Abstract

In general, the Bank has many products that must be offered to customers that aim to increase profits for the bank. In this case each bank is expected to be able to maintain good relationships with existing customers so that it can facilitate the implementation of marketing related to the products of the Bank. The most frequently used effort in marketing is direct marketing or by contacting customers via telephone or e-mail, commonly referred to as telemarketing. The use of customer data is very much needed to help the bank or company make predictions about the level of success in marketing products to customers, so that it can be efficient in terms of time and also marketing costs. In this study, bank customers will be segmented in giving the right promotion using the Iterative Dichotomiser Three (ID3) method using bank telemarketing data, then processed using the RapidMiner application to get the right decision pattern in providing promotions to customers, from this analysis obtained attributes that most important in giving promotions are poutcome attributes or results from previous marketing by being influenced by several attributes including pdays, age, month, marital, day and job.

Abstract

Tourism industry has the business process of tourism service transaction between merchant and agent. That business process between merchant and agent is known as business-to-business (B2B). Merchant has role as inventory providers and agent as sellers. Based on the information, the transaction between the merchant and agent is still done conventionally. The merchant has to find the potential agent that ready to sell their products, negotiate special rate and the term of payment. Long negotiation process makes the marketing coverage become less. On the agent side, the sales potential isn’t maximal because the limitation of product that they can sell. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to build an app as solution with concept of business to business tourism service marketplace. Android mobile application was developed to fulfill the merchant and agent necessary in mobility. Application was developed with features such as inventory management, stock management, transaction, booking management, and fund management (topup, withdraw and payment history). The transaction done by the agent will be paid by using active balance that can be added by bank transfer to virtual account. Kotlin was used by the writer to develop the application and black box testing method for testing

Abstract

Research to predict drug needs at the hospital in Semarang. By using the data needs drug for 6 years from January 2007 to December 2012 made the prediction that the drug needs to avoid shortages or overstocks of drugs. The system is required to obtain the necessary amount of drug in a given month in order to avoid shortages of drugs and overstocks of drugs. This study uses matlab software to design the look and design a Neural Network architecture and using Microsoft Office Excel software to provide input data. Spreadsheet data model helps the program as input to the training data. Artificial Neural Networks provide interpretations of the drug needs. any incoming data given initial weight, is processed in the hidden layer using the specified parameters are like max epoch, learning rate, activation, duration, and the pace of learning. Parameters of success using the Mean Square Error and the value of the correlation coefficient is a point of reference. The results obtained using Neural Network architecture with a number of hidden layer neurons 50 and 75 managed to get the value of an accuracy of 74.89% for the type drug Captopril, then architecture using the number of hidden layer neurons to 20 and 15 types of drug Paracetamol resulted in 86.21%. The results obtained are very varied topography which influenced the shape or characteristics of the data and the amount of data being tested as a data input. More and more data is being tested affect the accuracy percentage.

Abstract

Perancangan teknologi e-hospital dengan menerapkan CRM merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Rumah sakit memiliki beberapa kendala dalam upaya proses bisnis yang sedang berlangsung. Beberapa rumah sakit telah menggunakan teknologi dalam proses pelayanan rumah sakit mulai dari pendaftaran sampai dengan pembayaran. Permasalahan yang terjadi dimana tahapan proses yang terjadi saat ini belum memanfaatkan teknologi dalam melaksanakan proses yang ada. Dari permasalahan tersebut dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan model CRM (Customer Relationship Management) untuk melakukan analisa dengan memberikan gambaran kondisi yang ada di lapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi yang ada saat ini di lapangan dan memberikan gambaran lingkungan internal, lingkungan eksternal. Hasil penelitian memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengetahui bagaimana menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan, menambah pelanggan baru dan menjaga loyalitas terhadap pelanggan. Dari hasil analisa lingkungan internal dan eksternal akan memberikan gambaran tentang perancangan sistem untuk proses pengolahan data pasien rawat inap dan pasien rawat jalan.

Abstract

World Industries and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are being encouraged by the government to be able to competitiveness. It means that innovation, efficiency, and productivity are compulsory to be achieved at any time. On the other hand, buying high-tech machines such as CNC Lathe machine requires no small cost. Material Bronze is one type of material that is often used as spare parts sliding bearings (Bush). This study innovates by making a breakthrough. The carbide inserts CCMT09T304 type used on CNC lathes will be applied for use on conventional lathes in making sliding bearings. The carbide insert with Speed ​​Cutting technology is the ability of a greater meaning will enable Bronze material slashed /processed at a higher rotation speed and a larger burial will produce products with a better time. This research is to obtain machining parameters such as spindle speed rotation (Rpm), feedings (mm / rotation) and tools height position above the center (mm). The method used is the experimental method. Preparation of specimens was performed with the Taguchi approach, independent variables were height position tools (mm), spindle speed rotation (Rpm), feedings (mm / rotation), the control variable is the depth of cut 0.5 mm.

Abstract

N’berkah waste management at Klahang Sokaraja is one of the garbage bank located in Purwokerto. The systemic in this garbage bank is the customer must deposit the waste and then the admin records it in each customer’s saving book. The waste bank service process itself still doesn’t use computer technology and still using reports for its information. That is why customers often lose their passbooks and these passbooks are sometimes broken, so the admin has to check and record back the numbers contained in the passbook. This condition causes data of the reports are not accurate. Which is why a Waste Management Information System is needed. The method used to build this information system is the prototype method. The steps of the prototype method are gathering requirements, designing, coding the system. Hopefully, with the waste management information system, customers can get better information about their contributions to waste management.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada dunia pendidikan, terutama perguruan tinggi saat ini mutlak menjadi kebutuhan. Pelayanan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) bagi sebuah intitusi kampus memiliki peran sentral dalam mengatur proses pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD berdasarkan variabel user satisfaction dengan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) pada Sekolah Tinggi Komputer di Kota Semarang dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Pengujian penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menunjukkan nilai F-hitung sebesar 19,445 > F-tabel 2,68 dengan sig. 0,000a < 0,05 yang dapat dijelaskan seluruh independent variable (information content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timelines) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap dependent variable (user satisfaction). (information content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timelines). Variabel Timelines (T) merupakan variabel yang dominan terhadap User Satisfaction (US) dan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan (<0,05).

The rapid development of information technology and communication has very large in the formation and progress of the quality of education. SMK Al Washliyah Sumber plays a role in the development of science, especially in the field of information technology. During this time all learning process at SMK Al Washliyah Sumber is still conventional, in other words, that the learning process between students and teachers can only be done on the condition of meeting between students and teachers in the classroom. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which also hit Indonesia, had a significant impact on all levels. The spread of this virus through the splashes of Covid-19 sufferers from the nose, and mouth, when coughing, sneezing, or breathing. This spark attached to objects, and surrounded surfaces, and held by other people, enter the body through the eyes, nose, mouth. Hand wash was important, simple, and effective in the process of preventing disease transmission. The aim of this research made a hand wash tool, when it was used, the hand did not touched the soap bottle and water faucet. The method was the literature study method, the observation method, and the experimental method with a tool design model. Design concept was carried out in accordance with the process, start from the initially sketch, concept selection, value analysis, to made prototype and experiments. Results and conclusions obtained from this experiment of this tool were the smooth process of getting out of water and soap on average less than 2 times the footing. And validation shows okay, which means that the design of this hand washed tool accordance with the specifications of the needs of the customer or user.

Abstract

The process of learning evaluation (examinations) produces a value that can be a benchmark for the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process that has been carried out. Managing manuals on questions and exam scores prone to damage. SMK Bina Teknologi Purwokerto has organized an online-based examination system before, but there are still some obstacles. An alternative system for administering exams is needed to be made more effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to implement the CodeIgniter framework on an online-based examination system so that SMK Bina Teknologi Purwokerto can administer the examination process to the processing of exam results. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews and literature study. The study was conducted with the Waterfall model with the stages of needs analysis, design, coding and testing. The conclusions obtained are; 1.) CodeIgniter Framework can be implemented on an online-based test system to process the value of exam results; 2.) Online-based exam system is feasible to be used as an alternative method of administering the exam; 3.) The results of the assessment of respondents reached 508 with a percentage of 81.28% (good value).
