Abstract

PT. Daria Dharma Pratama is one of PT Kebun Sawit as well as the manufacture of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) in Mukomuko Regency. Weed weeds or herbicides are compounds or materials that are spread on agricultural land to suppress or eradicate plants that cause a decrease in yield (weeds). So far, the process of managing data on the use of weed killer poison at PT Daria Dharma Pratama is still using the manual method, namely by identifying the number of estates and the amount of use of weed killer poison every month then inputting the data into an office application package for making reports on the use of weed killer poison per estate. in 1 year. This research was conducted to determine the level of use of weed killer poison using the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm and create an application that will apply the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm for the clustering process. Application of Clustering the level of use of weed killer poison at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama can simplify the process of managing data on the amount of weed poison used in each estate and can make it easier for PT. in obtaining information on the level of use of weed killer poison which is grouped into high and low based on the results of the clustering that has been carried out using the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm. Application of Clustering the level of use of weed killer poison at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database. Based on the grouping carried out using the data for the last 3 years (2018, 2019, 2020), it was found that the Number of Toxic Use Groups in Cluster I was 9 and the Number of Use Groups Toxins in Cluster II A total of 12. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, functionally from the Clustering Application the level of use of weed killer poisons at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama has worked as expected and is able to provide information on the level of use of gulam killer poison

Abstract

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah instansi pemerintah yang memiliki visi terwujudnya infrastruktur pekerjaan umum dan perumahan rakyat yang baik, bermanfaat, dan berkelanjutan. Pada Dinas PUPR Kota Bengkulu tersebut setiap bulannya akan mendapati laporan kerusakan jembatan yang harus segera diperbaiki. Namun karena banyaknya laporan yang masuk, menyebabkan pihak Dinas PUPR Kota Bengkulu harus melakukan pemeriksaan terlebih dahulu agar dapat diketahui jembatan yang rusak yang akan diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki. Implementasi Metode TOPSIS dalam menentukan prioritas perawatan jembatan pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Bengkulu dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .Net dan Database SQL Server 2008r2. Aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam menentukan prioritas perawatan jembatan yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Aplikasi ini dapat melakukan analisis terhadap data penilaian hasil survei masing-masing jembatan melalui metode TOPSIS berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Nilai akhir dari TOPSIS ini akan diurutkan berdasarkan nilai tertinggi ke nilai terendah sehingga didapatkan rank  untuk masing-masing jembatan. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, fungsional dari Aplikasi untuk dalam menentukan prioritas perawatan jembatan pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Bengkulu telah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

Asthma occurs due to inflammation of the respiratory tract that causes sufferers to experience shortness of breath and wheezing. Asthma symptoms can appear due to the influence of infection, pollution, or allergies. Asthma is a type of disease that causes symptoms of narrowing and inflammation of the respiratory tract resulting in shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. Asthma can be caused by several things, namely dust, smoke, animal fur, cold air, physical activity, etc. Asthma is classified into 3 types, namely mild asthma, moderate asthma, and severe asthma. This expert system in diagnosing asthma is used to facilitate patient consultation, where the patient enters some of the symptoms he is experiencing and the system will diagnose these symptoms to determine whether asthma is classified as mild asthma, moderate asthma, or high grade asthma. In assisting the diagnosis, this expert system has applied Certainty Factor Method by proving a fact with a certainty value against that fact. The advantage of the CF method is that it can measure something that is certain or uncertain in decision making in disease diagnosis expert systems. Expert system in diagnosing asthma is made using Visual Basic.Net Programming Language with SQL database. With this expert system, it can help diagnose asthma suffered by patients based on the symptoms felt by the patient and provide solutions to deal with the disease suffered by a patient. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system application in diagnosing asthma is running as expected, and the application is able to display the results of the disease diagnosis from the symptoms selected by the patient.

Abstract

Informasi yang diperoleh dari internet itu bermacam-macam tergantung dari informasi yang dibutuhkan user (Pemakai). Salah satu informasi yang kita peroleh adalah banyaknya situs-situs pendidikan mulai dari tingkatan SMA sampai dengan tingkat Kampus Akademik. Bagi Lembaga Pendidikan, sebuah Sistem Informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk media informasi dalam menjalankan Visi dan Misi Lembaga. Pada penelitian ini dibangun sebuah Aplikasi Nilai Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Berbasis Web. Pelayanan informasinya dibatasi pada informasi nilai mahasiwa Fakultas Teknik Prodi Teknik Informatika UMB. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat Aplikasi Nilai Mahasiswa yang berbasis web di Fakultas Teknik UMB, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi nilai bagi mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik UMB, dan memudahkan mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik UMB dalam mengakses informasi nilai. Adapun manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah dapat menghasilkan suatu Aplikasi Nilai Mahasiswa berbasis web yang terbaru di Fakultas Teknik UMB dan Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik UMB dapat memperoleh informasi nilai secara cepat, mudah, dan efisien. Metodelogi pengembangan Aplikasi Nilai Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Berbasis Web ini adalah analisa data, spesifikasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak, perancangan kebutuhan fungsional, dan implementasi. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Macromedia DreamWeaver 8 dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL untuk menyimpan basis datanya. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah Aplikasi Nilai Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Berbasis Web. Aplikasi yang Berbasis Web adalah sebuah aplikasi yang mengelola data menjadi informasi dan informasi tersebut diupload melalui Website, sehingga para pengakses informasi dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi yang diperlukannya.Kata kunci : User, Website

Abstract

Participants of the national level scientific work olympic are participants who will take part in competitions between one campus and another on a national basis in showing scientific works or research results with certain themes in a competition. The importance of choosing is because an olympic participant is a pride and also brings the good name of the college where they study, if you bring the wrong participant it will create new problems in assessing the quality of a university, in this study, the selection of participants for the olympic scientific work at the national level using concept of the algorithm of a decision support system using the MOORA method. The MOORA method or the abbreviation of Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis Of Ratio Analysis is a decision support system method that has simple stages and processes in solving problems. The results of this study found the highest score with the candidate with a value of 10.93991.

Abstract

Abstract - Tabot culture has become a routine ritual of the city of Bengkulu. In addition, the Tabot event can also attract tourists to visit the city of Bengkulu. An ad can be said to be of quality if the ad is able to convey the contents of the advertisement to its customers. Because of the promotion needs, business actors make advertisements so that consumers are interested in using their products. Consumers can capture the contents of the ad if they want to follow and listen carefully, for that we as people in the world of multimedia must be able to make an ad that promotes the product or service with packaging that is attractive and easy to understand by consumers, so consumers are not bored first see the article before the ad is delivered. Then the quality of an advertisement is very influential on the quality of marketing of its products or services. If an advertisement is packaged as attractive as possible, the consumer can be interested and can easily respond to the message content of the ad. So that the producer can take the hearts of consumers and finally the product or service advertised will get a position in the hearts of consumers that will have an impact on the expected marketing results. On 1 to 10 Muharram H (Arabic Calendar) every year in the city of Bengkulu the Tabot Festival is held. The Tabot Festival is held based on the Tabot Cultural Party held by the people of Bengkulu City in commemoration of the death of Amir Hussain, the grandson of Prophet Muhammad SAW, in Padang Karbala (Iraq). This Tabot culture has become a routine ritual of the city of Bengkulu. In addition, the Tabot event can also attract tourists to visit the city of Bengkulu Abstrak - Budaya Tabot telah menjadi suatu ritual rutin masyarakat kota Bengkulu. Selain itu Acara tabot juga dapat menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke kota Bengkulu. Sebuah iklan dapat dikatakan berkualitas jika iklan tersebut mampu menyampaikan isi dari iklan tersebut kepada para konsumennya. Karena kebutuhan promosi maka para pelaku dunia bisnis membuat iklan agar para konsumen tertarik menggunakan produknya. Para konsumen bisa menangkap isi iklan jika mereka mau mengikuti dan menyimak dengan seksama, untuk itu kita sebagai orang yang berkecimpung di dunia multimedia harus mampu membuat sebuah iklan yang mempromosikan yang menarik dan mudah dipahami konsumen, sehingga konsumen tidak bosan terlebih dahulu melihat ikaln tersebut sebelum iklan selesai disampaikan. Maka kualitas suatu iklan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pemasaran produk atau jasanya. Jika suatu iklan dikemas dengan semenarik mungkin maka konsumen itu dapat tertarik dan bisa merespon isi pesan dari iklan tersebut dengan mudah. Sehingga pihak produsen bisa mengambil hati para konsumen dan akhirnya produk atau jasa yang di iklankan akan mendapat posisi di hati para konsumen yang akan berdampak pada hasil pemasaran yang diharapkan. Budaya Tabot ini telah menjadi suatu ritual rutin masyarakat kota Bengkulu. Selain itu Acara tabot juga dapat menarik para pengunjung yang datang ke kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract - The presence of an Electronic Government is information and telecommunications technology for efficient and effective government administration, as well as providing transparent and satisfying public services. The integration of information systems today greatly influences public institutions such as regional and central government. The current regional government system has begun to be integrated in a technology that can be controlled from the central government. An example is the application of electronic-government (e-Gov) which began to be implemented in Indonesia and in several regions. The stages of the research method are Application for permission for research from the Research and Community Service Institute of Dehasen University Bengkulu, Research Permit from Seluma Regency DPMPPTSP, Government data collection both manual and computerized, Grouping of Government data namely Regional Superior Program Name per each OPD in Seluma Regency in 2019. A cross-sectoral development program to create superior and prosperous Seluma District people by improving infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure, including tourism and leading sectors and optimizing superior products. One solution and alternative that promises to create transparency in realizing good governance is with an electronic government management system (e-government). Management of institutions / agencies electronically for both private and government in addition to increasing transparency, can also improve the quality of work produced by the Regional Government.Abstrak - Hadirnya sebuah Electronic Government adalah teknologi modern dewasa ini sebagai pelayanan secara elektronik bagi pemerintah dengan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk masyarakat. Terintegrasinya sistem informasi dewasa ini sangat mempengaruhi lembaga-lembaga publik seperti pemerintah daerah dan Pemerintah Pusat. Sebuah system pemerintah sekarang sudah terintegrasi dalam sebuah teknologi yang dapat monitor oleh pemerintahan pusat. Contohnya adalah sekarang penerapan electronic-government (e-Gov) telah di implementasikan di Indonesia dan di beberapa daerah. Tahapan metode penelitiannya adalah Permohonan izin untuk penelitian dari Lembaga LPPM Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu,  Izin penelitian dari DPMPPTSP Kabupaten Seluma, Pengumpulan data Pemerintahan baik yang masih manual maupun yang sudah terkomputerisasi, Pengelompokan data Pemerintahan yakni Nama Program Unggulan Daerah per setiap OPD di Kabupaten Seluma Tahun 2019. Program pembangunan lintas sektoral guna mewujudkan masyarakat Kabupaten Seluma yang unggul dan sejahtera dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur, sarana dan prasarana, termasuk wisata serta sektor unggulan dan optimalisasi produk unggulan. Ada sebuah alternative yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun sebuah transparansi dalam mewujudkan Pemerintahan yang baik adalah dengan sebuah e-government. Pengelolaan Lembaga secara digital baik untuk swasta maupun Pemerintah selain dapat meningkatkan transparansi, juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja yang dihasilkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the vikor method in the selection of scholarship receipts at Bengkulu Dehasen University. Designing the process by describing how the VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method should be used based on criteria (indications, achievements, credits and living expenses) fulfilled by prospective scholarship recipients in accordance with the provisions of Dehasen Bengkulu University in selecting scholarship acceptance. Based on the results obtained it can be proven that the condition of Acceptable stability in decision making is fulfilled (Namely a smaller value than 1) and Intan P Can be proposed to be a compromise solution which is the best ranking of scholarship recipients ranking by this VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method.

Abstract

The drug inventory forecasting application at Dermayu Public Health Center is an application that is used to predict the amount of drug inventory for the next month based on an analysis conducted on the data on the amount of drug inventory for the last 12 months. In addition, in this application there are 2 (two) methods used for comparative analysis of drug inventory forecasting, namely the Weight Moving Average Method and the Linear Regression Method. Where the comparison of the two methods is seen from the forecasting results and the level of accuracy of the forecast results. With the forecasting results in these 2 (two) methods, it can be used as a reference for the health center in making decisions to manage the amount of drug inventory each month. The drug supply forecasting application was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language with SQL Server database. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional of the application for forecasting drug supplies at Dermayu Health Center has been running as it should, and the drug inventory forecasting application is able to display the results of forecasting the amount of drug inventory for the next month through 2 methods, namely the Weight Moving Method. Abstract

SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City is one of the schools located in Bengkulu City, where several data processing systems still use manual systems, one of which is new student registration. Every new school year, the officer fills out the sheet of students enrolled in the school one by one in the registration book. This takes a long time when the officer wants to make a report of students registered, because they have to retype the data in the registration book into the computer. In addition, after conducting interviews, it was found that the students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City experienced a decline every academic year. The application of forecasting the number of new students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City can be used to predict the number of new students in the next academic year based on the results of the analysis on old historical data. This forecasting process is carried out through the Non-Linear Trend Method approach, so that the final forecasting result is obtained from the stages of the process that occur. It was made using the VB.Net programming language and SQL Server database which can assist the school in managing school quality assurance, in order to attract interest from prospective students to enroll in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City, and can arrange school promotion strategies for prospective students. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional application of forecasting the number of new students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bengkulu City has been running properly and the application for forecasting the number of new students at the school which is able to display forecasting results in the next academic year.
