Abstract

This research aims to formulate and select BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai strategy to face the changing of business environment both from internal environment such as organization resources, finance, member and external business such as competitor, economy, politics and others. This research method used Analysis of EFAS, IFAS, IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix, SPACE Matrix and TWOS Matrix. our hope from this research it can assist BMT Al-Ittihad in formulating and selecting strategies for the sustainability of BMT Al-Ittihad in the future. The sample in this research is using purposive sampling technique that is the manager and leader of BMT Al-IttihadRumbaiPekanbaru. The result of this research shows that the position of BMT Al-Ittihad using IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix and SPACE Matrix is in growth position, stabilization and aggressive. The choice of strategy after using TWOS Matrix is market penetration, market development, vertical integration, horizontal integration, and stabilization (careful.)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of fundamental and macroeconomic analysis on stock price. The research was conducted at a coal company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Fundamental analysis measured by current ratio, debt to equity ratio (DER), earning per share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), and total assets turnover (TATO), while macroeconomic analysis is measured by inflation and exchange rate.  Current ratio (CR) has a positive effect on Stock Price. Strengthening this level of liquidity can provide information to investors to decide to buy shares of companies that tend to be healthy and stable. Return on assets (ROA) has a positive and significant influence on stock price. Efforts to maximize the level of profitability by increasing the value of return on assets can provide information to investors that investments invested in the company will provide good profit. The impact of stock prices will rise. While debt to equity ratio (DER), earning per share (EPS) and total assets turnover (TATO) have no effect on Stock Price.  Macroeconomic analysis shows: (a) Inflation rate has no effect on stock price of coal company. This can be because the inflation rate in Indonesia is at the level of 6% -7% per year and included in the category of mild inflation. Mild inflation resulted in very slow economic growth, not affecting stock prices. The exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on coal company stock price. If the Rupiah is depreciated then the stock price of the coal company will decrease.

Abstract

Satelit city has populations mostly working in metropolitan cities. Migration from metropolitan cities to Satelit city due to the land use reduction and the house purchasing power has increased, while the residence needs are very important. Workers in metropolitan cities drive off through traffic jam. Students go to metropolitan cities from the Satelit city looking for better education facilities. The population density in Satelit city is caused by migration from metropolitan cities. Migration is the occurrence of sub-urbanization phenomena in a Satelit city around the city of Surabaya. The development of Satelit city is very dynamic and making people try to find a more comfortable place and friendly neighborhood. Property developers have provided the concept of a convincing residence which is conducive, clean and safe so that the decision to domicile to live in Satelit city more commodious.The security of a city influences a person's attitude in determining a place to live. A safe environment will make residents save. Security of family, wealth and place is a necessity that must be fulfilled in order to live a happy life. Moreover, the aspect that influences the attitude of people's domicile decisions is the cleanliness of the city. Cleanliness is related to the elements of health, pollution, and odor, so as the ideal place to live in is a place which is free from all factors that interfere with human health. Many developers organize neatly locations, a human lifestyle based on the rules of the developers, so that cleanliness can be controlled properly. With adequate facilities, residents will stay in Satelit city and not go to big cities. Public facilities will strengthen the attitude of a person to live in a Satelit city if the needs of citizens are fulfilled. The sense of security that is needed for the residents is the security of the neighborhood in which they live in because each person realizes that security is often unexpectedly disturbed. The cleanliness aspect is not an absolute requirement, because the clean and beautiful city is common. Deciding to stay in a place, the public facilities need to be seriously considered, because every person has the pretension to live and settle down.  As a result of the data analysis and discussion on various variables and indicators, the researcher suggests that (a) for domiciles in Satelit city, someone must consider the public facilities available. Many elements become alternatives for them and can ensure that forming a family is more comfortable and saver (b) developers can provide residences accordance with purchasing power and setting security, cleanliness, and facilities as well as those needed by residents. A sense of security, cleanliness and reachable facilities will strengthen a person's decision to choose to live in a certain area.

Abstract

Working Capital is a comparison ratio in the company's financial management. This ratio compares income to current assets minus current Liabilities. PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk is one of the mining companies that performs well on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) because it is one of the LQ45 companies. In this research, PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk is the object of research. The unit of analysis is the Company's 2015-219 Financial Statements. Then the research methodology uses a quantitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique. The results of the discussion in the research of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk experienced had decreased in income from 2015 to 2016 however, it rose up in 2016-2019. The increase from year to year is almost 100% from 2016 to 2018 and has increased 3 (three) times in the calculation. Thus, the company's performance is categorized as good and positive.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dominant factors that affect profitability in the Sharia Commercial Bank and Conventional Bank Indonesia Year 2009-2014. The sample used in this study is 7 Sharia Commercial Banks and 10 Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The technic sample used in this study by purposive sampling method. This research uses panel data regression methods and estimation model used is a Random Effect Model. The result of research on sharia bank of internal factors concludes that BOPO variable has a significant influence on return on asset (ROA) and from external factors of BI Rate significant effect on return on asset (ROA). While conventional banks of internal factors conclude that BOPO and NPL variable have significant influence to return on asset (ROA) and from external factor conclude that BI Rate has a significant effect to return on asset ROA). In this research, BOPO variable has a more dominant influence on  ROA than other variables.

Abstract

For the student creativity program in this entrepreneurship class, we run a business program for hanging ornaments made of rope. We give this business the name of Making a Bohemian Ceiling Decoration (Fringe Bohemian). This Bohemian Ceiling Decoration is a craft made from rope. The rope used can be various as desired, such as rope, wool rope, plastic rope, etc. But we are here using the basic material of wool rope. This handicraft business aims to increase creativity and be innovative in entrepreneurship, especially for young entrepreneurs. The hanging decoration business from this rope is easy in the manufacturing process but it takes time and requires patience in making it and the materials needed to make this decoration easy to get. The form of our business is still in an individual stage only. We do not yet have official permission from the government, because this business is still new and is still trying to enter the business world. In the future, if this business can get extraordinary profits and have enough customers, then we will increase this business to be even bigger. Many factors need to be considered in order to advance this Bohemian Ceiling Decoration business. Important factors that must be considered in order to advance this business include choosing the right location, a good marketing strategy and determining affordable prices in the community. If all the factors above can be planned properly, it will be able to make this business grow well. For this reason, it is necessary to make a business plan as a reference in accelerating the business of making Bohemian Ceiling Decorations (Bohemian Fringe).

Abstract

A school’s production/services unit (P/SU) constitutes a process of business activity for both academic and commercial purpose that the school performs continuously by empowering the school’s members and environment in the form of professionally-managed production/ services business unit.This research aims at 1) describing the planning of production/services unit in Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 2 Singkawang, 2) describing the organization of production/services unit in Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 2 Singkawang, 3) describing the operation of production/services unit in Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 2 Singkawang, 4) describing the monitoring of production/services unit in Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 2 Singkawang, 5) describing the obstacles encountered in managing the production/services unit in Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 2 Singkawang, 6) describing the efforts made to deal with these obstacles encountered in managing the production/services unit in Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 2 Singkawang.                The approach in this research is qualitative strengthened with descriptive method. The research focus is on the management of production/services unit in Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 2 Singkawang in such aspects as planning, operation, organization and monitoring. The data are gathered using interview, observation and documentation.The research findings are: 1) The planning of production/services unit in Business and Marketing Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 2 Singkawang takes the school’s vision and missions and its education and business aspects into consideration, 2) the organization begins with the establishment of administrators and drafting the main job descriptions and functions of each department in a clear and comprehensible language, 3) The field executors actively involved in the production unit’s activities as daily sales service officers are those selected students from the so-called Alfamart class which constitutes a cooperation between the school and PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk., 4) the presence of this Business and Marketing Expertise Program’s production unit has been capable of adding more places and increasing the capacity for apprentice or industrial work practice students,  5) the monitoring of production unit is performed towards officer’s behavior, customers, administration and good stock. Finally, 6) the more spacious room needs to be immediately selected based on the capacity and service duration in order to optimize the potential customers which amount to more than 1,200 students and teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of characteristic of entrepreneur, social support, product innovation, on the development of business traders in the DIY Giwangan Market. The respondents were traders in Giwangan market as many as 100 traders. Technique sampling used is stratified proportional random sampling.  The methods of data analysis used is multiple regreession analysis. The results showed that the characteristic of entrepreneurship, product innovation partially does not affect the development of business. While social support is partially proven to influence business development. characteristic of entrepreneurship,social support, product innovation silmutanly affect the development of business.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment on entrepreneurial interest. The population in this research is State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang student.. Sampling technique uses sampling proportional technique. Sample consists of 375 students. Analysis method uses double linear regression analysis technique. The result shows that partially entrepreneurship education, family environment gives a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. Simultaneously, entrepreneurship education and family environment gives a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.. The conclusions in this research that the education needs to be orientating on practice, case study, and invite interviewees from companies or industries. The existence of industrial practice based on student competency also can enhance knowledge and insight of students where
