Abstract

Sistem akuntansi lingkungan dapat digunakan sebagai control dan respon dari perusahaan dalam tata kelola limbah untuk identifikasi, pengukuran, penyajian, pengungkapan serta pelaporan pembiayaan yang dilakukan selama kegiatan operasional berjalan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengiidentifikasi biaya lingkungan yang telah dilakukan dan penerapan akuntansi di UD Bahagia Bersama di Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan data kualitatif yang tersedia yaitu data perusahaan yang berisikan visi dan misi, struktur organisasi dan data informasi perlakuan akuntansi lingkungan UD Bahagia Bersama serta informasi alokasi biaya lingkungan dan laporan keuangan tahunan sebagai data kuantitatif. UD. Bahagia Bersama sudah melakukan penerapan akuntansi lingkungan dengan mengeluarkan biaya-biaya lingkungan. Berdasar pencatatan akuntansi di perusahaan, pengakuan biaya dibebankan pada biaya limbah muncul sebagai biaya harga faktor produksi pada laporan laba rugi tercatat biaya produksi. Pengukuran biaya digunakan dalam satuan rupiah yaitu biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam biaya realisasi sebelumnya. Penyajian sudah sesuai secara jelas dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan dan dalam pengungkapan tercatat sudah sesuai dengan PSAK No. 3.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of competence and work motivation on employee performance at RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Sukabumi City. Researchers used a quantitative approach with associative and questionnaire methods as a means of data collection. The population is all employees at R. Syamsudin Hospital, SH. The City of Sukabumi has a total of 1,446 employees, sampling using the slovin formula with an error degree of 10%, so the sample is 94 employees, and the sampling technique is proportional stratification random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and so on with multivariate regression analysis. The results, both independently and simultaneously, employee competence and work motivation have an impact on employee performance at R. Syamsudin, SH Hospital. Sukabumi City; (5) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at RSUD R. Syamsudin, SH. Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This research is about consumer repurchase intention with the aim of analyzing satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer repurchase intention. The data analysis method uses multiple regression and the Sobel test to test the effect. The population is Matahari Department Store Sukabumi consumers in the June 2020 Observation Period of 8500 consumers. By taking the sample using the Taro Yamane formula with an error rate of 10%. So that the number of samples is 100 respondents. The results show that service quality has an effect on repurchase intention, product quality has an effect on repurchase intention, satisfaction has an effect on repurchase intention, service quality has an effect on satisfaction, product quality has an effect on satisfaction, service quality and product quality are each able to mediate the influence of interest. repurchase through customer satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Sukabumi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain the impact of competence; work experience; and discipline towards Employee Performance. In accordance with the purpose of the causal associative method used by researchers. The population is hospital employees in Sukabumi so that the sample is drawn using the Cohcran formula, which is 97 respondents. The researcher analyzed the research data according to the research criteria by using multivariate regression analysis. The results are both independently and simultaneously with competence; work experience; and discipline have a tremendous impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Tanggung jawab Sosial Perusahaan kepuasan, kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen Perbankan di Indonesia. Desain ekplanatory digunakan untuk analisis pernyataan prediktif yang ditetapkan menjadi tujuan penelitian. Populasi penelitian merupakan nasabah Bank di indonesia dengan kriteria telah menjadi nasabah aktif lebih dari 2 tahun. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan CSR berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kepuasanan nasabah bank, Kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan nasabah bank, CSR berpengaruh langsung terhadap Loyalitas nasabah, Kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh langsung terhadap Loyalitas nasabah, Kepercayaan Nasabah berpengaruh langsung terhadap Loyalitas, CSR berpengaruh terhadap KEK dengan mediasi loyalitas, Kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan nasabah dengan mediasi Loyalitas.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved by the authors in this study are: to determine the effect of the influence of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction for Tunas Honda Motor Dealer Sukabumi. This research method belongs to the type of quantitative research with associative causality research. Associative research is a research problem formulation that is asking the relationship between two or more variables. Quantitative research method is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research on a particular population or sample. The data was processed using the SPSS version 26 program. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability testing, prerequisite analysis test, coefficient of determination analysis test (R2) and hypothesis testing including t test and f test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis as follows: Y = 13.565 + 0.169X1 + 0.557X2 The results of multiple linear regression analysis, from the coefficient value (b1) -0.169, this means that every time there is an increase in service quality, customer satisfaction has increased. While the promotion shows that the coefficient value (b2) is 0.557, this means that every time there is an increase in promotion, consumer satisfaction also increases. The t-test shows that the X1 variable has a significant level of 0.026 <0.05 and the t-count value is 2.271 > t-table 1.988, so H1 is accepted. The X2 variable has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value is 6.541> t-table 1.988, then H2 is accepted. Together or there is a simultaneous relationship between service quality and promotion of customer satisfaction, seen from the calculated F value of 62.720 > F table 3.10 and significant F value 0.000 < 0.05 probability value. So there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and promotion simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Tunas Honda Sukabumi Motor Dealer. The result of the Adjusted R square number is 0.587 or 58.7%, which means that the variable quality of service and promotion has an effect of 58.7% and the rest is influenced by other variables by 41,3%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to prove the influence of the work environment and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. BTPN Syariah, Tbk Sukabumi during the Covid-19 pandemic, both independently and simultaneously. Researchers use statistical methods, determination and multiple linear regression with an associative approach according to its purpose. Where the sampling technique uses a census technique where all members of the population are taken as a sample of 50 people. The results of the research by means of regression analysis proved that there is a good influence between work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. BTPN Syariah, Tbk Sukabumi. and Coefficient of Determination there is a simultaneous influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted to prove that work motivation and discipline have an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Tiara Sarana Lestari Sukabumi City. The population taken is all employees at PT Tiara Sarana Lestari Sukabumi City, totaling 102 employees with a sample technique using 10% slovin, namely as many as 50 people. According to the purpose of the associative method used by researchers. The analysis technique uses multivariate regression, while the results, both partially and simultaneously, work motivation and discipline prove to have an extraordinary influence on employee performance at PT Tiara Sarana Lestari, Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT. Glostar Indonesia Cikembar Kab. Sukabumi. This type of research is quantitative with associative. The population is employees in the production department building C. Sampling using the slovin formula with an error rate of 10% is 92 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. With the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that employee performance is simultaneously influenced by leadership style and motivation by 0.550%, meaning that leadership style and work motivation contribute 55% and the other 45% are influenced by other variables. Partially, employee performance is significantly influenced by leadership style. While employee performance is not significantly influenced by work motivation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to detect brand image and price that can have an impact on purchasing decisions for bottled drinking water (AMDK) of the Aqua brand (a case study on consumers of Aqua brand bottled drinking water in Sukabumi City). The associative research method used by researchers, the population size is unknown, after being calculated by the Cohcran formula, a sample of 97 respondents is produced. The sampling technique is by chance sampling technique. Methods of analysis include data quality test, analysis prerequisite test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 24 statistical program. The results of brand image and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
