Abstract

This study aims to determine the ZIS acceptance at Baitul Mall in Subulussalam City in increasing the economy of ZIS recipients in Subulussalam City and to determine the strategy for increasing ZIS acceptance at Baitul Mal Subulussalam City based on Qanun Number 19 of 2010. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the Baitul Mal strategy of the city of Subulussalam has succeeded in increasing the number of receipts and distribution of ZIS starting from the implementation of offline strategies such as direct debriefing to the community or amil and online strategies such as utilizing social media Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Websites in disseminating activities and conveying information. ZIS da'wah in 2019 to date. The influence of the distribution of ZIS funds on the improvement of the mustahik economy provides many improvements in which every poor community who receives Baitul Mal assistance is not only given free of charge, but is also given direct empowerment and guidance so that they can process the aid funds as well as possible for productive purposes. Thus changing the life status of those who were previously unable to pay zakat to be able to pay zakat from the results of their efforts which still exist today.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to determine the effectiveness of productive zakat utilization in economic empowerment of mustahik. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the concept of productive zakat utilization in mustahik economic empowerment carried out by LAZISMU Medan City is poured into several programs, namely in the form of providing business capital / business assistance both individually and in groups, providing job skills training, and providing work tools assistance. As for the effectiveness indicators using the theory of Ni Wayan Budiani, namely: accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of the accuracy of the program targets and have been effective. Meanwhile, indicators of program socialization, program monitoring, and program objectives can be said to have not been effective.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the increase in business of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekan Tanjung Pura Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, for murabahah financing carried out from Islamic Bank. The research method used is a qualitative research method that is descriptive with an empirical approach. The results of the study explained that the procedure and realization of murabahah financing carried out by MSME actors in Pekan Tanjung Pura Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency consists of several stages, namely the stage of applying for financing, the file verification stage and analysis of financing feasibility, the approval and implementation stage of the contract and the stage of disbursement of financing. There was an increase in the business of MSME actors in Pekan Tanjung Pura Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency after financing murabahah from Islamic Bank. Murabahah financing is used to increase capital in the form of goods and materials for business. Murabahah financing carried out helps the customer's business cycle continue to run, as well as help increase sales turnover. The obstacles faced by Islamic Banks in increasing Small Micro Enterprises in Tanjung Pura Week Village are: lack of public knowledge about Islamic Banks, accustomability to using conventional banks, lack of public attention to usury practices, and the distance of Islamic Banks.

Abstract

Human resource management is a process of utilizing workforce that is carried out effectively and efficiently through planning, mobilization and control activities. Spiritual Company is a company or organization with all stakeholders whose work practices adhere to the principles of noble values of spirituality in each employee with a spirit of worship based on the Al-Quran and Sunnah in carrying out all company activities and developing activities to increase knowledge of religion. This research is qualitative research, with data collection methods using observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. This research was conducted at Namu Tuang Café Resto which is located in Gunung Jaya Village, Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency. The results of this research show that (1) human resource management at Namu Tuang Café Resto Sukabumi has been implemented well based on management functions, namely planning, recruitment, selection, work contracts, work assessment, compensation and dismissal. (2): The implementation of the company's spiritual program at Namu Tuang Café Resto Sukabumi is oriented towards three categories, namely, aqidah values, worship values, and moral values. The benefits obtained through instilling aqidah values are the spirit of working for Allah. In cultivating the value of worship, namely prioritizing a disciplined and responsible attitude. Meanwhile, in terms of moral values and attitudes, it becomes better, especially in character formation.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out the implementation of maqashid sharia in CSR at PT. Sharia Pawnshop Ar-Hakim Medan Branch. (2) To find out whether or not the five maqashid sharia concepts have been implemented in terms of protecting religion, soul, mind, lineage, and property through CSR at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Branch of Ar-Hakim Medan in accordance with Islamic Shari'a. (3) To find out the benefits obtained by CSR by implementing maqashid sharia from PT. Sharia Pawnshop Ar-Hakim Medan Branch. Where this type of research is qualitative data method obtained in this study can be obtained through observation/interview techniques and using primary and secondary data sources. The results obtained are the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Syariah Pawnshop Ar-Hakim Medan Branch which is more focused on the construction of mosque facilities, given to the elderly, especially customers, and distributed to orphans.

Abstract

This research has been carried out at LAZISMU Medan City, through the ZIS Fund Raising program. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach. The data presented in the form of a qualitative description in the form of reading so that to obtain accurate information, the researcher went directly to the field (field research). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are applied to a SWOT analysis that LAZISMU Medan City should carry out socialization activities and educate the public about how to use digital applications, the lack of introducing programs will be a weakness in its management. And also several LAZISMU programs have become strengths to make it easier for people to make ZIS transactions anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

This study focuses on the discussion of the E-Banking aplication offered, the perceived barriers, and the improvement in customer service perceived by the E-Banking facilities offered by PT. Bank Muamalat Stabat Sub-Branch Office.  The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. People who are used as informants in this study are employees and customers who use the E-Banking product of PT. Bank Muamalat Stabat Sub-Branch Office. In this study, researchers used a collection technique, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study consisted of data editing, data classification, data verification, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the application of the use of E-Banking technology offered by PT. Bank Muamalat Sub-Branch Office Stabat that is Automatic Teller Machine, Sala Muamalat, Muamalat Internet Banking, Muamalat Mobile Banking, Virtual Account Muamalat, Muamalat Cash Management System, and Muamalat Outlets (Payment Point Online Bank). Barriers to the use of E-Banking technology at PT. Bank Muamalat Stabat Sub-Branch Office, namely unsupported network, lack of customer capability regarding the use of technology, and technical problems using E-Banking. There was an increase in the service perceived by customers with the E-Banking facilities offered by PT. Bank Muamalat Stabat Sub-Branch Office. The existence of E-Banking facilities improves the service that customers feel when transacting, starting from increasing convenience, speed, security, and trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product knowledge, digitalization literacy and the transaction interest of SMK Tritech Informatics students at Sharia Banks. This research uses quantitative if research methodology, the data used are primary data. Data analysis techniques with descriptive tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. Theauthors are 60 students of SMK Tritech Informatika vocational Islamic banking who study Islamic banking through digital services in the form of product knowledge and digitalization literacy. The data processing process uses the SPSS program version 26.0. The result of this study is that the Product Knowledge variable (X1) has no effect on transaction interest seen from t table (0.4621.673) and the significant level is greater than 0.05 (0.646 0.05). The variable of Digitalization Literacy (X2) has an effect on transaction interest as seen from the tt table (3.1061.673) and its significance which is smaller than 0.05 (0.003 0.05. On the influence of product knowledge, Digitalization Literacy, affects transaction interest. The influence of product knowledge at SMK Tritech Informatika is 0.328 or 32.8%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of complaints or complaints submitted by customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Rantauprapat. This study aims to determine the customer service strategy in handling customer complaints, and to find out the factors that support and hinder the work process of customer service strategies at BSI KCP Rantauprapat. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely research that is intended to provide accurate information related to the field. The source of this research data was taken through interviews with customer service at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Rantauprapat. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research conducted by the author, it can be stated that the customer service strategy used in handling customer complaints is to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for existing services such as doing first greetings to customers at the beginning of service, then handling customer complaints by analyzing cases that occur quickly and accurately. appropriate, then provide an explanation regarding the process, costs and requirements required, as well as verifying the data attached by the customer to filling out the complaint application form. Then proceed with reconfirming and inputting data by customer service. Then do cross selling (conditional), and end service to customers. In carrying out the customer service strategy, there are several supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are the presence of employees who have experience in dealing with customer complaints, the existence of communication training for employees so that it is easier to communicate with customers and the existence of understanding from customers about the condition of the Bank. And the inhibiting factor is the lack of information from the Bank to customers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify and analyze the strategy of developing the fabric business in the micro, small and medium enterprises of MSMEs in Binanga City, Kec. Barumun Tengah, Padang Lawas Regency. This research is descriptive in nature, namely research that aims to determine the development of the fabric business as the basis of the people's economy is something that needs to be followed up with real steps, by carrying out three strategies, namely management strategy, investment strategy and business strategy. The development of MSMEs needs to be destination directed at analyzing competitiveness, and formulating efforts to increase competitiveness in the context of developing competitiveness and the national economy, sharpening competitiveness is an effort that is in line with future competition. With a strategic location, promotions that can attract customers and sufficient capital will increase business development.
