Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death globally causing challenges in the world of health, including in Indonesia. Lack of public knowledge about cardiovascular disease is very dangerous if preventive measures are not taken immediately. Currently, the treatment of cardiovascular disease is done manually, takes a long time, costs a lot and the practice hours of cardiologists are short. To overcome this problem, researchers implemented an expert system that can diagnose cardiovascular disease and a web system is needed to identify symptoms and apply the certainty factor method as a decision-making tool in overcoming public uncertainty in early examinations. This system involves 6 disease data, 29 symptom data, and 20 case data. In this study, testing was carried out based on the results of expert validation with accuracy system test data, resulting in an appropriate level of symptom and disease compliance and an accuracy level of 100% obtained from 20 data checks.

Abstract

Anxiety disorders are a mental health condition that can disrupt the quality of life of people with disabilities. This research aims to create a web-based expert system for Gumregah Management in Argorejo Village to facilitate early diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorders. With limited access to specialist doctors, the system uses the Forward Chaining method to ensure easy and accurate diagnosis. Test results showed 100% accuracy from 15 patients, confirming the system's effectiveness in treating anxiety disorders in people with disabilities in areas with limited access to mental health services. This research contributes to solutions for diagnosing and providing early treatment of anxiety disorders in people with disabilities.

Abstract

Di era digitalisasi saat ini, penggunaan smartphone telah menjadi fenomena yang meluas, mendominasi kehidupan sehari-hari dan menandakan pergeseran yang signifikan dalam cara kita berkomunikasi, bekerja, dan mengakses informasi. Namun, fenomena tersebut memiliki dampak negatif, tidak hanya menciptakan ketergantungan pada teknologi, tetapi juga membuka jalan bagi munculnya gangguan kesehatan mental, seperti Nomophobia, yaitu kecemasan akan tidak tersedianya atau hilangnya akses terhadap penggunaan smartphone. Penelitian ini mengembangkan pendekatan inovatif untuk merespon dampak negatif penggunaan smartphone dengan membangun NomophobiCare, yaitu sebuah sistem pakar berbasis website dengan metode Certainty Factor. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan melibatkan 10 responden mahasiswa, menunjukkan akurasi yang sesuai dengan perhitungan manual dan kaidah representasi pengetahuan pakar. User Acceptance Test (UAT) juga dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan sistem oleh pengguna akhir, yang dalam hal ini adalah responden. Hasil UAT menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan rata-rata sebesar 96,4%, yang mencerminkan respon dan kepuasan pengguna yang positif terhadap sistem. Dengan kemampuan mengidentifikasi tingkat nomophobia secara dini, sistem ini dapat memberikan manfaat dalam pencegahan serta mengetahui tindakan awal yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu mengelola dan mengurangi dampak negatif dari ketergantungan terhadap smartphone.

Abstract

Investasi merupakan peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan finansial, dan pasar merupakan salah satu saluran investasi yang cukup dikenal di masa sekarang. Saham, sebagai bentuk instrumen investasi, mewakili kepemilikkan dalam suatu perusahaan dan diperdagangkan luas di pasar modal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada potensi investasi di PT Unilever Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Meskipun regresi linear memberikan gambaran tren harga saham, integrasi faktor tambahan menjadi kunci untuk model prediksi yang lebih akurat. Dengan kata lain, investor perlu mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dalam berinvestasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan terhadap pasar saham dan memberikan strategi bagi investor sebelum berinvestasi.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue dan Tifoid adalah kedua penyakit yang memiliki gejala yang kurang lebih hampir mirip. Hal tersebut membuat tenaga medis di rumah sakit Pantai Wilasa Citarum seringkali melakukan kesalahan dalam mengdiagnosis. Dilihat dari permasalahan ini maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang mengadopsi pengetahuan pakar untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menciptakan sebuah sistem pakar. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung sistem pakar ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Certanty Factor. Klasifikasi dari metode Certanty Factor ini akan akan menghitung tingkat kemungkinan penyakit berdasakan nilai keyakinan yang diberikan pakar dan gejala-gejala penyakit yang dipilih oleh user. Pada penelitian ini data uji coba yang digunakan berjumlah 30 data. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem yang telah dibangun sistem berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pada pengujian sistem menghasilkan nilai tingkat kecocokan dari pakar dan sistem memiki tingkat keakurasinya sebesar 83% data yang sesuai dan 16% data yang tidak sesuai.

Abstract

Beras ialah salah satu dari sekian tanaman pangan yang memiliki peranan penting di dalam kehidupan semua masyarakat khususnya bagi masyarakat di Asia. Sebagai salah satu cadangan beras terpenting di Indonesia, Jawa Timur berperan penting dalam produksi beras skala nasional. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya penerapan algoritma K-means untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas sektor pertanian khususnya proses produksi beras. Data yang terkumpul membandingkan nilai centroid data dari dua bilangan cluster yaitu 4 dan 3. Jumlah cluster awal adalah 4. Bila menggunakan metode siku dan siluet, jumlah cluster yang benar adalah 4. Jumlah cluster kedua adalah 3 dan memiliki deskripsi tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Landasan ilmiah penelitian ini untuk memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan sektor pertanian di Jawa Timur, meningkatkan kesejahteraan pedesaan dan mengembangkan kebijakan yang lebih akurat dan efektif untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan nasional.

Abstract

Earthquakes are one of the natural disasters that frequently occur in several regions of Indonesia. The government can map in advance the areas that are prone to earthquakes. The results of this mapping can serve as a reference for prioritizing aid distribution to regions with high earthquake disaster potential. This study utilizes the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) to map the priority areas for government aid distribution. The WSM method provides an output ranking regions from high priority to low priority. Several criteria are considered, including the number of exposed populations, the number of disabled individuals, the number of impoverished residents, the number of vulnerable age groups, and the class of exposed populations. Since the exposed population class is non-numeric data, this study employs the Likert method to convert it into numeric data. In addition to criteria, this study also utilizes alternative data, specifically the names of sub-districts in Pacitan Regency, East Java. The combination of the Likert and WSM methods helps in recommending regions with earthquake disaster potential as priority aid recipients. The most prioritized region for receiving aid is Tulakan Sub-district, Pacitan Regency, East Java. Based on WSM calculations, Tulakan Sub-district has the highest WSM final score of 26,642.35, making it the top-priority region compared to others.

Abstract

Crimes involving individuals on the Wanted Persons List (DPO) are a serious issue in the modern era. Airports, as hubs of human mobility, play a crucial role in preventing criminal suspects from escaping. However, the high volume of activity at airports necessitates a security system that not only relies on human personnel but also leverages advanced technology. To address this issue, the development of an IoT-based DPO Automatic Barrier System is proposed. This system utilizes components such as ESP8266, a servo motor, a buzzer, and jumper wires, integrated with a Laravel-based website and SQL database. The system operates in real time by detecting National Identification Number (NIK) data linked to the DPO database. The ESP8266 module serves as the primary communication interface, while the servo motor controls the automatic barrier. When an individual listed in the DPO database is detected, the system triggers a buzzer as a warning alarm and activates the barrier to restrict access. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance security and improve monitoring effectiveness at airports for individuals registered in the DPO database.

Abstract

This study aims to predict NAV of equity fund by comparing two commonly used methods, namely ARIMA and RNN. Both of these methods have their own characteristics which will be calculated based on their accuracy based on the MSE and RMSE values from the forecasting results. This study uses the CRIPS-DM framework as a reference, for the data used are Sucorinvest Equity Fund mutual fund data from 2017 to 2019. For ARIMA, the variable used is only NAV. For RNN, besides NAVs, stock indexes are also used that affect the value of NAV. Based on the results of the study, the ARIMA and RNN error rates are not too much different, but RNN is better. Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has significantly influenced business activities, particularly in rural areas. However, Desa Tanah Abang Utara remains categorized as a blank spot, where mobile communication services such as Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) and other providers are not optimally available. This condition hampers internet access, limiting local businesses in utilizing digital platforms for marketing and sales. This study aims to implement a fiber optic (FO) network in Desa Tanah Abang Utara as a solution to improve internet connectivity. The research employs the Action Research method, which consists of five stages: diagnosing, action planning, action taking, evaluating, and learning. The installation process involves configuring routers, VLAN settings on switches, FO cable installation, and Optical Line Terminal (OLT) deployment. Network performance is evaluated using Wireshark software to measure key parameters such as throughput, latency, and packet loss. The results show that the implemented FO network significantly enhances internet access reliability, providing a stable and high-speed connection for the community. This improvement enables local businesses to leverage digital platforms for business expansion and enhances overall socio-economic development. The study highlights the importance of fiber optic networks in overcoming digital disparities in rural areas and serves as a reference for policymakers in developing telecommunications infrastructure in underserved regions.
