Abstract

The research aims to examine the Effect of Work Experience, Leadership Style, Competence, and Integrity on the Quality of Employee Decisions in the Department of Commerce of the State Polytechnic of Malang. The type of data used is primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data. This research involved employees in the Department of Commerce Administration. The results of the three leadership styles studied, namely the Autocratic, Participative and Laissez-faire leadership styles, then who have the most significant influence are the Autocratic and Participatory Leadership Styles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Politeknik Negeri Malang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel penelitian adalah 65 karyawan kantor pusat Politeknik Negeri Malang, Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan skala pengukuran menggunakan Skala Likert. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi dengan variabel kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan

Abstract

The study aims to determine the risk of losses from foreign exchange rates faced by PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk., Implementing sharia forward hedging contract so that the risk of loss can be minimized. Type a descriptive quantitative research using secondary data that the financial statements and annual report of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Companies that have been the object of research is one of the companies listed in JII (Jakarta Islamic Index). Research shows that the application of forward hedging contract on net liabilities in foreign currencies PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk in 2015 could reduce the value of a foreign exchange loss on the year. Accounts receivable balance of the contract will increase total assets, while the accounts payable balance of the contract will increase total liabilities. forward hedging contract Sharia can provide a positive influence on the company can be seen from the changes that make the financial statements for the better.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of marketing mix variables the decision to choose a house. This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach used is quantitative. The sample in this study as many as 52 people. Mechanical analysis using multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Based on the results of the analysis show that the marketing mix consisting of product, price, distribution channels, and simultaneous promotion significantly influence the decision to choose a house. Based on t test results showed that the product, price, distribution channels, and promotional partially significant effect on the decision to choose a house. Variable products the dominant influence on the decision to choose a house.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shopping orientation on online information search and online shopping, as well as differences in men and women in shopping orientation. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with descriptive causal types. The study population was students of the 2017/2018 Academic Year of Malang State Polytechnic who had made an online purchase. Data collection uses a questionnaire to 94 respondents using purposive random sampling technique. Data analysis uses simple regression. The results showed that shopping orientation did not affect the online information search with t count 0.547 t table 1.66159. The simple regression equation obtained is Y1 = 7.898 + 0.013 X and Y2 = 2.492 + 0.082 X. The results of the study show that there is no difference in shopping orientation between men and women.

Abstract

In every organization, institution or agency in the implementation of the daily activities cannot be separated from an administrative activity. One of administration activity is archival activities. One of the purposes of the filing activities are archives that are stored remain safe and secure. Security activities of the archive also needs to be done to keep the archive remains in losed and damaged. The methods of data analysis to support the work of this research were used qualitative analysis method and used the method of data collection by observation and interview. The results of the research it had been known that the security of the archive was not in accordance with existing theory. Security archive influenced by how Hospital of Puri Bunda Malang conducting the management of the archive in order to avoid loss and damage to the archive. The problem occured because there is no control in borrowing and lending system of the archives, no certain place to put in, bad disaster resistance building, and also the lack of detail in the saving procedure. The Hospital of Puri Bunda Malang needed to pay attention to the security of the archives as well as the stored maintenance records.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the archive storage procedure for fluency work at PT Astra International Tbk-Auto 2000 Sutoyo Malang. In conducting this observation, researchers used qualitative methods, used to solve problems experienced by describing the condition of the current research object based on real facts. Data sources in this study are primary data sources collected through observations and interviews and secondary data sources collected from supporting books in this observation. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of files archiving procedures has not been done optimally and effective, the factor has not been done maximally due to lack of insight to index, mark and record incoming and outgoing mail using the agenda book. The absence of a special officer who handles the archives in the archives keeps administrative staff from doing double the work of other workers.

Abstract

Globalisasi mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia dikarenakan dengan adanya globalisasi membuka peluang produk-produk global ke pasar domestik, salah satunya terlihat dari maraknya Mall yang menunjukkan tingginya budaya konsumtif di kalangan masyarakat, terjadinya fenomena psikoekonomik yakni pembelian impulsif yang berkaitan dengan uang dan gaya hidup terutama mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi globalisasi yakni menguatkan karakter mereka dengan menanamkan pengetahuan ekonomi Dari hasil anlisis data diperoleht informasi bahwa mahasiswa Malang Indonesia memiliki pengetahuan literasi yang kurang , sedang sampai sangat rendah sebesar 81,3%., serta hanya 18,7% berkemampuan tinggi. Selanjutnya diperoleh juga informasi bahwa literasi ekonomi dan kontrol diri mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku impulsive berturut-turut sebesar -0,274 dan -0,669, rendahnya prosentasi pengetahuan tentang literasi ekonomi mikro dan makro berdasarkan indikator The Standard in Economic Survey yang dikembangkan oleh NCEE.

Abstract

Consumer behavior is formed through various processes that have been passed since the early age. The initial process that contributes greatly in the formation of consumer behavior is at the stage of socialization conducted by an individual in the family environment. The family becomes the starting place of learning is done in addition to the influence of the surrounding environment or peers. Adolescence is one category of consumer age that has the potential to be the target consumers. Based on the socialization process experienced by adolescents it will be seen how their behavior becomes a consumer who can make decisions in making purchases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect between Perceived of Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) toward the Student’s intention in utilizing e-learning Application Edmodo. The results : There is a simultaneous influence between the variables X consisting of Perception Usefulness (X1) and Perceived Ease (X2) toward variable The student’s intention to use e-learning Application Edmodo (Y). and it was found that the perception of usefulness variable (X1) did not has significant influence partially, instead Perceived Ease (X2) has significant influence partially on student intention in utilizing e-learning Application Edmodo (Y).
