Abstract

This study wa conducted to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy on constumer of Bank Sumut Syariah  Tranding,amouniting to 150. While the samples were 60. The analytical method use was quantitative,namely  simple regression analysis. This analysis inculeds, validity test, reliability test,and simple regression. Hytpothesis testing thourg t test, and determination coefficient test (Rsuquare). The results af this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy has a significant effect. This is evidenced by the –t test of financial Literacy T_ hitung 17.606.> t _tabel 1.671, H_o is rejected, meaning that the fiannacial literacy variable has a significant and significant influence on customer interest this is evidience by the significant level of 0.000. The significant level is proven to smaller than the finanacial literacy variable contributes 84.2% to determination is 84. 2% which meants that the financial literacy variable contributes 84.2% to the costumer interest variable. While the remaining 15.08% it can be counceld that H_a there is an effect of Islamic financial literacy (X) on customer interest (Y) at Bank Sumutb Syariah Tranding while H_o No can influcend the Islamic fianancial literacy (X) on customer Interest (Y) in the Bank of North Islamic Trade.

Abstract

This study focuses on the discussion of the process and realization of the distribution of murabahah financing, the inclusion of wakalah contracts in murabahah financing, and the economic perspective on the inclusion of wakalah contracts in murabahah financing by PT. BSI, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. In this study, researchers used a collection technique, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are data editing, data classification, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the process and realization of murabahah contract financing at PT. BSI, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan is almost the same as financing in general, starting with an application, survey and disbursement, while financing products using a murabahah contract are motor financing, car purchases, electronic goods purchases, raw material purchases, and home renovations. . Wakalah contract participation is carried out at the same time as the implementation of murabahah financing. The inclusion of wakalah contracts in murabahah financing by PT. BSI, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan can be said to be illegal and not in accordance with Islamic economics, because in practice, the murabahah financing that has occurred has invalidated one of the pillars and conditions in buying and selling, namely the absence of goods being traded and the goods are not property rights. full of the contracting parties so that the delivery of the object cannot be carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze sharia marketing strategies and service quality in increasing sales volume of aska aqiqah goats. This study uses a qualitative research method that is descriptive in nature. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation, carried out on aska aqiqah goat breeders. With several informants, namely Mr. Suyadi, the owner of the aska aqiqah. The results of this study indicate that based on interviews with informants that sharia marketing strategies and service quality in increasing sales volume of aska aqiqah goats are very good at increasing sales at aska aqiqah farms. In the implementation of the aska aqiqah marketing strategy which is analyzed based on (four) variables in the sharia marketing mix (sharia marketing mix), namely products, prices, places and promotions have been implemented properly so as to increase the sales volume of aska aqiqah and on the application of service quality in increasing sales volume also very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the interest of non-Muslim customers in using gold installments. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. This analysis includes: validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 99 respondents. The results of the analysis show that there are three variables formed from four variables, namely, service, behavior, positive response and promotion. Which affects the interest of non-Muslim customers in using gold installments in Islamic banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the transparency in the application of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) at PT. BPRS Amanah Bangsa Kc. range. The research approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study 5 people consisting of company directors and employees. Data collection techniques using interviews. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results show that the company composes and discloses the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) every year in accordance with the Islamic Social Reporting index at the Amanah Bangsa BPRS is indeed very good in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority. Almost all items used as references in this study were disclosed by BPRS Amanah Bangsa Kc Kisaran. BPRS Amanah Bangsa Kc Kisaran revealed 6 themes including: Funding and Investment, Products and Services, Employees, Society, Environment, Corporate Governance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how murabahah financing affects profitability at PT Bank BSI KCP Binjai. This type of research is field research conducted at PT Bank BSI Binjai using quantitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique that the author uses is documentation in the form of financial statements of PT bank BSI Binjai in 2015-2019. Data analysis using SPSS 22. The results showed that murabahah financing to ROA profitability at PT Bank BSI Binjai did not have a significant effect on the correlation coefficient between murabahah financing and profitability of 0.705 which means a positive and strong correlation to profit, while the simple linear regression coefficient of murabahah financing to profit is 0.369 and the standard regression coefficient is 0.214. Based on both numbers obtained thitung = 1.723. While the critical value according to the table uses the formula t α df n-2 which is 0.05 df 5-2 = 3. Because thitung is smaller than ttabel (1,723 <3,182) at a significant level of 0.05, Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significant influence between murabahah financing and profitability (ROA) on PT Bank BSI Binjai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for using the Maju Jaya BUMDes business unit to increase people's income, to determine the management of Maju Jaya BUMDes management to improve community welfare and to determine the supervision of Maju Jaya BUMDes to improve BUMDes performance. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation, conducted at BUMDes Maju Jaya in Bulu Cina Village, Hamparan Perak District. With several informants, namely the Village Head, Head of BUMDes, Treasurer, Management, BUMDes Supervisor and several communities. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of interviews by informants that the strategy used to increase people's income is to provide capital loans, improve services and improve the development of business units owned by BUMDes. BUMDes management has been implemented based on several stages in BUMDes management, namely planning, organizing, directing and supervising. But in organizing and supervising it cannot be said to be optimal in its development.

Abstract

The purpose of research to determine the communication strategy in improving customers on PT. Altic Houseware. This research uses a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research involves collecting data to test hypotheses or answer questions about the state subject of research. The most common type of descriptive research involves the evalution of attitude or opinion of individuals, organization, situation, or procedure. This study was conducted on PT. Altic Houseware Jl. HM. Joni no 53. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews are data collection techniques that use oral questions to research subjects. The marketing communication strategy carried out by PT.Altic Houseware in proving customer is good enough. This, the author can know from the resylts of an interview with source, namely consumers where they think that the strategies carroed out through social media have been able to channel information abaout the product price so that it makes consumers interested in coming directly to PT. Altic Houseware.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the zakat pickup service system and account transfer on the satisfaction of Muzaki Lazismu in Medan City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The method in this study, the sample taken as many as 85 respondents. The technique used is Probability Sampling using the Simple Random Sampling method. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is respondent descriptive, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, and hypothesis testing processed by SPSS V 24.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the known value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.169 or 16.9% while 83 ,1% is determined by other factors. Obtained tcount 3,069 with Sig. smaller than the t-value of 0.003 <0.05 for the X1 variable, then a t-table with Df = 56 (2.003) is obtained, so the t-value is 3.069 > 2.003, so it can be concluded: "The Effect of Variable X1 on Variable Y" is significant. For Variable X2, tcount is 1,100 with Sig. is greater than the value of t value 0.276> 0.05 for the X2 variable, then the obtained t table with Df = 56 (2.003) then the t-value is 1.100 < 2.003, so it can be concluded: "The effect of Variable X1 on Variable Y" is not significant. Obtained fcount 6.996 with Sig. smaller than the f value 0.002 < 0.05 for the X variable, then ftable is obtained with Dk = 57 in the percentage level of 0.05, namely ftable 2.77, then the fcount value is 6.996 > 2.77, so it can be concluded: "The effect of Variables X1 and X2 Simultaneously with Variable Y "is significant.
