Abstract

The coffee shop sector in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, with coffee consumption increasing steadily each year. In the process of selecting a coffee application, aspects such as security, ease of use, and promotional level are often primary considerations for users, as is the case with Kopi Kenangan CSB Mall. The business has been established for 4 years, founded precisely on October 14, 2019. With significant development, this Food and Beverage business has conducted transactions both offline and online through its three aggregators: Go Food, Grab Food, and Shopee Food. The issue identified from observations is the lack of daily, weekly, or monthly income calculations covering all three aggregators. This leads to a lack of review and development of this Food and Beverage business that has been operating for 4 years. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of sales transactions through graphs in order to evaluate specific results visible in the mobile application using the Flutter programming language and the Laravel framework to help monitor shop transactions in detail. This research is conducted by applying the waterfall method and collecting data through processes such as interviews, observations, and documentation. By harnessing rapidly advancing technology, monitoring sales data through comparison via graphs aims to obtain contributions from the transaction summary application that can assist this Coffee Shop business in achieving its future targets.

Abstract

Princess tourism is one of the promotional media to introduce the culture of the region and the tourism potential that each region has. The tourism and culture office of West Nias regency held a selection to get the best daughter to become a tourism princess in accordance with the provisions. The process is still classified as manual making the selection process longer and less efficient. The assessment system using SPK is very helpful for judges in the selection process to get the best daughters from the many daughters listed. In this study, the authors used the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to assist a system that can assist judges in the selection process based on predetermined criteria. The application of Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) (WASPAS) is expected to facilitate judges in the selection process that is in accordance with the criteria, faster and more efficient as expected.

Abstract

Determining recipients of MSME capital assistance at the Deli Serdang Regency UKM Cooperative Service is an activity that requires careful assessment and must also be selective based on existing assessments. With this, it is hoped that results can be obtained that are worthy of obtaining business development assistance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to obtain assistance funds for developing their businesses. The solution to the problem above is to build a Decision Support System to assist in determining the suitability of recipients of MSME capital assistance at the Deli Serdang Regency UKM Cooperative Service. The method chosen to support solving the problem above is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, namely by giving weight to each available alternative option. This research produces a Decision Support System that can recommend providing assistance to recipients of MSME capital assistance at the Deli Serdang Regency UKM Cooperative Service using the SMART method. A trial was carried out by entering data samples of 7 potential recipients of MSME capital assistance. With the Decision Support System, it can provide recommendations to determine recipients of MSME capital assistance based on ranking, from 7 potential participants receiving MSME capital assistance based on the smallest rank, namely: Sri Rahayu (A1) with a score of 148.97, Putri Handayani (A4) with a score of 148, 99, and Nur Azhari (A3) with a score of 149.76.

Abstract

There are many information technology applications that are widely used, so the analysis process that we are currently using is one of them at the South Tangerang 1 State Vocational High School (SMK), which is one of the educational institutions in Indonesia which is committed to providing quality and relevant education with technological developments. In the midst of the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT), the approach to educational evaluation must also change. This shift is reflected in the use of computer-based exams. Computer Based Test is an evaluation tool that utilizes computer technology to measure student knowledge and skills. At SMK Negeri 1 South Tangerang, computer-based exams have an important role in the context of modern education. The problem behind this research is that the Computer Based Test application service that has been implemented does not yet have sufficient evidence to state that the application is acceptable and considered by vocational school teachers and students. Users (class 10 students) don't understand much about the application, because they are not used to using it. For the application to be used only per year, it has not/does not automatically move to the following years, the admin/programmer must change the settings to move the settings by coding. The current problem is that the Telkomsel provider is blocking the application. If the test on CBT will be safe and run smoothly, you won't be able to screenshot or record layers and the complaint is that if you use the link/barcode you will be able to find out the answers and be able to screenshot and record layers. There are many possible errors in class and subject selection. This research measures the quality of the Computer Based Test application through the Webqual 4.0 dimensions (usability, information quality, interaction quality) and user satisfaction variables, namely teachers and students of SMK Negeri 1 South Tangerang. The data collection method uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 305 respondents. Data processing was carried out by comparing manual calculations with calculations using SPSS. Based on data processing, it can be seen that user perceptions regarding ease of use, quality of information, quality of interaction are included in the unsatisfactory category. Based on the research results, it was found that these three variables had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. From the research results, it can be seen that the interaction quality variable provides the largest contribution, namely 67.28% of the other variables.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work that has been achieved by an employee based on predetermined criteria. In order for employee performance to achieve its best, leaders in companies or agencies usually conduct performance appraisals, which are carried out by assessing the performance of each employee in achieving the work targets that have been set. However, the assessment is carried out by the leader in general only by giving a direct value based on the direct observation activities of the leader. To assist leaders in assessing outstanding employees, the method used in this research is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. With this method, the assessment is done by finding the sum of the weights of the performance rating on each alternative. After the performance assessment is completed, the next leader gives rewards to employees who have the best performance scores. By using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, it is expected to provide a more accurate assessment because it is based on predetermined criteria that can help management provide an assessment for employees who have outstanding performance. The results of the ranking of honorary employee performance appraisals from the 1st to the 11th are Desnila Aryani, Rosdhiana. S., M. Azhari Palungun, Bambang Indrawijaya, Amri Lubis, Wandani Batubara, Selamet Priyadi, Didi Susanto, Azhari, Fitriani Harahap, Robi Syahad N., and SE.

Abstract

In determining which students will take part in the Student Competency Competition (LKS), it is necessary to pay attention when determining the selection results for LKS participants. The Student Competency Competition is an annual competency between students at the vocational school level according to the skills taught at the vocational school. So far, the process of selecting students who will participate in the LKS has only been done manually by selecting students who are active enough in learning so that only those students will take part in the LKS. The aim of this research is to design and build a decision support information system using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution) method and web-based Profile Matching which can make it easier for teachers to select students who will take quality and fulfilling LKS. Assessment standards in the field of competence. The system development method used in this research is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help teachers in selecting students who will take the LKS. From the preference values, it can be concluded that the alternative (third row) has the most optimal weight value compared to the other alternative values. Therefore, it can be seen that (third row) are students who have the right or are eligible to become prospective participants in vocational school level LKS who pass the first selection with a preference value (0.881).

Abstract

One type of grain food crop that originated in America is corn. With corn as the main source of carbohydrates and protein, it is developed as one of the raw materials for the food processing industry. Due to the many pests and diseases that attack corn plants, corn production is currently declining. Forward Chaining is one of the method in the system  that works by doing a forward search based on known facts and predetermined rules to conclude or get a new fact. Diseases in corn plants can be diagnosed easily, and special knowledge is needed to distinguish the symptoms, characteristics, and drugs of diseases in corn plants. In addition, precise and thorough diagnosis can help farmers and experts in the diagnosis of corn plant disease attack via the internet. It is expected that the development of a professional system for detecting corn plant diseases will help farmers overcome problems and find effective solutions. The test data used as much as 30 data with this forward chaining method resulted in 27 data that were in accordance with the diagnosis results from experts. Which 27 appropriate data results in a system accuracy of 90%.

Abstract

YouTube users can create, watch, and share videos for free. Interaction between viewers occurs through the comment feature, which can be positive or negative. The frequent appearance of negative comments on the youtube application on the google play store can have an effect on these accounts. But to find out how much negative comments on the account are needed, an SVM algorithm is needed.  This study aims to determine the sentiment towards the youtube application on the google play store using Machine Learning with the SVM algorithm. The data taken is 4996 review data which is then preprocessed so that the remaining data becomes 4993 data that can be processed. Data labelling is done automatically based on the review rating score. The results of data labelling are divided into 3 classes, namely positive classes as many as 1083, negative classes as many as 3365 and neutral as many as 545. Classification and evaluation are carried out using the SVM method. Based on the training and testing data comparison value of 9: 1, the results obtained an accuracy rate of 75% then negative class precision of 76% and negative class recall of 97% and K-Fold Cross Validation testing using a value of K = 10 with an average accuracy of 0.75 or 75%.

Abstract

Graduation is the desire of every student to be able to complete their studies, and to achieve graduation, students must complete stages such as taking 6 semesters of learning with a school exam score for each subject above 70, and this is a rule in the school. In this study, researchers used student data for the 2022/2023 school year, which researchers took in senior high school number one Lubuklinggau. The method used by the researchers is data mining. Data mining is a term used to describe knowledge discovery in databases. The algorithm the researchers use to predict graduation is the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm because it is able to predict good graduation. In predicting graduation, the accuracy value is 98.81% for XIIth grade students, 96.49% for XIth grade students, and 98.25% for Xth grade students.

Abstract

Forecasting is a very important factor in the decision making process. The forecasts made are generally based on the past which is then analyzed using certain methods. Past data is collected, researched, analyzed and linked to the passage of time. In this research, the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method is used, which is a forecasting method that is commonly used because it has simple concepts and calculations. One of the reasons for using the periodic series data smoothing method is because this method can be done with two approaches, namely the smoothing method and the exponential smoothing method. The results obtained from this research. Selecting the right ?, ?, ? values ??can produce ideal MAPE values. It is proven that to obtain ideal values ??for ?, ?, ? using the brute force method, the values ??obtained are ? = 0.1, ? = 0, 2, and ? = 0.9, we get a MAPE value of 1.92%, where previously the resulting MAPE was 7.54%.
