Abstract

Generation X, millennials, and Gen Z really like e-commerce applications because of the rapid development of pay later in the digital era. This research aims to determine people's behavior in using paylater. Then, this research focuses on the essential needs of life or desires for sociality. This research uses a qualitative approach with the interview method. Research participants were carried out among people from different generations, and birth years. Namely, Generation X aged 40 to 55 years, the millennial generation aged 28 to 39 years, and Generation Z aged at least 18 to 27 years. The research results show that generation. Generation Z also occasionally fulfills their lifestyle. Based on this data, pay later is more widely used to meet living needs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Economic Value Added and Profitability on Stock Returns in LQ-45 Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This research is of a descriptive type with an associative quantitative approach. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique from a total population of 73 companies, resulting in 23 companies being obtained. The results of this study indicate that Economic Value Added is able to provide a positive effect on Stock Returns, and Profitability is able to provide a positive effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, and work culture on employee satisfaction at SMK NU 2 Soko. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 32 SMK NU 2 Soko employees. Data analysis in this study used SPSS assistance. The sampling technique used is the census method, and the data testing techniques used in this study include the validity test with factor analysis and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha. Proving the research hypothesis with the T Test and F. Test The results of the analysis show that leadership, motivation, and work culture have a positive effect on employee satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of community government in the development of Titiwangi Village, Candipuro District, South Lampung Regency, and the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this research ranged from the Village Head (as a key informant), Village Officials, Hamlet Heads, BPD, and Karang Taruna, to the general public. The data collection technique was carried out using triangulation (combination), data analysis was inductive, and qualitative research results emphasized meaning rather than generalization. The research results show that the role of the government community in the development of Titiwangi Village is quite good and balanced. The collaboration that occurs is mutualistic in nature where the parties involved understand each other's position and role in village development. The village government plays a role in facilitating the community and providing good direction to the community regarding the development goals that will be implemented. The community plays a role in contributing thoughts, energy, and property for the success of development. Meanwhile, the supporting factor for government-community cooperation is the humane approach taken by the village government towards society, and the community itself has a good understanding of its position and role in development. Apart from that, the inhibiting factors are the lack of public awareness of environmental cleanliness and the government's continued assumption that the community is subordinate and the object of development supervision

Abstract

This research discusses the factors that influence MSME income for street vendors. The research aims to test and analyze the influence of business capital, intensity (time), length of business, and technology simultaneously on MSME income. The sample for this research was street vendors on Somoroto Ponorogo market street. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling with 70 respondents. The results of this research are that business capital has a significant effect on MSME income, intensity (time) has a significant effect on MSME income, length of business has an effect on MSME income, and technology has no significant impact on MSME income. Simultaneously, business capital, intensity (time), length of business, and technology significantly affect MSME income by 0.422 or 42.2%.

Abstract

The Problems identified in this research are How is the partial and direct influence of competence on leadership, How is the partial and direct influence of motivation on leadership? Then, how does the partial and direct effect of competence on employee performance, How does the partial and direct effect of motivation on employee performance? Then how is the influence of leadership as a moderator of the indirect relationship between competence and motivation on the performance of employees of PT Asaab Steel Indonesia? This research approach was carried out through a survey, and each problem raised to the surface was carried out through an Explanatory Analysis, namely explaining the causality relationship between echogenic and endogenous variables through direct and indirect PATH analysis models using standardized coefficient data. beta. Through 79 employees or representative respondents used as research samples obtained the findings of al: Partially and direct competence has a positive and significant effect on leadership; Partially and direct motivation has a positive and relatively weak effect, but significant to leadership; Partially and directly competence has a positive and relatively weak effect, but significant to employee performance; Partially and directly motivation has a positive and relatively weak effect, but significant to employee performance; Indirectly leadership is capable of being a strong and significant moderator between competency and motivation on the performance of employees of PT.Assab Steel Indonesia.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) is an essential aspect of the manufacturing industry, significantly reducing the risk of workplace injury and disease. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of K3 at PT Mega Cipta Bangsa, a leading manufacturing company that produces Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB). The research method uses a descriptive approach by analyzing literature reviews and conducting interviews with company HSE staff and managers. The results show that PT Mega Cipta Bangsa has implemented various K3 policies and programs, including the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), by national and international standards. Apart from that, the company also has a strong safety culture and carries out internal SMK3 audits on a scheduled basis. Implementing K3 at PT Mega Cipta Bangsa improves employee safety and health and increases their satisfaction, morale, and performance. Apart from that, implementing K3 also helps companies reduce costs and losses and comply with applicable regulations. In conclusion, the effective implementation of K3 at PT Mega Cipta Bangsa positively impacts employees and company operations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the implementation of digital-based learning system policies at SMK Islam Tikung Lamongan. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and interviews with the principal of SMK Islam Tikung Lamongan, the vice principal, and computer science teachers. The results show that the implementation of digital-based learning system policies has a positive impact on the development of the school, particularly at SMK Islam Tikung Lamongan.

Abstract

A company is a tool for a company to achieve its goal, which is to make a profit by selling goods and services to the public. To achieve the company's goals, employees must be motivated to work with passion. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the work motivation of employees in Kembangbahu District. The research sample is all from the employee population in the research results of Kembangbahu sub-district with a total of 34 employees. With the results showing that the work environment has no contribution to motivation. Meanwhile, work discipline has a significant influence on motivation.

Abstract

Philosophy of science is a compulsory subject that must be taken as a basis for the process of developing students' self-development into moral and dignified human beings. To become people who understand philosophy, students must be active in learning they tend to be passive in the learning process. This requires lecturers to think about how to present the learning process by the characteristics of the material and students. The characteristics of students who are currently taking philosophy of science courses are known as Generation Z, where they are a generation that grew up in a technological environment that is always connected to the internet and social media. So that the learning process is more active and students are more motivated to learn, implementing the discovery learning model is the right solution. The chosen learning model is proven by a percentage of 15% of the results of classroom action research in cycle I to cycle II, where student learning activities were more active and student learning outcomes were better so that learning motivation increased and the implementation of the learning model was declared successful.
