The research and development aim to produce e-modules for learning electric motor installations. This research was motivated because the material in the e-modules used by the teacher did not cover all the basic competencies in the syllabus. This study uses a research and development method with a 4D model. The subject of this research is the e-module for learning electric motor installations using the Example Non Example method. Research respondents were students of class XI TITL 1 and teachers of the subject of Electrical Motor Installation. The research instruments were validation questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, and posttest questions. Data was collected using questionnaires and online posttest questions via google forms due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Data analysis used percentage and category techniques. The result of this research is the validity of e-module learning is in the valid category. The practicality of e-module learning falls into the practical category. The effectiveness of e-modules is categorized as effective. Thus e-learning modules can be used in learning.

Industrial Electrical Installation Practice is a subject in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Padang State University that must be taken by students. In practical implementation, they still use the old Jobsheet and have not used industry-based jobsheets, so students don't know much about existing equipment in the industry. The availability of industry-based jobsheets makes it easy for students to apply practical learning to Industry and get to know the many equipments in the Industry. For this reason, this study aims to produce a valid and practical industry-based jobsheet. The research method used is the Research and Development method with the 4D Model. The research subject was a practical Jobsheet for students majoring in Electrical Engineering FT UNP, for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the research results, the validity of the industry-based Jobsheet from the validators (media expert validators and material experts) obtained an average valid category. Practicality Test with respondents Lecturer in the Industrial Electrical Installation Practice Course obtained an average with the very practical category. From the research data above, it can be concluded that the industrial-based Industrial Electrical Installation Practice jobsheet is valid and practical to use for Industrial Electrical Installation Practices lectures.

This research is a process carried out in developing a learning media in Basic Electricity and Electronics subjects using articulate storyline software at State Vocational High School 2 Lubuk Basung. The resulting media is in the form of interactive media, so that media can be used must go through a series of assessment processes. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media that are categorized as valid and practical. This research is based on problems related to learning media used in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects that have not provided optimal results on student learning outcomes and low interest and student motivation in the learning process. The availability of learning media that is less varied and the tendency of teachers to use the same media causes saturation of students. Media development is carried out using the Research and Development (R & D) research method using the 4-D (four D) development model through four main procedures, namely definition, design, development, and dissemination. The results obtained in research with the feasibility of media by material experts on the content aspect were valid and the learning aspect was valid. The feasibility of media by media experts on technical aspects is valid and functional aspects are categorized as valid. The practicality assessment of the media resulted in very practical categories.

This research is motivated by the limited teaching materials that lead students to understand more easily in the practical learning process. The practical subject of Electromechanical Basic Work is one of the subjects at SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang in the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Department. One of the factors that support the smooth implementation of practicum is the availability of a jobsheet as a guide in practice In this study, a jobsheet was developed to obtain a valid and practical jobsheet to use for basic electromechanical work practice. Jobsheet development is carried out based on the 4D development research method, which includes defining, designing, developing and disseminating stages. The validity of the jobsheets is evaluated through media and material experts, while the practicality of the jobsheets is evaluated through users. The validity and practicality of the jobsheet were tested using a questionnaire. The results showed that the jobsheets developed for the subject of Basic Electromechanical Work were feasible to use. This can be seen from the results of practicality tests and validity tests that have been carried out. The results of the validity test of the three validators obtained an average score of 0.79 validity value in the valid category, while the practicality test results from the teacher obtained a score of 91.4 with the very practical category. From the results of this assessment, it can be interpreted that the job sheet media for Basic Electromechanical Work is suitable for use as a learning resource for class X students of Electrical Power Installation Engineering.

This study aims to produce valid and practical Powerpoint media in basic electricity and electronics subjects in class X (SMKN) 5 Padang. To achieve this goal, the authors develop the media using research and development methods with the following steps : (1) analyzing the need to determine the problem, (2) determining KD in determining material needs, (3) defining concepts, (4) analyzing students which is an analysis of student characteristics, (5) sketching, (6) collecting media objects, (7) making media designs, (8) expert validation stage, (9) revision based on expert validation, (10) trial phase. The development results show that Powerpoint media is proven to be very valid. The test results gave the validity value carried out by the validator of 0.91 from the expected score to be in the valid category, while the practicality test carried out by the subject teacher gave a value of 94.2% of the score which was expected to fall into the very practical category. The results of this study indicate that learning media with Powerpoints made for basic electricity and electronics subjects are suitable for use as learning resources.

This research was motivated by the not yet compiling effective learning materials. So that learning is still teacher-centered and has not yet been created for students to learn independently. Therefore, it is necessary to have teaching materials that support the learning process in utilizing technology, one of which is by using e-modules. This research aims to produce a valid and practical e-module in the Basic Electrical and Electronics Class of the TITLL class at SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. This research uses a 4-D development model with four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects of this research trial were students of class X TITL at SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. The data were collected using a validity and practicality questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale which had been validated by an instrument expert lecturer. Data analysis using percentage techniques. The results showed that the validator respondents were two lecturers and one teacher on the validity of the product in the valid category, while the two teacher respondents on the practicality of the product were obtained in the very practical category. Thus, the e-module of Basic Electricity and Electronics was declared valid and practically used as a learning medium for Basic Electricity. and Electronics.

This research is motivated by the learning process carried out online because it is not possible to hold a face-to-face learning process or direct learning due to the current Covid-19 epidemic period. Assessment and evaluation of learning in conditions of social distancing and physical distancing can be applied on an online basis which is carried out at home using the remote assessment method. With the rapid development and advancement of technology today, the application of remote assessment is very possible and easier, especially with the existence of the internet network. Therefore, a 4-D development model is used where the results developed are products in the form of essay questions where this is to overcome existing problems so that the learning process can still be carried out. The research objective was to produce a product in the form of essay and oral test questions online on valid measurement courses and instruments. Based on the results of the study using the 4-D model by doing the validity test, it was found that the product in the form of essay questions developed that had been tested got valid results. The validity results were tested by three validators. From the results of the validity test developed, it can be concluded that with the development of the product in the form of the latest essay questions, it can improve the critical thinking ability of each student, and when suddenly there is a quiz given by the lecturer, students will be better prepared to do well and not complain.

Based on the researcher's experience in taking PLC and Pneumatic courses in the fifth semester of 2018, the engineering faculty of the State University of Padang still uses manual books in printed form assisted by media in the form of power points where the media is less interactive and does not increase interest student self-study. Advances in information technology have enabled researchers to develop learning in changing the presentation of teaching materials, in this case, printed modules, into modules that are packaged in digital format, or known as electronic modules (e-modules). The research method used is R&D (Research & Development) and the model is 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research was conducted on students in the PLC and pneumatic courses at Padang State University. The questionnaire used in the study was a validation questionnaire and a student practicality questionnaire. In the distribution of validation questionnaires, the average results were obtained with a very valid category, on the distribution of practicality questionnaires to students, the scores were obtained in the practical category and some gave values in the very practical category. With the average value obtained, the module media is said to be very practical. Based on the results of the research data, it is stated that the module is very valid and practical.

Programmed Control Systems subject is a subject that must be studied by Industrial Automation Engineering students. In the implementation of learning, there is a lack of handbook modules for students, so that low student motivation has an impact on student learning outcomes. The availability of teaching materials will certainly increase student motivation and make it easier to understand lessons both independently and under teacher observation. For this reason, this study aims to produce a valid and practical learning module on the subject of Programmatic Control Systems at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. This type of research is research with development (Research and Development) using the 4D model which consists of 4 stages, namely the definition stage (Define), the design stage (Design), the development stage (Develop) and the stage of deployment (Disseminate). The subject of this research is a programmed control system learning module using the CX-Programmer software, with respondents from expert lecturers in the electrical engineering department of the Padang State University and class XI TOI teachers in Programmatic Control System (SKT) subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh in the academic year. 2019/2020. Data were collected using sheets or questionnaires for validation and practicality. Based on the results of the validation, the average of the four validators is 91.1% with the very valid category. Respondents from two subject teachers on the practicality of the learning module obtained an average of 90.55% with the very practical category. It was concluded that the programmed control system learning module using the CX-Programmer software was declared valid and practically used in the teaching and learning process for programmed control system subjects

Student learning process activities must have teaching materials so that it can make it easier for students to understand the learning material. The learning module developed is in the form of online teaching materials or in electronic form. The development of learning modules is carried out to produce valid and practical learning modules. The module being developed is a learning module on the Application of Electronic Compounds for class XI TAV which is Web-based. The research was conducted at SMKN 1 Koto XI Tarusan which does not yet have teaching materials in the electronic form to help students learn independently. The development of the learning module for the application of electronic circuits was developed using a 4-D development model. The research method, namely R&D (Research & Development) in the development procedure using 4-D, there are four stages, namely the first stage of defining, the second stage of design, the third stage of development (develop), and dissemination (disseminate). Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques using percentage techniques. Based on the research results, the validity value was obtained in the valid category. Practicality tests with teacher respondents were obtained in the very practical category and practicality tests with student respondents were obtained in a very practical category.
