Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to to describe some of the functions of waste. Waste is the residue or by-product of the main product. Agricultural waste is part of agricultural plants above the ground or part of the shoots, stems that are left after being harvested or the main product is taken and is an alternative feed used as animal feed. The purpose of writing this article is to to describe some of the functions of waste. The method used in this research is literatur review. Based on the results of literature reviews of several agricultural books, most of the rice straw is used as compost. The percentage of rice straw is 65% is composted and 35% is used for animal feed. Agricultural waste is waste that comes from agricultural activities in a broad sense (agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries and forestry) and agriculture-based industrial activities (agro-industry) in the form of solid waste (plant residues, leaves, animal waste) or liquid waste.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research to see the difficulties of online learning. Survey of the Indonesian Ministry of Education 2020, 58% ineffective learning process, 38% lack of guidance, 35% poor communication, 62% need internet access, 59.5% object to school assignments. Research aims; 1) knowing the online learning process, 2) knowing the assessment method, 3) knowing how difficult it is for the teacher to prepare the material. Descriptive qualitative method by collecting data from observations and interviews, analysis techniques by presenting data, reduction and conclusions. The results of observational analysis and interview results 95% of the learning process still adopts curriculum 13. Students think that the teacher does not have a module as a tool for the learning process, the teacher's difficulty lies in writing integral symbols, logarithms, matrices and mathematical induction on google meet. The teacher prepares the RPP, however, the RPP given does not represent the textbook. The book given the concept is too difficult, the impact is that students only hear and receive answers from the teacher without any active interaction. 3) 60% of students disagree with the assessment method, the material being tested is more difficult than what is taught, as a result, learning outcomes are not as expected. The teacher has difficulty operating the google meet media, the teacher does not master how to write symbols, the difficulty of proving formulas, the difficulty of providing concepts, the difficulty of the internet network, the difficulty of correcting assignments, the difficulty of applying the Student center learning method, as a result the RPP designed is not in accordance with the implementation. Assessment, 45% of students do not agree with the pedagogy. Conclusion

Abstract

The rapid pace of development of the tourism industry in Uzbekistan has led to the emergence of many tourist educational institutions involved in training personnel for work in tourism. However, the level of training of specialists in many aspects does not meet modern requirements, including the professional training of specialists in business tourism management. The tourism industry needs qualified personnel, but training a competent professional in business tourism management is low. Abstract

The study examined the influence of internal customer care management on service quality at Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL). Specifically, the study assessed how the working environment, supervisor behavior, and serving employees contributed to service quality. The study employed an explanatory research design and the survey strategy to establish a relationship between variables. A structured questionnaire was engaged to collect data from a sample of 92 randomly selected respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive and regression analysis. The results from descriptive and multiple regression analysis found that working environment, supervisor behavior, and serving employees' behavior positively and significantly (p< 0.05) promoted the service quality at KSCL. However, the descriptive analysis portrayed favoritism in service provision for both serving employees and supervisors as reported by 52.3% and 42.6% of respondents, respectively. The study recommends that KSCL provide training to all employees on the importance of good internal customer service. It should also improve the working environment and effective communication system. Finally, KSCL should ensure that the supervisors and employees provide service without favoritism.

Abstract

This action research study is conducted to determine the effect of one-on-one Tutorials with performance task sheets as an intervention for the low performance of students in Isabela School of Arts and Trades Senior High School taking up Empowerment Technology Subject. Thirty-seven students consented to participate in the study. It was found out that the intervention has a medium positive effect in improving the students' computer skills. Thus, the intervention is encouraging to be utilized in the teaching and learning process. The method and procedure of the research used is descriptive comparative design in this study wherein the data were generated from the pre and post-test results of the respondents in their Empowerment of Technology subject for the first semester 2019 – 2020, specifically in learning Competency Advanced Spreadsheet skills.

Abstract

This article is attempting to comprehend the effects of Information and Communication Technology in the exercises of Adult and Non-Formal and Education. It diagrams various techniques to confer training by using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) apparatuses, developments, and arising patterns. Simultaneously, this text features the benefits accumulated by the utilization of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in teaching and learning processes. The effect of Information and Communication Technology on all schooling areas raises difficulties for legislatures, educators and learners. There is a more noteworthy interest for and reception of innovation in training in adult and non-formal education. The realization of the potential of ICTs to improve educational practices is a series of pedagogical and practical challenges. This article considers the issues starting with the basic motivation behind instruction and closes by raising a progression of difficulties that instructive foundations should confront in case they are to effectively coordinate ICT into educating and learning rehearses. The inescapable utilization of ICTs for long-lasting learning just as local area strengthening is a huge pattern in realizing in the current century.

Abstract

This qualitative-quantitative descriptive study sought to find out the effect of the intervention called AdoLe (Adopt-a- Learner) Program: A Networking Process. There were 18 out of 55 students who gained below 75%. The problems encountered by the students before intervention are low comprehension, working students, no form of communication, affected by Covid and lost outputs. The intervention consists of home visitation, one-on-one calls, one-on-one video calls, one-on- one audio clips, blended learning thru modular, online and radio- based information with the networking process of the different stakeholders. Based on the findings, there is a significant difference in the performance of the respondents before and after the intervention. the use of intervention has improved the performance level of grade 11 students in Personal Development.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effectiveness of Alternative Reinforcement and Activity-based Learning (ARAL) in improving the writing skills in Filipino of the TVL students. This study addresses the Republic Act. No. 10533 encouraging the development and reproduction of instructional materials. This study used a pretest-posttest design. This design used four steps. The first step is to identify student respondents who are taking Filipino subject with specialization in technical-vocational track. The second step is to give the pretest to the students. The third step is to apply the learning intervention, Project ARAL. And the fourth step is to give a posttest. The mean score of the pre-test and post-test are both analyzed in this research. Overall, the use of Project ARAL can be used effectively to enhance students' ability to write technical-vocational writings using Filipino language. Lastly, there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test performed by the students.
