness because the big challenges faced by the offline Direct Selling marketing system are starting to be abandoned with the choice of doing business in online media or Marketplace. Therefore, the Business Process of PT. CNI, because it no longer relies on the Network recruitment process but rather prioritizes a quality product marketing system run by CNI Business Partners, it is necessary to run an e-CRM Strategy by utilizing e-commerce application technology, namely M-CNI. The M-CNI Feature Component is an important part of the e-CRM Strategy in order to accelerate business processes that are more effective and efficient in conducting promotions, conveying information, building interactions to transaction activities. This study aims to reveal the analysis of feature factors in the M-CNI application on the satisfaction of its users through 3 aspects, namely Usability, Content Adequacy and Reliability. Through case study research at PT CNI, it is expected to make theoretical and methodological contributions in improving services to Business Partners as Users of the M-CNI application.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation was to assess the effects of incentives and penalties on the academic performance of pupils enrolled at SD Negeri Cilandak Barat 01 Pagi. The study employed a qualitative descriptive methodology, utilizing observation, interviews, and questionnaires as data collection methods. The study was conducted at a public elementary school, specifically Cilandak 01 Pagi, located in the southern region of Jakarta. The findings of the research indicate that the implementation of incentives and sanctions can influence the degree of orderliness and academic drive among students, provided that it is executed in a suitable and fitting manner. Regarding the acquisition of knowledge and the cultivation of self-control, educators employ a system of incentives and consequences to incentivize pupils to adhere to the established regulations and exhibit greater compliance and decorum within the academic setting. It is imperative that educators exercise prudence in administering rewards and punishments, as their actions hold significant sway over the outcomes experienced by students. Rewarding students involves inculcating positive values through habituation and appreciation for their positive actions. Conversely, when students engage in negative behaviors, teachers may administer appropriate disciplinary measures. The purpose of punishment is to deter children from engaging in prohibited behaviors. The educator cautions pupils against replication and elucidates the underlying rationales for its prohibition. In educational practice, the utilization of reward and punishment is employed by educators as a means of reinforcement, serving as a stimulus in the process of instructing students. Teachers provide rewards to students as a means of acknowledging positive behaviors or accomplishments through the presentation of gifts or other forms of recognition. The act of providing incentives is aimed at fostering increased engagement and motivation among children in their endeavors to perform and excel. The act of administering punishment by a teacher to students is typically in response to the commission of violations or errors by said students. The imposition of punishment can lead to remorse and regret among students for their inappropriate behavior. The findings of this study suggest that educators are anticipated to exhibit greater levels of creativity and ingenuity by devising novel methods of incentivization and disciplinary action that can be further refined. Are students expected to maintain discipline and study diligently, regardless of the presence of incentives or penalties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand communication with ethical values according to the Qur'an, so that in this study using qualitative research methods with literature study sources, the results of this research in communication activities must be mutual respect and respect for differences, both differences in ethnicity, race and culture, as well as differences in choices, and opinions. This is as affirmed by the word of Allah Almighty in the Qur'an surah al-Hujurat verse 3 which means ―O man, Verily We created you from a man and a woman and made you into nations and tribes so that you might know each other. Indeed, the noblest among you in the sight of Allah is the most pious among you. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Knowing.

Abstract

Profesi Apoteker adalah salah satu profesi tenaga kesehatan yang diakui oleh undang-undang untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian sebagaimana kompetensi dan kewenangannya. Kompetensi Apoteker diperoleh melalui pendidikan profesi serta mendapatkan sertifikasi kompetensi dari asosiasi. Kewenangan Apoteker didapatkan apabila mempunyai Surat Tanda Registrasi pada Departemen Kesehatan dan mendapatkan Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker (SIPA) atau Surat Izin Kerja (SIK) dari Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota setempat. Legalitas pekerjaan kefarmasian hanya diatur dalam pasal 108 Undang-undang No. 36 tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan. Namun undang-undang ini masih bersifat umum dan sudah tidak relevan dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini. Pada praktiknya Profesi Apoteker kurang mendapatkan perhatian serius dari otoritas sehingga profesi ini terkesan mendapatkan diskriminasi bahkan rentan untuk dikriminalisasi.Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui secara spesifik mengenai legalitas Praktik Apoteker dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 108 Undang-undang No. 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan serta untuk mendapatkan legalitas bagi Profesi Apoteker dalam menjalankan seluruh aspek pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai dengan kompetensi dan kewenangannya. Metode penelitian adalah yuridis normatif Metode penelitian yuridis atau hukum normatif yakni penelitian yang meneliti bahan-bahan pustaka sebagai bahan yang sudah didokumentasikan. Pendekatan (pemahaman) dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), metode pendekatan konsep (conceptual approach), metode pendekatan kasus (case approach).Saat ini kelompok tenaga kesehatan yang telah mempunyai undang-undang tersendiri sebagai dasar hukum profesinya baru ada 3 (tiga) kelompok, yaitu : Tenaga Medis (dokter, dokter gigi, dokter hewan) dalam menjalankan praktiknya diatur dalam Undang-undang Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 tentang Praktik Kedokteran, Profesi Perawat menjalankan pekerjaannya dengan landasan Undang-undang Nomor 38 Tahun 2014 Tentang Keperawatan dan Profesi Bidan dalam menjalankan keahliannya berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 Tentang Kebidanan. Sementara untuk Profesi Apoteker belum mempunyai peraturan khusus setingkat undang-undang yang mengatur mengenai keahlian dan kewenangannya dengan lebih terang benderang dan terperinci.
