Abstract

Indosat Multimedia Mobile (IM3) continues to develop according to the needs of its customers, especially young people. Customers want more service, they want a prepaid card that can meet their expectations and desires with a greater level of mobility and can explore in many cities. IM3 fulfills this and has proven to have a very broad national and international reach, reaching more than 132 countries in various parts of the world. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach that seeks to find out how the effect of product quality on the satisfaction of IM3 prepaid card customers. Data collection techniques are by questionnaire, interview and documentation. For testing the instrument using the Validity, and Reliability test. While for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression methods because the variables used are more than two variables, with the F test and t test. The results showed that Performance (X1), Features (X2), Reliability (X3), Conformance to Specifications (X4), and Service (X5) variables simultaneously had a significant effect on IM3 prepaid card customer satisfaction (Y). From the calculation of the F test obtained F count 12.28> F Table 2.30 with a p value of 0.000≤ 0.05. In addition, the value of Adjusted R Square which is equal to 0.350, which means the magnitude of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 35%. And t test is known that partially Features, Conformity with Specifications and Services have a significant effect on the dependent variable while Performance and Reliability does not significantly influence the calculation of t count performance (X1) of 0.158 <t table 1.980, Feature (X2) has t count 2,019> t table 1,980, Reliability (X3) has t count 1,609 <t table 1,980, Conformity with Specifications (X4) has t count 3,004> t table 1,980 and Service (X5). the most dominant variable is the message source variable (X4) having t count 3.711> t table 1.980. while the most dominant variable is the Conformance with Specifications (X4) variable of 23.32%, the service variable (X5) is 17.80%, the feature variable (X2) is 15.36%, the reliability variable (X3) is 12.81 % and performance variable (X1) of 2.52%

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of integration and strategic planning on employee performance at the Central Sumatra River Region VIII which is engaged in Irrigation and Swamp II in Lubuklinggau City. The population in this study were all employees totaling 30 people. This study uses saturated samples by taking all employees. The results of the multiple regression equation are obtained: Y = 0.237 + 0.483 X1 + 0.517 X2. Based on the results of the F test shows a significant number of probability Fcount of 48.215 abel Ftable 3.35 significance level 0,000 <α = 0.05 so that it can be concluded that integration and strategic planning have a significant effect on employee performance at the Central Sumatra VIII River Region engaged in Irrigation and Rawa II Lubuklinggau City. The determination coefficient of 0.781 means integration (X1) and strategic planning (X2) together to contribute to employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The Effect of Leadership and Communication on the Performance of Employees at the Hospital Dr.Sobirin, Musi Rawas District. Merdian Tenty (2013) in a study entitled The Effect of Leadership and Communication on the Performance of Employees at Dr. Sibirin Hospital, District of Musi Rawas. Produced Y = 30,811 - 0,334X1 + 0,480 X2 The equation of the regression model above can be interpreted as follows: The value of 30,811 means if leadership (X1), and communication equals zero, the performance of Dr.Sobirin Hospital in Musi Rawas Regency is worth 30,811. Leadership coefficient (X1) = -0,334 means that if leadership (X1) increases by one unit of statistical score, then performance (Y) will also increase by -0,334 with the provision of communication (X2) constant. Communication Coefficient (X2) = 0.480 means that if communication (X2) increases by one unit of statistical score, then performance (Y) will also increase by 0.480 with the provisions of leadership (X1) constant. The results of the F significance test were 0.103> 0.05, which means that leadership and communication had an effect on performance (Y) at the Dr.Sobirin Hospital, Musi Rawas District. Said

Abstract

Zakat as one of the instruments of economic empowerment of the people is defined as giving to someone what is their right. And the demand itself is economic balance and not a buildup of wealth in a particular group. To be able to make this happen in the community, LAZISMU as the Amil Zakat Institution has an obligation to empower the community so that efforts to alleviate it in society are achieved. In this study the method used was qualitative by analyzing the data obtained from interviews with LAZISMU administrators. In addition to conducting interviews, data mining techniques are also carried out with documentation. Once collected, the data is processed and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that poverty alleviation efforts carried out by LAZISMU in Yogyakarta can be said to have shown a big role because in conducting community empowerment it does not work alone but collaborates with Muhammadiya Institutions which in fact have been very experienced and have a wide range.

Abstract

The author conducted research on CV Ratu 3G regarding selling mobile phones online through online sales. Mobile sales using a website are considered a good step and are the latest innovation in the business of buying and selling. The method used in this sale uses several tools such as Uml while the system development method uses "FAST". Supporting software is Dreamweaver, Xampp, and the programming languages PHP and Mysql. With this application, it certainly adds reference materials and becomes a medium to broaden insights about understanding the buying and selling process.

Abstract

This study examines the Effect of Discipline and Performance on Employee Compensation at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk-Terawas Indah Palm Oil Mill Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used was the questionnaire method, namely the Discipline and Performance questionnaire, and the Employee Compensation questionnaire, using the SPSS 17 program. Research Analysis using the basis of multiple linear regression calculations, the value of b1 = 0.265, b2 = 0.502, and a = 9.541 then the value of a and arranged into multiple linear regression equation with the result of the regression equation is Y = 9.541 +0.265 X1 +0,502 X2. The meaning of the equation is that the constant value of 9.542 states that if the company does not carry out discipline and performance on employee compensation at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk-Supervised by Beautiful Palm Oil Mill in Rantau Jaya Village, Karang Jaya District, Musi Rawas District, the compensation value is 9.541. The regression coefficient X1 of 0.265 states that each discipline variable increases by one unit while the performance variable is fixed, it will increase the compensation of the company employees by 0.265 units. The regression coefficient X2 of 0.502 states that every addition of a performance variable equal to one unit while the disciplinary variable is fixed, it will increase the compensation of company employees by 0.502 units. From the processing of the data released, the correlation coefficient value of 0.756 indicates that there is a relationship and direction between discipline and performance with employee compensation at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk-Supervised by Beautiful Palm Oil Mill in Rantau Jaya Village, Karang Jaya District, Musi Rawas Regency. From the coefficient of determination table the determination coefficient value is 0.571, which means that 57.1% of discipline and performance can be explained by questions, whereas the remaining 42.9% (100% -57.1%) is explained by other factors not included in this study. From the results of the processed data obtained the value of Fcount = 44,572, then Fcount = 44,572 is greater than Ftable = 3.14. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted thus discipline and performance has a strong and significant relationship to employee compensation at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk-Inspected by Beautiful Palm Oil Mill in Rantau Jaya Village, Karang Jaya District, Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the Effect of Work Discipline on Work effectiveness at PT. BRI Lubuklinggau Branch. Where work discipline is a tool used by leaders to communicate with employees so that they are willing to change a behavior and as a way to increase awareness and willingness of someone to obey all applicable organizational rules and social norms. while. Effectiveness is a condition or condition where in choosing the goals to be achieved and the facilities or equipment used accompanied by the ability possessed is right so that the objectives used can be achieved with satisfactory results. The research method used was the questionnaire method using 2 (two) questionnaires, namely the work discipline questionnaire and work effectiveness. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline (X) on work effectiveness (Y) at the Indonesian People's Bank Lubuklinggau Branch with the following formula (Djarwanto and Pengestu 1999, h.160): Ŷ = a + b X, Regression calculation results obtained by the equation Ŷ = 19.9 + 0.45 X, meaning that the equation is a constant value equal to this means that if the work discipline does not exist or is not increased then the amount of work effectiveness is equal to, while the value of the regression coefficient b is this means that every increase in work discipline will affect the effectiveness of work as much as. obtained by tcount of 1.78 and t table of 1.701. This means that the variable is work discipline and work effectiveness at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Lubuklinggau Branch jointly or overall has a significant effect. Where H0 is rejected and accepts the alternative hypothesis or in other words that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on work effectiveness at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Lubuklinggau Branch, meaning that between work discipline variables (X) and work effectiveness variables (Y) are correlated.
