Abstract

This study aims to develop a product prototype that connects inland students who are always oriented or connected to the sea. Indonesia has aspirations to become a maritime country but currently people who are in the upstream area or far from the sea have not made rivers and seas as their main areas This research is expected to be useful for building the maritime paradigm of the Indonesian people, especially students who are far from the sea area through a prototype product. The products developed contain maritime materials and content such as history, culture, maritime resources, and maritime socioeconomics. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative using instruments from questionnaires by examining data. The results of this study show that most inland students have not mastered maritime material or content so a product is needed to always be able to connect with the sea. On the basis of this problem, a maritime website was developed that can be accessed by the public to build a maritime paradigm.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta Province is the capital city of Indonesia which has five major cities, namely Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta and West Jakarta with a population density of 15,978 people/km2 in 2021. This province also contributes to gas emissions which cause a decrease in air quality through population, industry and transportation activities. This study took samples of PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations at the Hotel Indo- nesia Roundabout Monitoring Points in February-October 2021. The data used was AQMS (Air Quality Monitoring System) data using the average method which then obtained PM2.5 and PM10 data for analyzed further. The results of the analysis showed that there was a pattern of distribution of daily and monthly PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations. The highest daily distribution pattern occurs on Sunday for PM2.5 and Friday for PM10, while the lowest is on Tuesday. The highest monthly distribution pattern occurred in July and the lowest in February. In PM2.5 most of the concen- trations exceed the maximum limit while PM10 overall the concentration is below the maximum limit in ambient air allowed by the government. The air quality in the HI Roundabout area, when viewed from the concentration of PM2.5, is included in the unhealthy category, while judging from the concentration of PM10, it is included in the moderate category.

Abstract

As a country located in an area where three active plates meet, Indonesia has a high level of disaster risk, including volcanic eruptions. Indonesia has active volcanoes more than 30% of all active volcanoes in the world. One of the most frequent volcanoes that erupts is Mount Merapi, since 1900 up to now there have been recorded 24 eruptions. From our concern about the threat of disaster, we are interested in developing 3D Analysis modeling for tourist areas in Cangkringan and Pakem Districts. The combination of GIS technology with navigation systems can be used as a tool to analyze the state of tourist areas against disasters from Mount Merapi. From the 3D Analysis modeling that has been made, Bukit Klangon which is opened to the public is the highest position compared to other tourist sites and has the closest distance to the caldera. However, in spatial calculations, this tourism location is not one of the tourist areas with the highest hazard vulnerabilities.
