The problem in this research is that your ground coffee is still unable to compete with other brands of ground coffee and that your friend's ground coffee is still lacking in observing post-purchase behavior on consumers. This study uses observation data collection methods, distributing questionnaires, and conducting documentation to find data. This study shows that there is an influence of price and promotion on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the variable Price (X1) on Purchase Decision (Y) shows the value of tcount = 2,952 which is greater than the value of ttable (1,689) with a sig level. = 0.05. This means that it can be concluded that at UKM Kopi Sahabat, Lubuklinggau City. Promotion variable (X2) on Purchase Decision (Y) shows the value of tcount = 2.075 is greater than the value of ttable = (1.689) with a sig level. = 0.05. This means that it can be concluded that the promotion partially affects the purchasing decisions of the UKM Kopi Powder Sahabat Lubuklinggau. Based on the test results, the Fcount value obtained is 5.293 > Ftable = 3.27 and the simultaneous significance level of sig F is 0.010. It can be concluded that together (simultaneously) the independent variables of the study (Price and Promotion) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision).

This study examines the influence of competence and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Youth and Sports, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research method uses a questionnaire method with analysis using the SPSS 22 for windows program. The research data was obtained from the employees of the Youth and Sports Office of North Musi Rawas Regency. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Competence has a significant effect on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Office of North Musi Rawas Regency as evidenced by the t test results showing that the value = 3.169 greater than = 2.002 means rejected and accepted, 2) Partially Environmental Work has a significant effect on employee performance at the Youth and Sports Office of North Musi Rawas Regency as evidenced by the results of the t test showing that the value = 2.638 is greater than = 2.002 meaning rejected and accepted, and 3) Simultaneously Competence and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance in The Youth and Sports Office of North Musi Rawas Regency is proven by the results of the F test showing that the value = 5.374 greater than = 3.15 means that it is rejected and accepted.

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of customer experience and satisfaction on visitor loyalty at Wonderland Adventure Waterpark Karawang. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 270 using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the incidental sample method. Based on the analysis that has been done, this research proves that the Customer Experience in Wonderland is good, Satisfaction at Wonderland is good enough and Visitor Loyalty is good. The correlation coefficient between the Customer Experience variable and satisfaction has a strong, positive and significant correlation level. The influence of the Customer Experience variable coefficient gives a greater contribution to visitor loyalty than satisfaction. The simultaneous influence of Customer Experience and Satisfaction on Visitor Loyalty is 70.1%, while the remaining 29.9% is the contribution of other variables not examined.

Rantai pasok adalah kunci dari sebuah kegiatan bisnis pada masa sekarang.Karena pada masa sekarang persaingan bisnis bukan pada kompetitor akan tetapi telah terjadi pada sistem rantai pasok. Sehingga siapa yang bisa menguasai rantai pasok maka dia akan menjadi pemenang. Hubungan antara pelanggan dan pemasok adalah sesuatu hal yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan sebuah bisnis. Karena banyak perusahaan yang telah menerapkan adanya suatu hubungan yang terintegrasi antara pelanggan dan pemasok maka akan terjadi suatu proses yang baik dalam sebuah kegiatan rantai pasok dan proses bisnis tersebut. Metode analisa akar penyebab masalah (Root Cause Analys) agar dapat mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah yang terjadi di Toko Trisno sebagai pelanggan dan juga kepada pemasoknya.Sehingga diperlukan kerjasama yang ekstra dan pendekatan yang lebih baik sehingga masalah-masalah yang ada dapat diselesaikan, baik itu masalah internal maupun pada pemasok.

Peranan sosok pemimpin di desa Cibodas sangat mempengaruhi pelaku UMKM dalam bertahan dimasa badai pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui peranan kepala desa, mengetahui faktor dalam bertahan UMKM dimasa pandemi covid-9; dan mengetahui kendala yang dihadap oleh kepala desa maupun pelaku UMKM padasaat melakukan sistem digital marketing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptip kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala desa, pengurus BUMDES, kelompok UMKM, ketua PKK, karang taruna, tokoh - tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat desa yang dipilih. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptip kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: peranan kepala desa sebagai sosok pemimpin di desa tersebut sangat mempengaruhi kemajuan dan kemunduran dalam melakukan strategi digital marketing bagi pelaku UMKM. Selain sebagai pemimpin dalam pemerintahan, kepala desa juga memiliki peranan penting dalam membuat strategi dalam bertahan bagi pelaku UMKM di tengan pandemi Covid-19.
