Abstract

PT XYZ is a private company engaged in freight forwarding services in Surabaya - Waingapu. In its journey, the company experienced many challenges, which continuously improved its performance management, starting from financial issues, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. This study aims to determine the level of company performance and provide recommendations for improvements to the Key Performance Indicator below the target. The method used is the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The study results show that PT XYZ's company performance score in 2020 produced a score weight of 2.88 which is included in the good category. In contrast, in 2021, the company's performance made a weighted score of 2.78 which is included in the good category, and 2022, the company's performance had a weighted score of 2.26 which is included in the sufficient category. Internal Business Processes are the focus of improvement because the achievement score still needs to catch up to the target to improve PT XYZ's performance.

Abstract

Market Share is frequently used to indicate market competitiveness to record how well and rapidly a company is developing compared to its rivals. Vitamin products are presently a popular item among many consumers. 73% of Indonesians consumed many supplements during the Covid-19 virus pandemic, according to a survey conducted by PT Neurosensum Technology International, a market research firm based on neuroscience and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The survey covered 500 sample sizes and found that 94% of respondents consumed vitamin C during a pandemic. According to data from Top Brand, the top five products from 2018 to 2022 are Vitacimin, Enervon-C, You C1000, Redoxon, and Vicee. It is a well-known fact that Vitamin C's market share fluctuates wildly from year to year. This study employs the Markov Chain and SOAR techniques to generate some alternative marketing strategies. The results indicated that the prediction of the percentage of market share until equilibrium conditions were reached was obtained in the 28th period of March 2025, with Vitacimin at 41%, Enervon C at 13%, You C1000 at 23%, Redoxon at 11%, and Vicee at 12%. The Redoxon product was then analyzed using SOAR analysis, and eight alternative marketing strategies were developed.

Abstract

The development of the bottled drinking water (AMDK) business has successfully embedded the values and perspectives of AMDK in Indonesia. In marketing the distribution team has an extensive mineral water distribution network throughout Indonesia. The company has a role to maintain customers by selling distributing products must be done well, distributing products to outlets in a timely and orderly manner, maintaining and maintaining relationships with customers so that they do not switch from our products. The research method used by researchers is quantitative research. The sample in this study is the annual report of PT Tirta Investama for the last three years (2020-2022). The analysis techniques used in this study are descriptions of research data, multiple linear regression tests, normality tests and hypothesis tests. In hypothesis testing there are three tests, namely the t test, F test and determination test. The results of the analysis that have been described answer the objectives and problem formulation of this study. The application of distribution channels at PT Tirta Investama Surabaya is Market coverage can partially affect distribution channels at PT Tirta Investama Surabaya. PT Tirta Investama Surabaya and Goods can partially influence the distribution channels at PT Tirta Investama Surabaya. PT Tirta Investama Surabaya.

Abstract

Consumers have a tendency to develop an intention to buy a product after seeing product advertisements in various electronic media, one of which is through Instagram social media. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of advertising attractiveness on Instagram social media on consumer buying interest in Innisfree products. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires to respondents which consist of several statements. The population in this study were consumers of Innisfree products with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis which is processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 analysis tool. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the Advertising variable on consumer buying interest. This research is expected to provide a number of theoretical and practical guidelines on how entrepreneurs can effectively implement advertisements on the Instagram social media platform to attract consumer buying interest.

Abstract

One of the coffee beverage brands that has been named as a company that is able to provide the best service for consumers, but in terms of what kind of service and how is provided by Starbucks so that it can provide satisfaction for consumers with its products and can be named the company with the best service in its field. On that basis, this study aims to determine and analyze how customer relationship management affects customer satisfaction at Starbucks in the Bandung area. This research is a quantitative study with explanatory survey research techniques. The population of this research is Starbucks consumers with a sample of 100 respondents through non-probability sampling technique purposive sampling method. This research data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires to buyers of Starbucks products. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, which is assisted by the Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this study on customer relationship management variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Economic development in Indonesia with technological advances has a significant impact. Innovation and new technological breakthroughs today in the financial sector using Fintech or financial technology. Fintech initially only existed in the conventional financial system, but along with the times, fintech has now entered the Islamic financial system. The purpose of this study is to analyze fintech in the economy in Indonesia through an Islamic perspective. The type of research used is to use literature studies obtained from various sources. This research is descriptive and qualitative. The data used is secondary data. The data collection technique is to use literature review to examine the theoretical basis related to fintech concepts and mechanisms that are currently developing rapidly in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. As well as knowledge of the development of sharia fintech as the main basis for building correlations between practice and theory based on Islamic perspectives. This research produces Fintech in an Islamic perspective, offering alternative choices to people who use financial technology services, especially for people who want to avoid the trap of usury, because the fact that occurs almost entirely contains elements of usury. However, muamalah is not only important in terms of economic value but must also be of worship value so that muamalah activities become a blessing of participation.

Abstract

This research to assess Solvability and Profitability and their effect on stock prices and business value, this study involves an analysis of several factors, including the Dept. to Equity Ratio, Return on Investment, Stock Price, and Price Book Value. Utilizing secondary data in the form of annual financial reports from 2020–2021, research was conducted on LQ45 companies. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS. The list of LQ45 business actors registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022 is the basis for selecting the research population. A total of 98 financial reports from 32 companies are included in the sample selected based on the research criteria. The analysis results indicated that Solvability affects the company's value, while profitability does not have an impact. Additionally, both profitability and solvability do not have a significant influence on stock prices. However, stock prices are significantly influenced by the company's value. Solvability and profitability ratios do not show any observable impact on stock prices when the company's value is used as a mediator.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect between pay transparency and Perceived Organizational Support and its impact on job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational commitment. This study was conducted at PT XYZ by involving employee respondents in various divisions. The research method used was a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research sample consisted of 136 respondents using a saturated sample. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical techniques and SEM. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between pay transparency and Perceived Organizational Support. This finding indicates that the level of payroll transparency in an organization influences the support felt by employees for the organization. Furthermore, Perceived Organizational Support was also found to have a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational commitment. In addition, this study also reveals that pay transparency has a significant effect on job satisfaction through Perceived Organizational Support. That is, payroll transparency can affect the level of job satisfaction through the level of organizational support felt by employees.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions to transform teaching through digital-based learning. This is a big challenge for educational institutions and the government in realizing quality education. The aim of this research is to analyze the application of visionary leadership, digital-based learning culture, digital citizenship, innovation skills, communication, digital leadership, digital-based knowledge sharing, and the performance of teaching staff in Indonesia. Primary data was obtained from the results of a questionnaire survey of 100 active teachers and lecturers spread across eight provinces in Indonesia. The survey was conducted directly and online using a quantitative approach and analyzed descriptively. The sampling technique was carried out using the convenience sampling method. The research results showed that the application of visionary leadership, digital-based learning culture, digital citizenship, innovation skills and communication in the workplace has gone well even though there are still a number of schools that do not have digital learning facilities. The strategy that schools and universities must implement to improve the performance of teaching staff in the digital era is to fulfill the physical and non-physical facilities in schools.

Abstract

Leadership in a more specific scope becomes a valuable capital in managing the organization. The research method used is a Systematic Literature review. Based on the results of article collection on the classification of sources, themes, and years of publication of articles, 35 articles were obtained that met the article classification. The results show that collective leadership is a collaborative and mutually beneficial leadership process, which allows all elements of an institution to take part in building a certainty that accommodates common goals. Leadership collectivity is the behavior and nature of leaders who involve all staff, to be able to form an organizational culture to be able to work by their respective authorities and duties through a mutually arranged organizational culture, as well as collaborate and be responsible with a collective leadership structure.
