Abstract

Some of the work on the substructure of the building, namely foundations (pile, bore pile, sole), soil excavation, pile cap and sloof, raft foundation, retaining wall, waterproofing, backfill and compaction. Based on the implementation method, the sub-building structure has complex and complex work characteristics, so it is very vulnerable to the occurrence of risks in the construction implementation. The PROMETHEE method is used in research to follow up the Risk Breakdown Structure method in order to obtain a comprehensive or comprehensive rating of the main risks in a project. The results showed that the unpredictable external risks, namely inflation/price increases and the decline in people's purchasing power are the highest potential risks. Risk mitigation related to inflation/price increases should be carried out more slowly at the beginning of the project because inflation is national. Abstract

The construction of Cipamuruyan Bridge will result in increase in the traffic load. The traffic load due to the construction of the Cipamuruyan Bridge will have an impact on the performance of road network services around the construction area. Traffic performance analysis is prepared to anticipate traffic impacts that arise around the Cipamuruyan Bridge construction area. This research was carried out at the location of the planned Cipamuruyan Bridge construction on the Bogor – Sukabumi road. The data used is the volume of traffic on the Bogor - Sukabumi road which was surveyed on weekends and weekdays. The results of traffic performance analysis show that the value of the Degree of Saturation (DS) is almost the same between the current condition and the condition at the time of construction with the service level of the degree of saturation being D and E for weekends and weekdays. Meanwhile, the value of the Degree of Saturation (DS) for the current condition compared to the condition when the bridge was operational decreased by 0.481 for weekends and 0.519 for weekdays with the level of service level of saturation being B.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bandung, Kabupaten Garut dan Kota Tasikmalaya merupakan daerah terlewati jalan nasional kelas III. Pada jalan nasional kelas III ini ada beberapa lokasi yang kerap menyumbang terjadinya kecelakaan. Masih adanya kendaraan yang tidak laik jalan dan pengangkutan yang berlebihan beroperasi dijalan, dengan kondisi tersebut penelitian berupaya untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengujian kelaikan kendaraan dengan metode observasi secara langsung di lapangan, mengetahui hubungan kendaraan yang tidak lolos uji laik dengan kejadian kecelakaan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi rank spearman menggunakan SPSS dan kondisi jalan di daerah rawan kecelakaan pada jalan nasional kelas III. Studi ini menggunakan data sekunder, data kecelakaan diperoleh dari instansi kepolisisan dan data kendaraan yang tidak lolos uji laik jalan dari Dinas Perhubungan serta observasi secara langsung di lapangan. Dalam pelaksanaan pengujian kendaraan di daerah studi semua dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur dengan peraturan yang berlaku dengan teknisi yang berkompeten. Nilai korelasi antar variabel tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan (berarti) dengan nilai lebih besar dari 0,05. Tingkat kekuatan (keeratan) hubungan di Kabupaten Bandung dan Kabupaten Garut adalah lemah, sedangkan di Kota Tasikmalaya adalah cukup. Dari tiga wilayah yang ada berdasarkan kondisi jalan didapatkan daerah paling rawan yaitu di tanjakan/turunan Gentong dengan derajat tikungan 77o, kelandaian rata-rata 0,123 m/m dengan jenis jalan 2 jalur 1 arah lajur (tidak terbagi).

Abstract

Implementation of a building construction project carried out through a certain management system. The project has a predetermined schedule and implementation plan. Common things that will occur if they are not in accordance with the schedule and implementation plan are delays in project implementation time and implementation costs. One of the factors causing the delay is due to rework activities on one or several items of construction work. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the factors that cause rework on building construction projects in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study used a questionnaire instrument involving as many as 27 contractors, consisting of 12 site managers, 12 field implementers and 3 foreman. This research was conducted to see the dominant factor of rework in building construction projects in Kupang city. The results showed that the factors causing rework are known from managerial, design and resource factors which are the main causes of the emergence of rework in work. Operators working not according to procedures are one of the main causes of rework from the resource factor. Lack of teamwork is the cause of the rework of managerial factors. Unclear design or documentation is the cause of rework of design factors.

Abstract

In this final project, we discuss the Planning of a Cable Stayed Bridge with a Length of 200 meters. This bridge has a length of 200 meters with a span of 180 meters and an edge span of 20 meters. The bridge cable configuration uses a semi harp pattern with a two planes system cable position. The bridge has a vehicle floor width of 6.00 meters, and a sidewalk of 1.5 meters right and left. As for the results of this design, the secondary structure of the bridge consists of railings with a hollow steel profile with a diameter of 60.5, curbs with a thickness of 250 mm, a vehicle floor plate with a thickness of 200 mm concrete slab and 50 mm asphalt, and a girder consisting of a WF 1300,550 transverse girder. 28.34, longitudinal girder WF 600.200.11.17, and cantilever girder WF 300.150.6.5.9 for the connection of the girder itself using a simple connection with an L elbow plate. While the main structure consists of the main girder using rectangular twin box girders with dimensions of 2500.1500.50.50, then stay cable is made up of 7 – wire strands with a diameter of 15.2 mm and a pylon which is designed using reinforced concrete material with dimensions of 4000 mm x 3000 mm with a cavity inside.

Abstract

Ciherang Irrigation Area in Bandung is the location of the study. Based on data obtained, it showed water deficiency in the planting season 1 on October and in the planting season 2 on August. Thus, the study aimed to analyze the comparison between the availability of water and the need of water to get a proper cropping pattern implemented in the irrigation area. The availability of water was obtained from water debit that analyzed using the Weibull method while the need of water was determined by the availability of water for rice and palawija.. The results revealed that requirement of irrigation water in an existing cropping pattern of rice/palawija – rice/palawija – rice/palawija using the highest value of water demand at the weir intake gate (DR), 2,255 1/sec/ha, produced the total availability of water in an amount of 4,832 m3/sec while using the unit number for the implementation of operations in the field obtained the highest irrigation requirement value of 3,449 m3/sec. The alternative cropping pattern of rice – rice – palawija using the total value of water demand at the weir intake gate (DR), 2,436 1/sec/ha produced the availability of water in an amount of 5,261 m3/sec while using the unit number for the implementation of operations in the field obtained the highest irrigation requirement value in amount of 4,154 m3/sec.
