Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, dividend policy, institutional ownership, and interest rates on stock returns. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data and multiple regression analysis methods. Data was sourced from www.idx.com and finance.yahoo.com consist of data and information from company financial statements and stock prices. Purposive sampling was chosen as the sampling method and obtained 35 banking companies for three years, so the total sample is 105 firm-year. The results suggest that investment decisions, dividend policy, and institutional ownership are not associated with stock returns, while interest rates negatively affected stock returns. This study indicates that banking companies make significant innovations in their products so that the investment objective is to support the company's operational activities and increase company value from investors' perspective.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is an extra and voluntary individual behavior out of their duties and very effectiveness to support of the goals organization. The research aims to determine effect of organizational culture, discipline and motivation to OCB employees of PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency. The sampling method using saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 84 employees (Central and Branch). The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The outcome analysis of the data explained that variables of organizational culture, discipline and motivation have significant influences on organizational citizenship behavior partially. And Simultaneously, organizational culture, discipline and motivation variables have significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The result of coefficient determination test shows that the variables of organizational culture, discipline and motivation have an effect of 84.9% on organizational citizenship behavior. And 15.1% remaining has influenced other variables which is not explained in thisreseach, such as style of leadership, organizational commitment and so on.

Abstract

This study studies the factors that influence bank financing decisions with the principle 6 C method . Financial analysis helps the NPL from bank crediting the people no more than what is determined by the OJK. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that discusses describing the phenomena that occur in the location of research using qualitative data analysis. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, documentation . While the data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques. Data informants consisted of 5 prospective debtors, 1 credit analyst, and a credit committee consisting of 3 people. The results of this study state that 6 C Analysis with Relationship Marketing is only 5C (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, Economic Condition) that affects credit lending decisions and 1 C (Constraints) are not opposed to credit purchase decisions.

Abstract

In the world of the plastic industry, currently it is experiencing a fairly rapid development. In its efforts to develop the company carries out investment activities. PT. Mekarsari Warna Perkasa is one of the business actors engaged in plastic dye trading which will expand by building a color matching laboratory. This type of research is qualitative descriptive using investment criteria analysis techniques to see whether the project is feasible or not. The results showed that the NPV value was Rp. 165,168,085.69, NET B / C of 1.26, IRR value of 19.86%, then the payback period for 3 years 7 months and BEP of 85.49%, namely the turnover of Rp. 1,231,094,004. So it can be concluded overall that this expansion plan is feasible to run with a cash flow that is always positive using the assumption of sales of 1,440,000,000 per year, with 100% of own capital, and a discount factor of 10%. The benefits of this research for business owners in carrying out expansion plans are expected to use 100% of their own capital so that there are no additional bank loan interest costs, and it is hoped that future researchers will become a reference for analysis using the external capital component.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to  prove the effectiveness of education and training on the performance in the mediation work motivation Sekatak apparatus village in the district of Bulungan. This type of research is explanatory research. Population and sample it is the entire staff of village officials in the district Bulungan Sekatak as many as 124 people, with the technique of total sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study uses a Path Analysis approach. The results showed that the education and training had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of village apparatus employees. The education and training positive and significantly effect on the performance of employees of village officials. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village apparatus employees. Work motivation as a mediating variable between education and training on the performance of village apparatus employees in Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workplace spirituality on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan with organizational culture as an intervening variable. This research includes research explanatory with population of employee in Unit of the Ministry of Religious Bulungan North Borneo, 140 employees working on including the following: Ministry of Religious Affairs Bulungan District Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Bulungan 10 District and madrasa schools (MAN, MTS, MIN) in Bulungan Regency. This research sample as many as 140 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study uses a path analysis approach. The results showed that the spirituality variable had a positive and significant effect on the employee's work culture. Spirituality variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work culture variable is able to mediate the influence of spirituality on employee performance.

Abstract

Sorghum-based food products as one of the alternative foods can be developed, but the problem is that these products have not been maximally marketed until now. Based on this, it is necessary to study and build marketing with a digital system to support the new normal. The purpose of this research is to develop digital marketing in sorghum-based agroindustry entrepreneurship. The research method used is qualitative research methods in entrepreneurship, descriptive qualitative action research type with data collection techniques observation and documentation, data were collected,  and SWOT analysis was carried out.  The results showed that sorghum products as a strength in the agroindustrial entrepreneurship process and alternative food diversification products support food security, strengthening the marketing sector to create and increase the potential of digital marketing; the weakness is that raw materials are not maximally available; the threat is competition for imported entrepreneurship products; the challenge is that sorghum products as an alternative food must become a national product. Conclusion: Creating a market for sorghum products as an alternative food is needed, and digital marketing as a solution to support the new normal.

Abstract

This research takes the title Accounts Receivable Management. The need to find cash and credit sales to manage receivables that generate profit in the company in order to meet liquidity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of managing accounts receivable carried out by the company and to optimize the management of accounts receivable carried out by the company to meet liquidity.The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research takes place at PT Sarana Metal Indah Surabaya which is on Jl. Tenggilis Timur 7 DD 18 No 27. The data collection technique was done by collecting methods through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. Data collection uses secondary and primary data.The results show that the company's credit sales have increased in the last three years and the collection of accounts receivable has increased rapidly so that the collection of results can be rotated by the company according to their needs. The existence of an effective and efficient accounts receivable management is able to make the company get more profit in order to meet liquidity.Suggestions are expected that companies in carrying out receivables collection activities can be better and management is expected to be able to provide discounts or discounts on credit sales. Discounts or discounts that can be given by the company if the customer pays in full earlier than the predetermined date or the due date that has been agreed by both parties. In addition, it is hoped that the research results can serve as a guide for further researchers in developing this research for the results of the problems that have been discussed.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) on the village economy in the Economic Resilience Index (IKE). It is essential to explore the potential of villages towards advanced and independent villages. It is related to the West Kalimantan government's vision and mission that targets the villages' progress and independence. This research takes the data of villages in Mempawah Regency consisting of 60 villages from 2016 to 2018. During the three years of observation, there was a significant development seen from the change in the village's status, which in 2016 is still dominated by disadvantaged and developing villages. In 2018 it was dominated by advanced and independent villages. There are 36 BuMDes engaged in various fields, including livestock, plantations, agriculture, tourism, and others, in 60 villages in Mempawah Regency. Judging from the IKE value of towns with BuMDes and those who do not have BUMDes have an average (mean) is not too different, namely 0.73611 and 0.68896. Similarly, comparative test results show no difference between villages with BuMDes or those that do not.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the dimensions that build celebrity endorsement credibility, as well as the impact of celebrity endorsement credibility on purchase intention and willingness to buy at a premium price on food products.  The survey was conducted on 125 respondents, then Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square analysis was employed to determine the level of significance and the relationship between variables. The result shows that the trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness of the endorser can form celebrities’ credibility. Furthermore, the credibility of celebrity endorsements can increase purchase intention and consumers' willingness to buy at a premium price. This research can guide celebrities, especially in the context of social media, to promote their endorsed products.
