Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of educational games as learning media to enhance cultural literacy and numeracy among elementary school students through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review followed the PRISMA 2020 protocol and identified 21 studies that met the inclusion criteria. Using the PREC framework, the analysis mapped the population, research context, empirical evidence, and comparisons across studies. The results indicate that educational games consistently improve numeracy skills, including number sense, arithmetic operations, and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, the integration of local cultural elements into game design enhances cultural literacy by strengthening students’ understanding of cultural symbols, local values, and contextual learning experiences. The findings also reveal several factors influencing successful implementation, such as game design quality, teacher readiness, technological infrastructure, and institutional support. Challenges arise from limited teacher competence, inadequate facilities, and technological disparities among regions. Overall, educational games demonstrate strong effectiveness as interactive and contextual learning tools aligned with 21st-century education demands.

Abstract

Marine debris, especially plastic debris, is a global problem that requires intensive monitoring and management due to its impacts on humans, nature, and the environment. Indonesia, as the world's second-largest contributor to marine plastic debris, has committed to reducing marine plastic debris by 70% by 2025 by developing a National Action Plan (RAN) for Marine Debris Management. The abundance of plastic debris in Indonesia's marine environment has attracted global attention from scientists, and it is important to review research progress and predict research trends in this field. This study aims to determine marine debris management in Indonesia. To achieve this goal, researchers collected publications related to marine debris from the last five years obtained from the Scopus search database and analyzed them using VOSviewer. Based on the findings, publications related to marine plastic debris in Indonesia are still low, despite this issue being of great transboundary importance. This study also has limitations, namely, the data used in this study are research data from 2020 to 2024. Recommendations for further research include examining the correlation between Marine Debris and international cases from a different perspective.

Abstract

The transformation of Indonesia's political communication landscape post-2024 elections demonstrates significant phenomena regarding Generation Z's involvement in constructing political narratives through the TikTok platform. Generation Z, representing 60 percent of Indonesian voters, has changed the paradigm of political participation by utilizing social media as a strategic arena for shaping political discourse. This research aims to analyze the process of Generation Z's political narrative construction on TikTok post-2024 elections, explore digital communication practices in producing, distributing, and consuming political content, and understand the mechanisms of political identity negotiation through platform features and participatory culture. The research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method analyzing reputable academic literature from 2020-2025 through qualitative content analysis techniques with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research findings reveal that Generation Z's political narrative construction is characterized by the use of inclusive language styles, creative visual-multimodal elements, and content orientation that shifts from electoral campaigns toward critical evaluation and deliberative participation. Digital communication practices include authentic visual-based content production, distribution through platform algorithmic logic, and consumption with critical interpretation influenced by media literacy. Political identity negotiation occurs in digital liminality spaces through the utilization of interactive features such as duets, stitches, and hashtag challenges, while facing challenges of disinformation, discourse polarization, and algorithmic bias. The research recommends developing comprehensive digital political literacy programs, adopting authentic communication strategies by political actors, increasing platform algorithmic transparency, and conducting further research to explore the long-term dynamics of digital political narrative construction and its impact on the quality of Indonesia's deliberative democracy

This research uses an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents was 112 young men at SMKN X Tarakan City. As many as 68.7% of respondents had risky sexual behavior. The use of social media is associated with risky sexual behavior (POR = 2.615), all respondents with their own residence status (4.5%) have risky sexual behavior, and the marital status of divorced parents also increases the incidence of risky sexual behavior (POR = 2.379). Abstract

The development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ) as one of Indonesia’s priority tourism destinations has significantly contributed to national economic growth through increased investment and rapid infrastructure development. However, this accelerated expansion has also created substantial environmental pressures, particularly on coastal ecosystems, including increased waste generation, degradation of marine habitats, and changes in land use patterns. This study aims to analyze the role of environmental law in promoting sustainable tourism in the Mandalika area by examining the effectiveness of regulatory instruments and their implementation in practice. Using a qualitative research approach employing in-depth interviews, field observations, and policy document analysis this study finds that although a regulatory framework for environmental protection is in place, its implementation faces several challenges, such as weak enforcement, limited transparency of environmental documents, and low levels of community participation in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process. The findings highlight the need to strengthen environmental governance through enhanced multi-stakeholder collaboration, integration of local wisdom, and the adoption of sustainable tourism standards. This research provides practical contributions for policymakers in formulating more effective environmental management strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of Mandalika as a leading tourism destination.

Abstract

The development of tourism villages as part of a sustainable tourism strategy requires governance supported by strong legal certainty. Sada Lombok Tourism Village is a cultural-based destination that has developed through the involvement of local communities and traditional institutions in its management. However, this governance dynamic is not free from legal challenges that may affect tourism sustainability. This study aims to analyze the implementation of legal certainty in the management of Sada Lombok Tourism Village and its impact on tourism sustainability from economic, socio-cultural, and environmental perspectives. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis of village regulations and tourism-related policies. The findings indicate that although village regulations and customary norms governing tourism management are in place, the implementation of legal certainty remains partial and not yet fully integrated. This condition affects economic sustainability, poses potential risks to the protection of cultural values, and limits effective environmental management. The study emphasizes that strengthening legal certainty through regulatory harmonization, formal recognition of traditional institutions, and increased community participation is a crucial prerequisite for achieving sustainable tourism in Sada Lombok Tourism Village. The findings are expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of community-based tourism villages that are equitable and sustainable.
