Abstract

Beo sub district office has not utilized the information system in processing population census data. Data recording and population census information services are still done manually so that village office employees often experience problems in meeting requests for data and information on population censuses. In addition, decisions and policies by the village heads regarding the population census are often not effective, well targeted, and timely because population census information is often irrelevant. Responding to this phenomenon , it is deemed necessary to create an information system for processing population census data. In this study was built by adapting the concept of qualitative research and modified SDLC method. The SDLC method is part of a software development method with the initial stage of software requirements analysis and the final stage being design. The result of the study indicate that the information system must provide three finctions, namelly users, employees, and village heads.

Abstract

Bengkulu Province Education Quality Assurance Institute has the duty to carry out quality assurance of basic and secondary education in the Province based on the policy of the Minister of Education and Culture. Every year, LPMP will hold training which is used to help improve the quality of teaching staff or supervisors. The data processing process at LPMP already uses a computerized system, one of which is the Office application. With this application, of course, it can make it easier for LPMP to evaluate the quality of services provided so far. The application of service user satisfaction level to service quality at LPMP using the Fuzzy Servqual Method is an application built to facilitate service users in providing value to the quality of services provided by LPMP and can also facilitate LPMP in evaluating service quality. In helping to analyze the level of service user satisfaction on service quality, this application has applied the Fuzzy Servqual Method. Application of service user satisfaction level to the service quality is made using Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. Assessments are carried out every month, so service users cannot provide a rating in the same month. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the application for the level of service user satisfaction on service quality at LPMP using the Fuzzy Servqual method runs as expected.

Abstract

Tarakan City is a developing city for development where the city has undergone many developments so that it requires quality human resources in managing development. If human resources are able to manage development with good quality, it can be said to be successful in the development process. To improve the quality of a construction project, it is necessary to pay attention to the determination of workers with good quality, therefore before starting the construction of a construction project it is necessary to make a selection made by the contractor of the foremen workers which is important so that the foremen selected have good quality. So far, the discussion in Tarakan City is not yet known how the foreman's performance affects the quality of construction project work in Tarakan City.In this study, the type of research used is quantitative research using a Likert scale. Place and time of research in the Project for Improving the Quality of Slums in the Karang Rejo Area of Tarakan City. The data used is the foreman's performance data on construction projects in Tarakan City with the foreman's performance aspects seen are work ability, participation, work facilitation, bias, providing examples of experience on the quality of construction projects in Tarakan City. Supporting data from the internet, books and so on.The results obtained from this study are the indicators that most influence the quality of construction work in Tarakan City, namely the foreman's ability to read and understand working drawings, being able and skilled in doing his work, being able to organize materials. well and able to organize the tools well. able to solve problems that occur in the field.

Abstract

Penetration testing is one method to secure websites from attacks by irresponsible people or hackers. With this method, website owners can find out where the vulnerabilities are on the website. This study aims to test the level of security on a website. The penetration testing method used is the Zero Entry hacking method with 4 stages, namely: reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, and post exploitation and maintaining access. The results obtained from this study are that High Court of Bengkulu’s website has 4 vulnerabilities that have been successfully exploited, there is 1 vulnerability that is in the High category, and 3 vulnerabilities that are categorized as medium, the results of the exploitation test that were successfully carried out were measured using the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS), therefore it can be seen that the overall level of vulnerability of High Court of Bengkulu’s website has a score of 6.0 (medium), which means that High Court of Bengkulu’s website is quite safe against cyber attacks.

Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics is a Non-Ministerial Government Institution that is directly responsible to the President. So far, population data by sex and age group is done by calculating the population based on the age range starting from 0-4 years old up to 75+ which is separated by male and female sex (data attached). The data that has been processed so far is only a projection of population data, and is not reprocessed to obtain information about the grouping of population data by age. So Bengkulu City BPS has difficulty in mapping out the best program for the elderly population because Bengkulu City BPS does not yet have valid data on the number of elderly residents. The grouping of elderly population data in the K-Means Method and the K-Medoids Method was divided into 2 groups, namely high and low groups. Clustering based on male gender, the results of grouping in each clueter are different, while the number of iterations that occur is the same but the processing time between the two methods is different, where the K-Medoids method is faster than the K-Means method. Clustering based on female gender, the results of grouping in each clueter are different, while the number of iterations is the same but the processing time between the two methods is different, where the K-Medoids method is faster than the K-Means method. The results of the comparative analysis between the K-Means and K-Medoids method, it was found that the differences in the results of grouping, iteration and processing time occurred depending on the initial centroid value used in each method.

Abstract

PT. Mawarindo Bengkulu City is one of the universities engaged in advertising (Advertising, Baleho and Banners), which so far have not used an evaluation system in objective performance appraisals, employee assessments are carried out based on subjective assessments and do not use indicators capable of providing an assessment. objective on employee performance. So the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method of performance assessment is needed, which will be applied to PT. Mawarindo Bengkulu City. For that the author tries to build an application with the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method on employee performance appraisal using Visual Basic Net, in order to facilitate PT. Mawarindo in the selection of the best employees every year. Based on the results of the study, the Implementation of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in assessing the performance of employees of PT. Mawarindo is made using Visual Basic Net programming language with SQL server database as supporting media, storing the results of data processing that can be used by PT. Mawarindo in inputting employee data, so that it can help overcome existing problems so that the process of selecting the best employees at PT. Mawarindo can be done using an application that has been designed.

Abstract

Along with the development of the world of science and technology (IPTEK) which is increasingly rapidly, especially in computerization and the internet, the development of information technology using computer aids and the internet has increased significantly in all fields. SMA Negeri 1 Rainis is one of the schools that has a library with various types of books that can support the world of education. In addition to book lending activities carried out by the SMA Negeri 1 Rainis library, other activities in the form of processing book data and disseminating information about the library are still conventional. Therefore, providing information to library users is still very difficult. The result of this research is that the library website of SMA Negeri 1 Rainis has the following advantages: it can be accessed from anywhere at any time via the internet, as a medium for delivering information more efficiently. Has a stratified level of access according to its use (user)

Abstract

The problem of wireless technology offers a variety of convenience, freedom and high flexibility. Wireless technology has quite a lot of advantages compared to existing wired technology, including easy access to data communication and internet access in any position as long as it is still in a wireless network. The method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, a cycle of network design stages that can guide a network design, which depends on the size of the project to be implemented and the purpose of the project. Wireless security testing uses airodump-ng as an attack medium and security analysis uses wireless packet sniffing method which will be described in the wireshak application. Packet sniffing is a process for capturing packets passing through a computer network. Based on the analysis and attack experiments carried out, it still needs improvement, this is with the airodump-ng application detecting nearby WiFi and packet sniffing attacks can display usernames and passwords using the wireshak application.

Abstract

SMAN 1 of Central Bengkulu, is already connected via LAN network, an academic assessment system that deals with student scores on monthly test results, midterm tests (UTS), final semester tests (UAS), at this time it is considered inefficient and does not have security data. where each staff / teacher will exchange information via computers such as sharing / exchanging document files such as student grade data. The document file is not given a password so that anyone can open that file. Therefore we need a security system for sharing document files, because the files sent can be opened by anyone. In responding to the problems, a system security will be designed by applying the Blowfish Cryptography (modern cryptography) algorithm which is expected to be a solution to the problems being faced. By using the Blowfish Cryptography algorithm, it is hoped that it can help to protect the original file so that it is not easily read by unauthorized people.

Abstract

Asthma occurs due to inflammation of the respiratory tract that causes sufferers to experience shortness of breath and wheezing. Asthma symptoms can appear due to the influence of infection, pollution, or allergies. Asthma is a type of disease that causes symptoms of narrowing and inflammation of the respiratory tract resulting in shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. Asthma can be caused by several things, namely dust, smoke, animal fur, cold air, physical activity, etc. Asthma is classified into 3 types, namely mild asthma, moderate asthma, and severe asthma. This expert system in diagnosing asthma is used to facilitate patient consultation, where the patient enters some of the symptoms he is experiencing and the system will diagnose these symptoms to determine whether asthma is classified as mild asthma, moderate asthma, or high grade asthma. In assisting the diagnosis, this expert system has applied Certainty Factor Method by proving a fact with a certainty value against that fact. The advantage of the CF method is that it can measure something that is certain or uncertain in decision making in disease diagnosis expert systems. Expert system in diagnosing asthma is made using Visual Basic.Net Programming Language with SQL database. With this expert system, it can help diagnose asthma suffered by patients based on the symptoms felt by the patient and provide solutions to deal with the disease suffered by a patient. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system application in diagnosing asthma is running as expected, and the application is able to display the results of the disease diagnosis from the symptoms selected by the patient.
