Abstract

Alfamart convenience store is one of the shopping places where at the end of the payment transaction, the cashier offers consumers to donate their change. This study aims to analyze the influence of Theory of Planned Behavior on consumer interest in donating. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population is the people of Parepare City, and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Attitude has a positive and significant effect on consumer interest in donating with their change, with a significance value of 0.036 0.05. (2) Subjective norms do not have a significant influence on consumer interest in donating through change, with a significance value of 0.813 0.05. (3) Perceived behavioral control has a positive and significant effect on consumer interest in donating through change, with a significance value of 0.0000.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of sharia economic principles in entrepreneurial activities at UD Moroseneng, a trading business located in Trowulan, Mojokerto. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that UD Moroseneng applies three sharia economic principles, including honesty, transparency and fairness in its business operations. Financial management is carried out without usury, with a fair profit sharing system between business owners and employees. Apart from that, this business also pays attention to aspects of sustainability and social care in its operations, which are in line with sharia values. However, there are several challenges in fully implementing sharia economics, such as limited knowledge and in-depth understanding among business actors. This research concludes that the implementation of sharia economics at UD Moroseneng contributes positively to business sustainability and growth, although improvements are still needed in a more comprehensive understanding and implementation of sharia principles.

Abstract

This study analyzes the optimization of BAZNAS KCP Sumenep’s role in zakat management for local community empowerment. Using a qualitative research method, this study examines strategies for zakat collection, distribution, and utilization in addressing geographical challenges, low zakat literacy, and limited infrastructure. The findings indicate that digitalization innovation, increased transparency, and strengthened stakeholder collaboration are key to optimizing zakat management. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for more effective zakat policies in poverty alleviation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Islamic economic system to MSMEs with a case study of KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah in Malang City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that Islamic economic principles, such as mudharabah, musyarakah, and without usury elements, have been applied in the financing scheme at KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah. The implementation of this system provides benefits for MSME actors, especially in terms of access to financing and increasing business sustainability, although there are still obstacles such as a lack of understanding of the concept of Islamic economics and limited resources. In conclusion, the application of the Islamic economic system at KSP TAM Syariah has proven to be able to significantly encourage MSME empowerment through a fair, transparent, and sharia-based financing system, as well as being an alternative solution for business actors who want to avoid usury practices.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of zakat as an Islamic financial instrument that not only functions as a spiritual obligation, but also as an effective wealth redistribution mechanism. Using the literature study method, this research examines primary literature such as the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, as well as secondary references in the form of books and scientific journals that discuss aspects of zakat in a modern context. The results of the analysis show that zakat has great potential in overcoming poverty, reducing economic disparities, and encouraging community economic empowerment. In addition, zakat is able to contribute to social stability by increasing economic inclusion and reducing conflict due to social inequality. If optimized, zakat can be an integral solution in sustainable economic development that is in line with the principles of Islamic law. Thus, the role of zakat as an Islamic financial instrument is not only relevant in a spiritual context, but also has a significant impact on social stability, economic empowerment and sustainable development.

Abstract

This research is important because it contributes to identifying policies, regulations, and implementation that have taken place in the community. So that the results of the study can be useful in assisting policy makers in developing various policies and programs that are more effective in the future. This study uses qualitative methods and historical analysis by identifying key factors that can hinder the growth of the halal industry. Such as social change, consumer attitudes towards halal products, and support from the government and financial institutions. In addition, this study also highlights the role played by halal certification bodies in the process of ensuring compliance with halal standards and how advances in technology and digitalization can affect the efficiency, growth and transparency of the halal industry. The findings show that the halal industry is not only important for the Muslim community. It is also important for consumers around the world who are looking for high quality and unique goods. The results of this study also show that the need for a race in the halal industry sector, both in terms of regulations, programs and other roles. Starting from the government, private institutions, and the community. So that it can trigger a more optimal halal industry sector in various halal sectors, in an effort to support a stable and intuitive rate of economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of accessibility and payment convenience in Islamic microfinance on the growth of pindang businesses in Muncar, Banyuwangi. Pindang businesses represent a vital sector within Muncar's fisheries industry but often face challenges due to limited capital. Islamic microfinance offers an alternative financing model aligned with Sharia principles and is expected to foster the growth of pindang businesses through improved accessibility and ease of payment. A quantitative approach was employed using an inferential associative method, with the research conducted among pindang entrepreneurs in Muncar, Banyuwangi. A total of 35 respondents participated in the study. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the analysis methods included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests (T-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that accessibility and payment convenience have a positive and significant impact on the growth of pindang businesses through Islamic microfinance products. These two variables contribute 95.3% to the growth of pindang businesses, while the remaining 4.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, Islamic microfinance can serve as an effective new solution to support the development of pindang businesses in Muncar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of mudharabah contracts in Islamic banking in Indonesia and their impact on economic growth, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Utilizing qualitative research methods with a literature review approach, this study explores various literature and previous research findings discussing the mechanisms, challenges, and opportunities encountered in mudharabah financing. The results indicate that mudharabah contracts can not only enhance customer motivation but also provide a fairer financing alternative compared to conventional interest-based systems.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Muslim consumer behavior toward halal products on economic growth, focusing on the food and beverage industry. Halal products are a vital part of Muslim consumer lifestyles, and demand for them has grown steadily over time. This research aims to identify how consumer awareness and preference for halal products affect the growth of this industry and its impact on the broader economy. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, using a case study approach in the food and beverage industry. Data were collected through interviews and literature reviews to reveal the relationship between consumer behavior and the economic dynamics of the sector. The findings show that the increased demand for halal products not only strengthens the food and beverage industry but also contributes significantly to local economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income enhancement strategies of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the implementation of digital payment systems in Sukowono District, Jember Regency. In the digital era, the use of cashless payment methods such as QRIS, mobile banking, and e-wallets has become an important factor in increasing transaction efficiency and expanding market access for MSMEs. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with interview techniques directed at MSME actors. The research findings indicate that although digitalization brings significant benefits such as ease of transactions and increased revenue, MSME actors still face various obstacles such as limited internet access, a mindset of the society that is still accustomed to cash transactions, and a lack of understanding of technology. Effective strategies to address these challenges include digitalization training, improving financial literacy, collaborating with financial institutions, and optimizing digital media for marketing.
