Abstract

Research aims to find out the influence of the work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction on Job Performance and know the influence that occurs indirectly on job satisfaction that acts as a mediator in SMAN 1 Margasari Tegal Regency. Quantitative descriptive research was used by researchers in this study. All Teachers and Staff Employees from SMAN 1 Margasari Tegal Regency became the object of this research. In the study, questionnaires became a data collection method used by researchers, with 52 respondents as sampling techniques.Validity and reliability tests are utilized by researchers to check records high-quality, with information analysis strategies used, particularly classical assumption checks, multiple linear regression exams, hypothesis checks and sobel exams. based at the outcomes of studies that has been accomplished suggests that the work surroundings has a extensive positive impact on paintings performance, reimbursement does not have a widespread fine effect on paintings performance, work environment has a significant fine effect on job pleasure, activity delight has a significant nice effect on work performance, job satisfaction can mediate the paintings surroundings on performance. work, and job pleasure cannot mediate reimbursement for work performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Experiential Marketing and E-Service Quality on customer satisfaction with brand image as an intervening variable.  The population in the study was consumers of Dazzle Gejayan. The technique used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling, and a total sample of 100 Dazzle Gejayan consumers was obtained as respondents. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method, then the data obtained were processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 22.  The results of this study show that  Experiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Experiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Customer Satisfaction, directly Experiential Marketing does not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction through Brand Image, and directly E-Service Quality does not affect Customer Satisfaction through Brand Image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational climate on the behavior of organizational citizenship with job satisfaction as a mediator. The population used in this study consisted of employees of the Yogyakarta Department of Transportation, the sampling method was saturated sampling (census). The information was collected through questionnaires that were distributed to employees. The number of questionnaires processed was 51 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has no positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. The organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. There is no significant effect of the work environment on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. There is no significant effect of the organizational climate on the behavior of organizational citizenship with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership, Effective Communication and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Kayan Plantation, Bulungan Regency. The research was done on purpose to help determining the influence of leadership roles, effective physical and communication work environment on performance of employee at PT. rich plantation. This reasearch type is using quantitative descriptive research. The population used was the employees of PT Kayan Plantation, Bulungan Regency. The method used in data collection used by researchers is probability sampling, ie data collection or retrieval is not randomly getting chosen, this study also uses saturated sampling or census. The sample taken for were employees of PT Kayan Plantation, Bulungan Regency. Researchers took a sample of 66 employees from PT Kayan Plantation, Bulungan Regency. Then the data is going to be tested for its quality applying the test of validity and the test of reliability. The data were then getting tested by the classical multiple regression assumption. This obtained test of normality, the test of multicollinearity and also the test of heteroscedasticity. The data were going to be analyzed by applying the determination coefficient test, partial test (t) and also simultaneous test (f). The study results found that there are the influence of leadership, effective communication and also environment of physical work on the performance of employee at PT. Kayan Plantation, Bulungan Regency. Leadership gives such a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Kayan Plantation, Bulungan Regency. Effective Communication gives insignificant and negative influence on Performance of Employee at PT. Kayan Plantation, Bulungan Regency. Physical Work Environment gives positive and also significant effect on Performance of Employee at PT. Kayan Plantation, Bulungan Regency

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim the effect of compensation, motivation and training on Work Productivity. The population in this study are employee of PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cirebon, with a sample of 67 employee of PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cirebon as respondents. Data was collected using the questionnaire method. The test results in this study are Compensation has a positive effect on Employee Work Productivity, Motivation has no effect on Employee Work Productivity, Training has a positive effect on Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity, and Celebrity Endorser on Purchase intention of Maybelline products moderated by Product Quality. This consists of variables Brand Equity (X1), Celebrity Endorser (X2), Product Quality (Z), and Purchase Intention (Y). To obtain data using questionnaires distributed through random sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis uses multiple linear regression with Moderated Regression Analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results prove that simultaneously all variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. While partially, Brand Equtiy and Celebrity Endorser have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention of Maybelline, and the position of Product Quality does not have the potential to be an independent variable but as a pure moderating variable. The results of the MRA test prove that product quality does not moderate the effect of brand equity on Purchase Intention, but moderates the influence of celebrity endorsers on Purchase Intention Keywords : Brand Equity; Celebrity Endorsers; Product Quality; Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, competence and independence on audit quality with ethics as a moderating variable. The object of research is the Internal Control Unit (SPI) in the Work Area of Inspectorate IV (Dikti Dikti, Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology) with a total sample of 164 people. Data analysis used moderator regression analysis which was processed with SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it was found that experience had a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Competence has a positive and significant effect on audit quality. Independence has no effect on audit quality. Audit ethics has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between experience and audit quality. Audit ethics does not moderate the relationship between competence and audit quality. Audit ethics has a positive moderating effect on the relationship of independence to audit quality.

Abstract

Competition in the current era of globalization is highly competitive due to changes in people's lifestyles when it comes to food consumption. In the culinary world, one promising field of food is restaurants. There are various types of restaurants or eateries in Singkawang, but what is commonly found are restaurants or eateries serving noodle dishes. The limited number of noodle restaurants presents an opportunity that is capitalized on by Haji Aman's Dry Noodle Restaurant to compete in this field. The objective of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Haji Aman's Dry Noodle Restaurant. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, collecting data through questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The research results show that product quality and service quality have a positive impact on customer satisfaction at Haji Aman's Dry Noodle Restaurant.

Abstract

Modern humans are starting to take advantage of technological sophistication and shifting human behavior into opportunities that can be used as business fields, one of which is Tokopedia. More and more similar businesses make companies need to make strategies in order to survive in the face of competition, some of which are by using brand ambassadors and making sales promotions. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Ambassador and sales promotion on Impulse Buying of Tokopedia customers at the TokopediaxBTS 12th Anniversary Edition Event. This type of research is descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, the brand ambassador variable and sales promotion have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Partially, the brand ambassador variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying while the sales promotion variable has a negative and insignificant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of independent variables, namely service quality and promotion, on the dependent variable customer loyalty with the intervening customer satisfaction variable. Influence testing in this study was carried out partially and simultaneously as well as a Sobel test to determine the influence of mediation variables. The study took samples from Eigerindo consumers who are in the Tamansiswa area. This research method uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data collection is carried out using a google form by distributing questionnaire links. The number of questionnaires processed is 100 and processed using SPSS 24. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that each independent variable affects the dependent variable, namely: 1) The service quality variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. 2) The promotion variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. 3) The variables of customer satisfaction and service quality have a positive effect on Eigerindo Tamansiswa's customer loyalty. 3) The promotion variable has no effect on Eigerindo Tamansiswa's customer loyalty.
