Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing user attitudes and user intentions towards e-wallet service users on ShopeePay. With several related variables in this study, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention as the dependent variable and attitude toward using as the intervening variable. The population in this study are ShopeePay service users, with a sample of 100 ShopeePay users as respondents. Data was collected using the questionnaire method. The test results in this study are perceived usefulness has a positive effect on behavioral intention, perceived ease of use has a positive effect on behavioral intention, attitude toward using has a positive effect on behavioral intention.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the function of coordination, supervision and communication either directly or indirectly on the performance of ASN at the DPRD Secretariat office in Bulungan Regency after going through organizational culture. This type of quantitative research is descriptive explanatory. Total population and sample are 64 people. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires and continued in the analysis with path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing are proven that the coordination function shows a positive influence on organizational culture. Supervision shows a positive influence on organizational culture. Communication shows a positive influence on organizational culture. The coordination function directly affects employee performance. It shows that the coordination function has a direct significant effect on performance. This means that any increase in the coordination function will improve the performance of employees in carrying out the tasks for which they are responsible. Supervision directly affects employee performance shows that supervision has a direct significant effect on performance. Communication directly affects employee performance, this shows that if communication is increased by one unit, it will directly increase employee performance. Organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. The direct influence between the functions of coordination, supervision and communication either partially or simultaneously on the performance of ASN is greater than the indirect effect between the functions of coordination, supervision and communication through organizational culture so that the direct influence is more dominant than the indirect influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, and to prove and analyze the effect of inter-job conflict as a moderating variable between compensation on the performance of the Public Works and Public Housing Department of Bulungan Regency. The location of this research is the Public Works and Public Housing Agency of Bulungan Regency. The time of the study began in May – July 2021. The research sample used in this study was 47 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a moderation regression analysis approach. The results showed that the compensation variable had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Bulungan Regency. Conflict between jobs is a moderating variable between compensation and employee performance. This shows that the relationship between these two variables can be intervened with inter-job conflict variables, where the results of this intervention will have a strong or weak impact on the relationship between compensation variables and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product innovation, product quality, and price perception both partially and simultaneously on purchase decision of Mitsubishi Fuso Canter trucks and to figure out the dominant independent variables influencing the dependent variable. This research was conducted in Driyorejo District with the population of all Mitsubishi Fuso Canter truck owners. Since the total number of Mitsubishi Fuso Canter truck owners in Driyorejo District were unknown, the samples were selected using a simple random sampling technique with Lemeshow formula. Thus, 96 research respondents were obtained. The collected data were then processed using a linear multiple regression analysis with hypothesis t and f tests and analysis of determination coefficient (R2) using SPSS 21.0 program. Based on the regression analysis results, a positive value equation of Y = 6.212 + 0.341X1 + 0.313X2 + 0.055X3 + € was obtained. From the research findings, the t-test results showed that product innovation and product quality positively and significantly influenced purchase decision with the dominant variable of product quality. Meanwhile, price perception did not influence purchase decision. The f-test results showed that simultaneously, all independent variables positively and significantly influenced purchase decision proven by the value of f-count (33.575) > that of f-table (2.70). From the analysis results, the determination coefficient (R2) showed the value of 0.523, meaning that simultaneously, product innovation, product quality, and price perception had the contribution of 52.3% on purchase decision, while the remaining 47.7% was the contribution of variables not included in this research.

Abstract

A company cannot develop optimally if it is not fully supported by qualified and advanced human resources within the company, including by PT Sarana Lintas Caraka. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of organizational commitment on the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Sarana Lintas Caraka. The research method used in this research is quantitative with Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) technique and assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The researcher chose the census technique in the sampling technique, namely all members of the population (all PT Sarana Lintas Caraka) were used as samples in this study to examine the mediating effect and the direct influence of the related variables. The results of this study indicate that Transformational leadership style does not affect employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment, the influence organizational culture on organizational commitment, organizational commitment can mediate organizational culture on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate transformational leadership style on employee performance. The method of determining the number of respondents' eligibility is using the Hair Method which states that the respondent may be 5 to 10 times the number of research variable indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness on the Behavioral Intention of UPN Science e-learning users; (2) Effect of Faciliating Condition and Behavioral Intention on Use Behavior of UPN Science e-learning users. The population in this study were UPN Veterans East Java students who used e-learning in UPN Science. In this study using a sample of 266 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the purposive sampling technique with the criteria of UPN Veterans East Java students using UPN Science in their learning process. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square using smartPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study indicate that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention. Likewise, Faciliating Condition and Behavioral Intention have a positive and significant influence on Use Behavior

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important thing that must be considered by the company. By maintaining the quality of products and services, customer satisfaction will be achieved, with the achievement of customer satisfaction, the company will experience positive development and progress. Measurement of satisfaction is needed to find out what attributes need to be maintained and improved, so a research method is needed, namely Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The research was conducted by taking a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis show that in the IPA calculation there are attributes of speed and aroma located in quadrant I, attributes of cleanliness, politeness, friendliness, taste and neatness are located in quadrant II, texture and color attributes are located in quadrant III, and the price attribute is in quadrant IV. The CSI calculation shows the figure of 83.65% which at the level of the figure states that consumers are in the very satisfied category.

Abstract

This study aim to know and determine the application of e-procurement to fraud prevention for it’s implication of a circular economy. This research is using qualitative research. The data collected by using Web scraping, by mining the data from news articles on the internet and the research about of 2,237 news articles. This study is using Natural Language Processing (NLP) between humans and computers, Bigram as a text and language processing to identify topics in news articles by using topic modelling with LDA or Latent Dirichlet Allocation method to determine the trend topic. The result from the research shows that implementation of e-procurement is considered as a way to improve the wheels of economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze influence leadership on employee job satisfaction, the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, the influence leadership on employee organizational commitment, the effect of workload on employee organizational commitment and the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of Bappeda and Litbang office employees, Bulungan Regency.The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Bappeda and R & D, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan, totaling 38 employees and the sample of this study was 38 employees. The analytical technique used in this research is path analysis with the help of SmartPLS software.The results showed that the leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Bappeda and Litbang, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. The workload variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Bappeda and Litbang Office of Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. The leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in the Bappeda and Litbang Office of Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. The workload variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in the Bappeda and Litbang Office of Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. The job satisfaction variable does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Bappeda and Litbang Office of Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction as an intervening variable for ShopeeFood customers. The population used in this study were ShopeeFood customers in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses a type of questionnaire that uses Google Form as a research tool. The research method used is non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The sample used is 100 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with model accuracy (classical assumption test), hypothesis testing using partial test (t) and determination test (R2) using SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that e -service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-service quality has no significant effect on e-loualty, e-trust has no significant effect on e-loyalty, e-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, e-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect as an intervening variable,  the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty, and e-satisfaction has no significant effect as an intervening variable, the effect of e-trust on e-loyalty.
