Abstract

Permasalahan mitra adalah bagaimana mengembangkan desain media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, terutama video pembelajaran interaktif. Tujuan diadakannya pendidikan dan pelatihan ini adalah 1) Meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam membuat dan mengembangkan desain video pembelajaran yang menarik dan 2) Meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang, membuat dan mengembangkan desain video pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru SMA Negeri Kembangbahu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pelatihan, yaitu kegiatan yang disertai dengan demonstrasi atau percontohan untuk menghasilkan keterampilan tertentu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapatkan antusia yang baik oleh mitra karena tidak banyak memerlukan keterampilan yang tinggi akan teknologi dan tidak memerlukan jaringan internet yang kuat. Pentingnya pengabdian ini dilakukan karena terdapat hasil karya guru berupa video pembelajaran atau presentasi guru yang dibuat dengan aplikasi Screencast O Matic.

Abstract

Education is a complex activity, has broad dimensions and many variables that influence it. As a psychological process, education cannot be separated from teaching and learning activities. Thus, education is a process of interaction between educators and students who have specific goals. Education as a process basically guides students towards the stages of maturity in which education is in the family and in the environment. Classroom management is one of the teacher's knowledge and skills concerning the creation of conducive, effective classroom conditions in order to achieve optimal learning goals. Given this, most of the teachers who teach in the classroom do not pay attention to classroom management. In fact, one aspect of achieving learning objectives is classroom management. This research is a correlational study which aims to investigate the relationship between classroom management (X) and student learning outcomes (Y). Data collection techniques are methods used by researchers to obtain data discussed in research. Research data was collected through various methods including: questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between classroom management and student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 4 Made, Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. Class management can affect student learning outcomes 49.14%. Meanwhile, 50.86% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the main components that support the implementation of education so to achieve professional processes and results, teachers must always improve the quality of education. However, in the field, teachers still do not implement their main duties and functions as teachers optimally. This happens because many determining factors influence this phenomenon. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sirojul Ulum Lopang and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Lopang involving 21 teachers. The research method uses a quantitative approach to determine the influence of competency levels, teacher qualifications, and motivation on performance. The method used is quantitative. The research results show that the level of competence shows an opposite relationship with performance. Qualifications and motivation have a significant influence on performance.

Abstract

Philosophy of science is a compulsory subject that must be taken as a basis for the process of developing students' self-development into moral and dignified human beings. To become people who understand philosophy, students must be active in learning they tend to be passive in the learning process. This requires lecturers to think about how to present the learning process by the characteristics of the material and students. The characteristics of students who are currently taking philosophy of science courses are known as Generation Z, where they are a generation that grew up in a technological environment that is always connected to the internet and social media. So that the learning process is more active and students are more motivated to learn, implementing the discovery learning model is the right solution. The chosen learning model is proven by a percentage of 15% of the results of classroom action research in cycle I to cycle II, where student learning activities were more active and student learning outcomes were better so that learning motivation increased and the implementation of the learning model was declared successful.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media sosial dalam mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif di Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Kampus Lamongan. Pembelajaran kolaboratif yang memanfaatkan media sosial memberikan peluang bagi siswa untuk berinteraksi, berbagi pengetahuan, dan bekerja sama dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Media sosial memungkinkan terbentuknya ruang kelas virtual yang memfasilitasi kolaborasi tanpa batasan geografis. Namun, efektivitasnya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti keterampilan digital mahasiswa, keterlibatan pengajar, serta kualitas dan tujuan penggunaan media sosial itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data akan menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa, memperkuat komunikasi, serta memperkaya proses belajar melalui berbagi informasi dan diskusi.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memenuhi Tri Dharma perguruan Tinggi. Keunggulan program ini salah satunya membantu paguyuban dalam mengatasi masalah yang sedang terjadi. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu lemahnya pembelajaran literasi numerasi khususnya di Kelompok Belajar Taman Kanak-Kanak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran literasi numerasi pada guru di KB TK Tunas Sumber Jaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi pada anak-anak usia dini karena pendidikan Taman Kanak-Kanak merupakan pondasi dasar yang sangatlah penting bagi proses perkembangan anak, sehingga sudah selayaknya anak mendapatkan fasilitas dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan di setiap perkembangannya. Rancangan prosedur kegiatan program PKM yang diusulkan dalam usulan ini meliputi tahapan: (1) persiapan; (2) pelaksanaan; dan (3) observasi serta evaluasi. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian menunjukkan pemahaman & keterampilan pembelajaran literasi numerasi guru KB TK Tunas Sumber Jaya mengalami peningkatan. Anak didik sangat senang, karena kegiatan literasi, numerasi dan life skill disampaikan guru dengan cara yang menyenangkan, mudah, menarik, dan menantang pemahaman anak.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru dalam membuat desain pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran mendalam. Sebanyak 400 guru dari sekolah dasar hingga sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Lamongan berpartisipasi dalam workshop selama tujuh hari di mana mereka memperoleh pemahaman konseptual tentang prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran mendalam dan pelatihan praktis dalam membuat rencana pembelajaran yang mendorong aktivitas eksploratif, elaboratif, dan reflektif. Ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan pendampingan langsung oleh narasumber adalah beberapa strategi implementasinya. Berdasarkan evaluasi kegiatan, pemahaman peserta tentang pembelajaran mendalam dan kemampuan mereka untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang relevan meningkat secara signifikan. Antusiasme yang tinggi dan keinginan untuk menggunakan strategi ini dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar juga terlihat jelas dalam tanggapan peserta. Latihan ini menunjukkan bagaimana workshop yang menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual dan interaktif dapat menjadi alat yang berguna untuk membantu pendidik profesional menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna.

Abstract

Financial literacy is the ability or level of understanding/knowledge a person or society has about how money works. A lack of financial literacy can significantly impact an individual's ability to manage personal finances. As a result, individuals become vulnerable to consumer behavior, unwise financial decision-making, and difficulties in achieving financial stability and security. The goal of this research is to determine the influence of the level of financial literacy on the frugal living behavior of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Made Lamongan. This study employs a quantitative research approach with a descriptive quantitative research method aimed at determining the influence of financial literacy levels on frugal living behavior among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Made Lamongan. The sample taken in this study consists of all students from class 5C at SD Negeri 4 Made Lamongan, totaling 33 students. The research instrument uses a Likert scale. In this study, the data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is an influence of financial literacy levels on the frugal living behavior of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Made Lamongan.

Abstract

School Operational Assistance (BOS) is a program used to provide funding for non-personal operating costs for public and private education units. SD Negeri 4 Made began to make improvements, especially in terms of facilities and infrastructure to realize a healthy canteen at school. This study adopts a qualitative research type with the research objective of knowing the effectiveness of the management of BOS funds from the government to support the development of facilities and infrastructure that leads to planning and budgeting, implementation and administration, to reporting and accountability of BOS funds at SD Negeri 4 Made Lamongan. This research can be categorized as descriptive research, because it aims to describe the specific characteristics of a phenomenon and tries to describe and interpret what exists. The data collection methods used were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the use of BOS Funds at SD Negeri 4 Made Lamongan was effective because the BOS Funds received had been used to achieve educational goals at the school and were used for the development of school facilities and infrastructure, especially in the implementation of a healthy canteen. This was reinforced by the results of the observation that the Sd Negeri Made 4 Lamongan Canteen experienced significant development of facilities and infrastructure and reached the standard of a healthy canteen.
