Systematically this article discusses and reviews the results of previous research on the development of quality education management character. The Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) determination methodology is widely applied in various domains to search for ratings that support the standard character of things to the contrary and determine the most effective alternative. Multi-criterion decision making (MCDM) is a modeling tool and methodology for dealing with complex engineering problems. About this article is how the matching method is carried out by matching and comparing land characteristics with criteria so that one conclusion is obtained and systematic reviews collect secondary data, conduct research studies challenge ideal educational management. In this context, the quality of higher education must be improved and optimized.

Abstract

Based on the national education system, education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere and learning effort that allows students to actively expand their potential because they play religious and spiritual strengths, self-operation, character, intelligence, noble character, and essential requirements. Technology characterizes self, society and society. countries and states. At this point, teachers are expected to have the personality to manage learning programs appropriately and in harmony with student needs. This article aims to explain the necessity of reviewing the pre-education curriculum in LPTKs, especially those related to educational philosophy issues, and proposes regulatory support that can support the realization of professional pedagogic competencies. The ability of teacher education must be improved not only in terms of the ability of teachers, but also philosophically in education itself. In the future, educators are expected to be able to adapt and even be creative in order to create disruptive innovations in order to improve the quality of education. This article also suggests a more targeted curriculum review and government support as a solution.

Abstract

Private school Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers in Klari District, Karawang Regency-West Java are still very limited in their opportunities to participate in various trainings, meanwhile the creativity of teachers in teaching is currently a very important thing to pay attention to. Loss learning in learning can occur, one of which is when teachers do not have the ability and creativity in overcoming all the limitations that arise in distance learning that are set due to the covid 19 pandemic. The phenomenon of loss learning is vulnerable to overshadowing in the online learning system. This study explains that the training model based on material presentation and discussion as well as questions and answers for four years through a periodical theme format has shown teacher satisfaction as training participants with the delivery of the material provided by 76.2%. These results indicate that the training materials can be understood by most of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers, and it is necessary to follow up the evaluation of how the impact of the training in increasing the creativity of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers is in the pandemic era.

Abstract

This study determined the use of modular distance learning (MDL) in relation to the problem-solving skills in statistics and probability of Grade 11 students in Bula National High School, the School year 2021-2022. It drew out the profile of the Grade 11 learners’ pre-test scores of the problem-solving skills in Statistics and probability utilizing modular distance learning in terms of Analysis, Estimation and Approximation, Hypothesis Testing, and Applied math; the profile of the learners' post-test scores after their exposure to the modular distance learning; tested the significant change in the improvement brought by the utilization of MDL, and the uses of findings to apply in the lesson content and subject matter in Statistics and Probability. The study used the descriptive-evaluative correlational method to determine the data needed under the present investigation. Purposive and quota sampling was used. The research Subjects were the (30) Grade 11 learners of Bula National High School. Weighted Mean, frequency count, percentage, mean and MPL, and t-test were used to treat the data statistically. The significance level was set at 0.05. It revealed that the profile of the learners' post-test scores after their exposure to modular distance learning is satisfactory and significant improvement existed, implying that the utilization of modular distance learning in statistics and probability is effective.

Abstract

Every child is born with His nature, and children are entitled to good education and upbringing to build their character. Parents have a crucial role in forming a child's character. Parents become role models for their children, so they must choose a good parenting pattern. In addition to parenting provided by parents, the environment is also one of the influences in forming children's character. This study aims to determine the influence of parents' parenting on children's emotional development. The sample of this study consisted of 15 parents and 15 children aged 12-20 years, using a quantitative survey method that focuses on the views between parents and children. This study indicates that there is indeed an influence caused by choice of parenting patterns on children's emotional development.

Abstract

This study determined the instructional competencies of Mathematics teachers and their performance in the execution of tasks in Lopez East District. The study used the descriptive-evaluated-correlational method of research with documentary analysis in describing the effects of instructional competencies and performance of the teachers. Purposive sampling was used as the locale of the study. The statistical tools used were weighted mean, frequency count, percentage, rank order, Kendall Coefficient of Concordance, and its corresponding Chi-square test. The instructional competencies of the teachers were Very Much Evident. There is a significant agreement on the rank orders on the instructional competencies in terms of knowledge of subject matter, communication skills, instructional practices, evaluation, and professionalism and there is no significant agreement in terms of problem solving. The teachers’ performance in the execution of tasks was Outstanding. There is a significant agreement on the rank orders of the level of teacher’s performance. The result of this study was a great help to the learners   and   also   to the teachers, as facilitators of learning, are encouraged to employ modern methodologies such as using computer-based resources in teaching.  The researcher was motivated to assess the instructional competencies of Mathematics teachers and their teaching performance in Lopez East District.

Abstract

The digital transformation is starting to enter the world of education triggered by the pandemic. A fundamental characteristic that determines the success of the digital transformation is the response to the changes. Other characteristics are processes, technology and management in schools. Digital transformation measurement instruments are created by following the standard steps of instrument design. Validity and reliability tests were carried out to prove that the created instruments are feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using gadgets and theparental consent to the digitalization of learning resources for elementary school students. The research method uses the associative quantitative approach which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The research sample was 10478 respondents from superior accredited elementary schools in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. The research was conducted from October to November 2022. The data are collected by the means of questionnaires, and analyzed with covariance-based Structure Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Model evaluation is carried out through two stages of testing, namely testing the measurement model with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and testing the overall fit of the model with Absolute Fit Indices, Incremental Fit Indices, and Persimonious Fit Indices. Both tests produce acceptable values when compared to reference values. Thus the overall SEM model fits the sample data. Testing the structural model shows that the use of gadgets has a direct effect, while the parental consent has an indirect effect through the use of gadgets on the digitalization of learning resources for elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aimed to design a distance learning strategy based on interactive online test media on discrete mathematics material to improve student motivation and learning outcomes. The low motivation of students to learn mathematics is caused by the paradigm of mathematics which is not a core subject in the informatics department and requires mathematics teaching staff to use new strategies and media to increase student learning motivation. The research method is mixed with developing a distance learning strategy and then ends with a test of effectiveness with the experimental process. The results of strategy development include methods, media, and time management. The resulting way is Synchronous in the form of face-to-face virtual discussions and Asynchronous in the form of material arranged in a Learning Management System (LMS), while the media developed is LMS. The experimental results found that the significant value of paired samples test was 0.00 <0.05, which means that there were differences in student learning outcomes in the experiment and control classes. The average value of the experiment class is 84.04, and the control class is 66.35, which means that the learning outcomes of students who use distance learning based on interactive online test media of discrete mathematics are better than conventional methods. Then the results of observations and student responses to distance learning strategies based on interactive online test media were declared valid and effective
