Abstract

This research to examine the influence of Good Corporate Governance, which includes managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board composition and audit quality of company value proxied by Tobin's Q. The number of samples in this study are 21 manufacturing companies, especially the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 and 2015. Analysis method of this research using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that managerial ownership and board of commissioner have no significant effect to company value, while institutional ownership and audit quality have significant effect to company value.

Abstract

This study aims to verify and analyze the effect of tax minimization, tunneling incentive and bonus mechanisms against the decision of transfer pricing. The population in this study are all companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange unless the moving company financial sector during the period 2013-2015. While the sampling process using purposive sampling method and sample obtained as many as 132 companies. Tax minimization proxied using ETR (effective tax rate), tunneling incentive proxied using the percentage of foreign ownership above 20%, and a mechanism that is measured by the percentage of net profit in year t to the year t-1. This research is a quantitative research and data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the company's annual report in 2013-2015 sourced from www.idx.co.id. This study data analysis using logistic regression with SPSS 21.0. The results of this study indicate that tax minimization variables influence the decision of transfer pricing. This study also shows that the tunneling incentive effect on transfer pricing decisions. While the variable bonus mechanism does not affect the decision of transfer pricing.

Abstract

This research aimed is knowing and analyzing the effect of personality character on the employees’performance in PT PembangkitanJawa – Bali Unit Pembangkitan Brantas Karangkates. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation of employees in PT Pembangkitan Jawa – Bali Unit Pembangkitan Brantas of human resources with 28 employees as the sample. The analysis used simple inear regression. The results of the study show that personality character have a significant influence on employee performance. The result of R2 determination coefficient test was 0.442, meaning that the effect of personality character on the employee performance was 44.2%,and the remaining 55.8% was affected by other variables not discussed in this research

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find solutions and determine the strategies of Fur Market traders in order to increase their sales turnover. The methodology of this research is the method of solving problems using qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis by making direct observations or observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the SWOT analysis of traders at the Semarang Fur Market are in a growth strategy which is designed to achieve growth in sales, capital or profits or a combination of the three. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Soft Skill dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja. Analisis data dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu menggunakan deskriptif dan anilasis jalur (path analysis). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 90 karyawan perusahaan di Wilayah Kab. Pasuruan, dengan pengambilan sampel secara random. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peubah Soft Skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peubah Kinerja Peubah Soft Skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peubah Komitmen Peubah Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peubah Kinerja serta besarnya pengaruh total 72,5%.AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of soft skill and commitment to performance. The data analysis used in this study were descriptive and path analysis. The samples of this research were 90 employees in Subdistrict Pasururan with a random sample. The results showed that the variable soft skill positively and significantly affected on the variable commitment and the variable commitment significantly affected on the variable performance by 72.5%.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to analyze an effect of motivation, ability dan organizational commitment to operational nurse’s performance at Malang Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital. The object of this study is the 67 operational nurse’s at Malang Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital. All of the nurses became the respondents. Research data were analyzed with the technique of multiple linear regression by using SPSS 11,5 software. The research resulted that the multiple coefficient regression showed that there was simultaneously significant influence among independent variables to dependent variable. This meant that variables of motivation, ability and organizational commitment significantly influenced the nurse’s performance.

Abstract

The role of entrepreneurship in development is able to absorb labor so that it will have an impact on a country's economic growth. For this reason, the role of entrepreneurship must continue to be developed in order to increase the country's economy and national security and not be dependent on other countries. This shows that small businesses can be used as an opportunity for people to create jobs. . The objectives in this study are: (1) To examine the partial effect between capital factors, independence and family factors on entrepreneurship in entrepreneurship? (2) To examine the simultaneous effect between capital factors, independence and family factors on women in entrepreneurship. The population in this study was UMKM Posdaya under the guidance of STIEMalangkucecwara. The results show that there is a significant and simultaneous influence between capital factors, independence and family factors on entrepreneurship in business people. Furthermore, which has the greatest influence is the capital factor variable that is equal to 0.522

Abstract

This research was aimed to make an inventory card in terms to improve the process of stock-taking materials at Ramanda Beauty Shop Ampeldento, Malang. This research was an action research with 4 stages such as from Plan, Action, Observation, and also Reflection. The data was collected by interview method. To make sure that the owner of Ramanda Beauty Shop are able to use inventory card easily, researcher use a Technology Acceptance Model questionaire. The result of this research was the owner feel helped by the inventory card to record and inventarize the raw materials easily, because each time when there was a raw materials arrived, it must be recorded on the card, and if the employee wants to use the raw materials, the employee must update the card, so the movement of raw materials becomes more controlled and it can reduce excessive expends from the business owner's side.

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the factors in the Internet Crisis Potential (ICP) model of ICP management in companies in Indonesia. The research suggestions used are survey research methods, through primary data collection obtained directly from original sources through oral and written questions. While this type of research is explanatory research / explanatory research that explains the causal relationship / causes between the research variables with hypothesis testing. The object of this research is companies in Indonesia that implement crisis management through the Internet. The population in this study are all companies from the Information Technology Department and corporate communication departments from various business sectors in Indonesia. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The result of the equation Y = 4.930 - 0.030X1 + 0.106X2 - 0.337X3 + 0.360X4. The result of the Adjusted R Square determination coefficient test is 0.219%, and that partially the views and experiences regarding the preparation of "dark sites" had a significant influence on the management of good ICP practices. Meanwhile, factors that jointly supported towards good ICP Management Practices.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan arsip di Politeknik Negeri Malang berupa sistem penyimpanan dan penemuan kembali arsip guna menunjang efektivitas pengawasan arsip data pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada bagian Kepegawaian dengan subyek arsip data pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan prosedur pengelolaan arsip data pegawai di Politeknik Negeri Malang ini masih terdapat masalah, yaitu penyimpanan yang masih kurang tertata secara runtut karena tidak diberi kode di setiap dokumen sehingga mempersulit penemuan kembali arsip. Dari hasil perhitungan angka kecermatan arsip masih 1,35% yang berarti pengawasan arsip masih belum efektif.
