Abstract

PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which has 3 divisional business units, one of which is the industrial machinery and equipment division (MPI) and the foundry unit located on Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 18 Bugul Lor, Pasuruan City, East Java. The industrial machinery and equipment division and foundry unit (MPI) located in Pasuruan has grown rapidly as a company that focuses on manufacturing machinery and produces products such as Oil & Gas/ Refinery / Petrochemical Industries, Power plans, Iron Casting, and Pressure Vessels. In PT. Boma Bisma Indra, whose orientation is a make-to-order company, where the new company will procure raw materials and run production if there is a request from the customer. Difficulties that are often encountered in make-to-order companies are delays in the arrival of raw materials, and process delays caused by inadequate workers. Therefore, a method called the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is needed where this method will determine the time period that will be required for each process starting from the preparation of documents related to procedures and product specifications to the finishing fabrication process. This research focuses on timeliness analysis in every process in the master production schedule using the master production schedule (MPS) method

Abstract

CV. Wahana Baru is engaged in the distribution of spare parts specifically for two-wheeled vehicles. Wahana Baru has been established since 18 years ago or more precisely on March 29, 2003 with a name that has never changed, namely Wahana Baru. The business world that is lived in this modern era is very dependent on computerization which is growing and becomes a supporter in various activities within the company or organization. In distribution activities, a motorcycle spare part distribution system application is needed to make it easier for customers to order spare parts on CV. Wahana Baru to support activities is becoming more developed. To realize a motorcycle spare part distribution information system, a web-based motorcycle spare parts distribution information system application was designed at CV. New Rides. In defining requirements and analyzing system development, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and literature review from various sources of information. For the method of analysis and design using Unifield Modeling language (UML). The Motor Parts Distribution Information System uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL as its database. With the Motorcycle Spare Parts Distribution Information System, the processes involved in the distribution of motorcycle spare parts are easier to use, accurate, and integrated.

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing so fast which has resulted in the emergence of increasingly fierce business competition. The application of information technology in the retail business can certainly help in simplifying and accelerating business processes. Toys Amanah is a family shop located on Jl. Kemandoran Pekayon RT 04/RW 023 Pekayon Jaya Village, South Bekasi District, Bekasi City, West Java Province. This shop sells a variety of toys and office stationery supplies. In its business process, this store still carries out sales transaction activities manually using receipts and notebooks for recording sales data and collecting data on goods. Therefore, in the transaction process, errors often occur in calculating the amount of money that must be paid by customers and it takes a lot of time to record reports and frequent inventory data errors that result in discrepancies between the inventory data and the physical goods. The next problem is that the store wants to give discounts to customers who often come in order to increase customer loyalty, but there is no system that can record loyal customers. In defining requirements and analyzing and designing systems for companies, data collection methods are needed by means of literature study, observation, interviews, design, implementation, and testing. For the analysis method and the concept of this information system, the unified modeling language (UML) model is used. The results of this study will be the construction of a web-based point of sale information system which is expected to be able to deal with the problems that exist in the store. This information system is made using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. With this point of sale information system, it can handle complaints experienced by the store in the process of the system running. Such as an error in the sales transaction process and data collection of goods and the length of time required to process sales reports.

Abstract

SMK PGRI 31 JAKARTA is a vocational school located in Central Jakarta and has 3 majors, namely Marketing, Accounting and Office Administration. The information system for violation points and student achievements at SMK PGRI 31 Jakarta currently is in the process of recording violations still using handwritten cards, so the problem that occurs is that sometimes there is often loss of data that has not been recorded in the case book, as well as the slow process of point recapitulation. students thus hindering the action taken by the school. In defining needs and analyzing system development, it is done through data collection methods by means of observation, interviews with the counseling / BK section. The information system for points of violation and student achievement proposed in the process of awarding points made by the teacher has been systemized and immediately accepted by the guardians of the students, the proposal for making input points is expected to make it easier for counseling guidance teachers to make calls. The information system for violation points and student achievements uses the PHP and SQL Server programming languages ​​as databases. The information system for violation points and student achievement is expected to minimize the possibility of errors in making monthly reports

Abstract

Fishing boats are generally made of wood, but over time the availability of wood for shipbuilding began to become difficult to obtain, considering the increasingly expensive price for the type and quality of wood, such as teak. So that other wood alternatives are needed to replace teak, such as laminated white teak. White teak wood can be an option because it grows fast and is widely planted and has a texture that is almost the same as teak. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the strength value of white teak laminate through bending testing. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of the bending strength of laminated white teak (Gemelina arborea) and the comparison results with natural teak (Tectona grandis). This study uses five types of variations with the same size 2x2x36cm, namely KJ (Teak Wood), KJP (White Teak Wood), LKJP (White Teak Lamination) two, three, and five layers referring to the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS Z 2113). , 1963) to determine the value of the bending strength, then an analysis of the average value of the bending test results was carried out and compared with the bending value of teak (Tectona grandis). From the results of the tests carried out, the average value for KJ is 215.53 kg/cm2, KJP 173.35kg/cm2, LKJP 2 layers 176.75 kg/cm2, LKJP 3 180.15 kg/cm2, LKJP 5 149.56 kg/cm2. Based on this average value, Laminate white teak is still lower than the average value of natural teak.

Abstract

Fiberglass boats are one of the options that are often used as an alternative to wooden boats. However, leaks on fiberglass boats are very difficult to handle at sea, so laminate using a sandwich system on fiberglass material and Polyurethane Foam can be a solution to deal with leaks on fiberglass boats at sea, where Polyurethane Foam can be a solution to prevent the entry of water when the fiberglass material experiences leaks or cracks in fiberglass boats. In this study, tests will be carried out on the laminated system of fiberglass inserts and polyurethane foam with variations of three types of polyol and isocyanate mixture compositions to form polyurethane foam materials, namely 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2 using the charpy type impact test method with reference to on ASTM D256 93a to determine the impact value, then an analysis of the average value of the test results was carried out and compared with the impact value of fiberglass sandwich composites reinforced with palm fiber and epoxy. From the results of the impact test, the average 1:1 variance is 0.033j/cm3, and the 1:1.5 variance is 0.038j/cm3, 1:2 variance is 0.034j/cm3. From the test results, it was found that the average value of the variance of 1:1.5 was able to exceed the value of fiber composites reinforced with fibers and epoxy which had the same thickness on the skin

Abstract

This study focuses on developing an employee performance appraisal system that aims to evaluate employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia within the criteria set by the company aimed at classifying employee appraisals that can assist companies in classifying good or bad performance on the value of the employee. This method uses the nave Bayes classifier, a website-based employee performance appraisal system. The system will take the value of the criteria that have been set by the company such as: the value of neatness, loyalty, compliance, discipline, productivity and thoroughness. Based on the results of taking the value of these criteria, the system will issue an output that decides the classification of employees is classified as good or not good. Thus the system will determine whether the employee is good or bad.

Abstract

Production activities at manufacture companies are often inconvenient. One of them is due to the incompatibility of workers anthropometry with the work facilities used. Disergonomics like this will cause complaints in the skeletal system. Complaints to this damage are termed musculoskeletal disorder (MSDS). The production process of making shoes at UD. Kurnia at the subordinate work station identified that work posture has the potential to cause injury to the arm, back and leg muscles with a percentage of 66.67%, 68.89% and 30%. So it is necessary to improve work posture. In this study, the OWAS method was used to identify and evaluate hazardous work postures. Meanwhile, to improve work posture, work facilities are designed using anthropometric data for subordinate work station workers. Owas identification results show that the work posture is more ergonomic. Then the results of the WinOwas software show that the improvement of work posture with the design of work facilities is included in category 1. Which means that the work posture is not dangerous. So it is directly believed that workers complaints on skeletal muscles or MSDs at subordinate work stations can be minimized.

Abstract

The Multibeam Echosounder is a tool for determining the depth of water by sweeping large areas of the seabed. The operating principle of this tool in general is based on the emission of pulses that are emitted directly towards the seabed and after that acoustic energy is reflected back from the seabed (seabel), several sound beams (beams) are electronically generated using signal processing techniques so that the beam angle is known. . Multibeam echosounder can produce high-resolution bathymetry data. The Multibeam Echosounder is characterized by the following parameters Frequency in the range 12 to 500 kHz. Sweep angle range is between +75 ͦ to 85 ͦ , Accuracy generally decreases as swath width increases. The width of the sweep is 4x to 5x the water depth and the addition of the swath width depends on the depth of the survey. Using Multibeam Echosounder (MBES) acoustic equipment can improve data quality and the survey area coverage is able to obtain data coverage with a wider area, more detailed data as well as time efficiency and cost effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of the five variables of service quality in PT. XYZ namely reliability (X1), empathy (X2), responsiveness (X3), tangible (X4), and assurance (X5) have an effect on customer satisfaction in PT. XYZ. Data were collected by using questionnaires, data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis that has been done shows that all independent variables consisting of reliability, empathy, responsiveness, tangible, and assurance has a coefficient with a positive coefficient direction. This proves that all independent variables have a positive influence on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction. From the determinant coefficient (R2) obtained amounted to 0.969 this means 96.9% customer satisfaction is influenced by variable reliability, empathy, responsiveness, tangible, and assurance. The rest is affected by other factors that are not explained in the regression obtained in this study. Variable assurance is an independent variable that most influence on the dependent variable is 0.387.
