Setiap pegawai dalam organisasi akan berhadapan dengan konflik kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai Kantor Camat medan Sunggal. Setelah dilakukan uji pada data yang diperoleh dari lapangan didapat hasilnya baik secara parsial maupun simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikatnya yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai F dengan sig lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan begitu instansi perlu memperhatikan keduanya untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai.

The goal of this research is to examine the impact of Foreign Investment, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates, Stock Index on Indonesian Capital Market Capitalization. The research was processed using the SPSS 22 program with multiple linear regression. The data used uses two types of periods, namely the period 1990-2019 and the period 1990-2020 to see the differences due to the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020. From the results of the research, it is known that Foreign Investment, Exchange Rate and Stock Index have a significant positive effect on Indonesia's Capital Market Capitalization. for both periods. Meanwhile, Interest Rates only had a negative effect in the period 1990-2020 and Inflation had no effect on both periods.

This research is about “Capital structure policy, dividend policy and company value of BNI Bank with quantitative method. The financial statements of Bank BNI during its existence until now have been used as the population, sampling using the quota sampling technique with the results of the 2001-2020 financial statements, analyzed using multiple linear regression processed with Eviews 9. It was found that the multiple linear regression equation EPS = 730.81 + 1, 32 DER – 0.52 DPR. (F-statistics) is worth 0.008971 <0.05, which means simultaneously debt (DER) and dividends (DPR) significantly affect firm value (EPS). However, individually, only debt has a significant effect on firm value, this situation is indicated by the prob DER of 0.0070 <0.05. While dividends have no effect on the value of the company with a prob DPR value of 0.7193 > 0.05. Meanwhile, only 42.57% of debt and dividends contributed to the firm's value while the remaining 57.43% were other influences.

The purpuse of this study is to determine the effect of competence on employee promotion at PT. Tor Ganda Medan, to determine the effect of job performance on employee promotion at PT. Tor Ganda Medan and to determine the effect of competencee and work performance simultaneously on employee promotion at PT. Tor Ganda Medan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire instrument carried out at PT. Ganda Medan. The population in this study were employees of PT. Ganda Medan as many as 85 people by using total sambling the size of the resarch sample is as many as 85 people. The results showed that the tcount Competence value was 2.268 and the ttable value was 1.988 with the provisions that the tcount value > ttable and sigcount < sigtable or (2,268 > 1,988) and (0.026 < 0.05), the tcount value of work performance was 6.246 and the ttable value was 1.988 with the provisions of the value of tcount > ttable and sighitung < sigtabel or (6.246 > 1.988 ) and (0.000 < 0.05) and the Fcount value of the Competence and Work Performance variable is 37.347 and the ttable value is 2.711 with the provisions of the value of Fcount > Ftable and sigcount < sigtable or ( 37.347 > 2.711) and (0.000 < 0.05). The conclusion of the study is that competence has a significant effect on employee promotion at PT Tor Ganda Medan, work performance has a significant effect on job promotion and is the dominant variable in employee promotion at PT Tor Ganda Medan and simultaneously Competence and work performance have a significant effect on employee promotions at PT Tor Ganda Medan.

This study was conducted to prove whether the results with the same previous research would have obtained similar results or not if the research location was carried out at the Labuhanbatu National and Political Unity office. This study was conducted using 30 samples which were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The primary data used in the study were collected by distributing questionnaires. From the data collected, it was processed using SPPS version 23. The result is that leadership style and compensation do not have a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on performance, for the t test while for the F test the four variables studied (Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Job Stress, and Compensation in simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee performance). these four variables are able to explain the performance of 44.4 percent.

PT Intan Pariwara Medan berarti sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang percetakan, yang memproduksi barang-barang dalam susunan halaman-halaman buku. Fasilitas produksi ini memiliki lebih dari puluhan pekerja terlatih dan terdidik. Para karyawan di fasilitas ini menjaga konsistensi produk yang dihasilkan dengan selalu mengutamakan positioning persiapan mereka, sedangkan tujuan awal riset adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui prestasi kerja Pekerja PT Intan Pariwara Medan, sampel yang adalah sampel sebanyak 30 orang yang berdomisili di medan. Data yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini berasal dari data primer, angket, teknik.Analisis kritis pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam pengujian adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, keluaran dalam pengujian dapat diterjemahkan bahwa respon terhadap penelitian memiliki pengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi lebih sehingga dalam hal prestasi kerja tidak signifikan. hasilnya penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja Dalam penelitian ini budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on the development of tourism in Indonesia. Researchers used a quantitative approach through secondary data that was processed in multiple linear regression models. The results of the study indicate that equations (1) and (2) have the result that all variables have a less significant effect (p-value > 0.05) where inflation and exchange rates have a negative effect and interest rates have a positive effect on sector development. tourist. This indicates that the greater inflation or price increases and the strengthening of the rupiah exchange rate per 1 USD, the number of foreign tourists and the length of stay of tourists will decrease. Meanwhile, interest rates have a positive influence on the development of the tourism sector. The appropriate policy recommendations are: (1) The government must be able to maintain monetary economic stability, (2) optimize the performance of tourism SOEs to increase the number of arrivals and length of stay of foreign tourists, and (3) provide cheap tour packages for neighboring countries.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on zakat expenditure with company size as a moderating variable. The technique used in selecting the sample is purposive sampling. The samples selected in this study amounted to 7 of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2011-2020 period. The data collection technique in this study uses the documentation method by searching for data by visiting the official website of Islamic Commercial Banks. Simultaneously, this study shows the results of the profitability variable (ROA) and the liquidity variable (FDR) have a significant positive effect on zakat expenditure on BUS. While partially the results obtained are the profitability variable (ROA) has a significant negative effect, while the liquidity variable (FDR) has no significant positive effect, this study also shows the results that company size as measured by total assets in this study is able to moderate profitability (ROA). but is unable to moderate the relationship between liquidity (FDR) and zakat expenditures at Islamic Commercial Banks.

Today, the development of digital technology is very easy and fast. The strategy that can be done by entrepreneurs is to do marketing through social media, besides that price creativity and decoration are one of the considerations in increasing the success of a business. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, price, and decoration creativity on interest in renting MUA services. The object of this research is the consumer of MUA services. The study used primary data by distributing questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique used the analysis of the characteristics of the respondents, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and the determinant coefficient. The results of the study have a coefficient of determination of 0.815. This means that the independent variable is very influential on the dependent variable by 82%, the remaining 18% is explained by other variables not examined.

The aim of this research is to empirically test the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Emerald Fish Store in Banyuanyar, Surakarta. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The determination of the number of samples was taken according to (J.R. Frankel) 2012 which suggested a minimum sample size of 50 respondents for quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study used purposive and convenience sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 24 program. The results of the study showed that the significance of the t-value of the reliability variable was 0.022, the responsiveness variable was 0.033, the assurance variable was 0.017, the empathy variable was 0.002, the physical evidence variable was 0.000 and the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence of the significance of the F value on customer satisfaction are 0.000. From these results it can be concluded that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction
