Abstract

AbstrakKajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keabsahan tindakan bisnis e-commerce yang ditinjau dari hukum perjanjian di Indonesia khususnya Buku Ke III Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata), dan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen dalam transaksi e-commerce. Hasil kajian ini bahwa kontrak dalam perdagangan melalui internet (e-commerce) telah memenuhi beberapa aspek hukum perjanjian dalam Buku Ke III Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata mengenai syarat sahnya perjanjian. Meskipun pemenuhan terhadap unsur kedewasaan sebagai syarat kecakapan tidak dapat terpenuhi, kontrak dalam e-commerce tetap sah dan mengikat sepanjang para pihak tidak mempermasalahkannya. Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen (UUPK) dan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UUITE) telah mampu memberikan perlindungan hukum yang memadai bagi konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi melalui e-commerce, perlindungan hukum tersebut terlihat dalam ketentuan-ketentuan UUPK dan UUITE dimana kedua peraturan tersebut telah mengatur mengenai penggunaan data pribadi konsumen, syarat sahnya suatu transaksi e-commerce, penggunaan CA (Certification Authority), dan mengatur mengenai perbuatan yang dilarang bagi pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan dan memproduksi barang dan jasa. AbstractThis paper aims to determine the validity of the e-commerce business action viewed from the agreement laws in Indonesia, especially Book III of Civil Code and consumer legal protection laws in the commercial transaction. The results concludes that the contract in internet trading (e-commerce) has fulfilled some aspects of contract law in Book III of Civil Code regarding the validity of the agreement terms despite fulfillment of the elements of maturity as prerequisite skills can’t be met, the contract in the e-commerce continue to be valid and binding on all the parties as long as they are not put into dispute. Consumers Protection Law(UUPK)and Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UUITE) have been able to give adequate protection for the consumers in conducting transactions through e-commerce. The legal protection is reflected in the provisions of UUPK and UUITE, inwhich both rules regulate the use of consumers personal data, the validity requirements of e-commerce transactions, the use of CA (Certification Authority) and also regulate the actions that are prohibited for business to market and produce good and services.

Abstract

The aim of this study is determine the effect of leadership style and self motivation on student academic achievement. In order to obtain a comprehensive picture, the object of the research was all first and second level students both D3 and D4 Business Administration Department of the State Polytechnic of Malang. The results are expected to be used as input related to leadership style and self motivation towards student academic achievement.The concept of HR policies studied also needs to be understood by academics. For this reason, the results of this study will also be published in accredited scientific journals. Besides that, it needs to be realized in the form of teaching materials so it can be used as a reference in the teaching and learning process at the Business Administration Department of the State Polytechnic of Malang.

Abstract

Community Service Activities was held on August 26, 2017 in Puri Nirwana Pandanwangi Jl Kalisari Gang Makam RT 03 RW 03 Pandanwangi Blimbing, Malang. This activity is divided into several namely the preparation stage includes the preparation of places and events, the stage of delivery of materials, the discussion phase, and the closing stage. The goal is to open the participants' awareness on the importance of household financial management for the future of the family, strengthen the commitment to discipline in managing expenditure, strengthening the relationship between State Polytechnic of Malang with society at large. Success in the community service is apparent after the socialization event is completed that some residents proposed to be held monthly arisan as a substitute to save in the bank and strengthen the relationship between housing residents. All participants are quite easy in understanding the material provided.

Abstract

Dasawisma "LELY 1" RT 08 RW. 05 Bandungrejosari Malang, is a group of mothers of households, which is its main task as the wife is to manage all revenue/receipt of either acceptance or not of the regular routine and expenses routine or daily routine no expenditure for the purposes of his family. The problem of mothers group Dasawisma "LELY 1" the existence of the outposts are over budget so that the financial deficit occurs at the end of the month or the existence of unmet needs. The condition of the above could have been avoided if the management of the fund families done with proper planning. One of the proposed to mothers PKK is Financial management training. Problems found a) lack of understanding of the importance of family financial management, b) lack of knowledge and skills in family financial management in planning and achieving financial goals. The solutions offered are a) Increased knowledge and skills of family financial management, financial management training b) family. The fundamental contribution of the partners is a) Extension of the importance of Family financial management, b) Sharing and discussion of experience in financial management, family c family financial management Training), e) Mentoring of family financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the archive storage procedure for fluency work at PT Astra International Tbk-Auto 2000 Sutoyo Malang. In conducting this observation, researchers used qualitative methods, used to solve problems experienced by describing the condition of the current research object based on real facts. Data sources in this study are primary data sources collected through observations and interviews and secondary data sources collected from supporting books in this observation. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of files archiving procedures has not been done optimally and effective, the factor has not been done maximally due to lack of insight to index, mark and record incoming and outgoing mail using the agenda book. The absence of a special officer who handles the archives in the archives keeps administrative staff from doing double the work of other workers.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to ascertain how digital entrepreneurship strategies are applied by online business organizations in West Java from an Islamic perspective. This is a field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive qualitative approaches. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature searches. Data analysis approaches make use of inventory or data collection, identification, analysis, and interpretation. The study's conclusions show that the four tenets of client orientation, transparency, fair competition, and fairness serve as the foundation for the digital entrepreneurship strategy employed by online business firms in West Java. The customer-oriented philosophy is first put into practice by providing polite, soft, and friendly service and by always being prepared to offer solutions. Second, the concept of openness is put into practice, and product specifications are truly communicated. Third, the idea of fair competition is put into practice through prompt delivery, no-cost advice, special offers, and higher-quality products. Fourth, the concept of fairness is put into practice by treating customers fairly and providing them with benefits.

Abstract

UMKM adalah perusahaan dengan modal kecil dan sedikit karyawan, yang sebagian besar bekerja di industri dalam negeri. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai finansial para pelaku UMKM UD ALFATH yang beroperasi dengan merek "Kue Blok Susu" di industri makanan. Terdapat beberapa masalah yang dihadapi antara lain Manajemen Bisnis yang kurang profesional sehingga tidak dapat mengembangkan pemasaran, masalah Mitra dari aspek pemasaran adalah salah satunya Branding. Usaha mitra adalah di bidang penjualan kue basah rasa cokelat dan/atau brownies, berlokasi di daerah Kepuharjo Kabupaten Malang, Mitra telah menjalankan usaha sejak tahun 2019, Tidak ada kemasan atau materi pemasaran yang mengidentifikasi produk Mitra. Dirasa penting untuk menawarkan bantuan agar UMKM UD ALFATH dalam hal ini merupakan pelaku usaha UMKM agar dapat terus bersaing dan dapat membuka prospek pekerjaan yang lebih luas mengingat lingkungan bisnis yang saat ini semakin kompetitif seiring dengan kondisi pandemi yang sempat menghambat bisnis. Pembuatan video promosi yang sejalan dengan produk dan merek produk, serta peningkatan dan pemasaran produk UMKM, beserta optimalisasi sertifikat halal merupakan hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini. Ini akan memungkinkan merek yang dikembangkan untuk menarik minat publik terhadap barang-barang UMKM dan mendorong mereka untuk melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

Sejarah bangsa ini penuh dengan kisah kekerasan dalam masyarakat, terutama dalam keluarga. Konsep budaya patriakhi, yang sekarang menjadi masalah global, telah menyebabkan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga menjadi masalah yang lama. Untuk mencegah dan menghentikan KDRT, ada UU No. 23 tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga. Namun, banyak anggota masyarakat yang belum memahami ketentuan-ketentuan dalam undang-undang tersebut. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan, sosialisasi, atau penyadaran hukum tentang cara menghentikan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga agar rumah tangga tetap harmonis dan sejahtera. Melihat banyaknya kasus KDRT yang terjadi di masyarakat tidak dapat dibiarkan begitu saja; perlu ada tindakan. Meskipun demikian, mencegah dan melindungi korban KDRT tidaklah sesederhana yang diucapkan. Karena berbicara tentang KDRT tidak selalu menjadi topik yang sensitif, mensosialisasikan dan menangani KDRT akhirnya menjadi masalah yang unik yang rumit dan kompleks. Para pengurus PPK pedusunan Seturan dan para peserta PPM menanggapi kegiatan sosialisasi pencegahan KDRT ini dengan positif dan antusias. Ini terbukti dengan banyaknya pertanyaan dan diskusi yang muncul setelah tim PPM menyampaikan ceramah. Selain itu, para peserta sangat tertarik dalam berlatih memecahkan kasus nyata, yang membuat mereka tidak beranjak dan tetap mengikuti kegiatan sampai selesa

Abstract

Sustainable branding is a socially and environmentally responsible approach for companies in the modern era. This research aims to analyze the role of sustainable branding in building a positive brand reputation and influencing purchasing decisions. The research method employs a literature review to integrate knowledge from various relevant sources. The discussion's outcomes indicate that consumer awareness of environmental issues is increasing, driving the demand for sustainable products. Sustainable branding strategies aid in establishing a favorable brand image among environmentally conscious consumers. Despite implementation challenges, innovation and ethics emerge as key factors to overcome these hurdles. In conclusion, sustainable branding plays a crucial role in cultivating a positive brand reputation and influencing purchasing decisions. Companies need to adapt to consumer trends and environmental concerns to achieve long-term success and amplify positive impacts on society and the environment.

Abstract

The government has carried out the task of simplifying several laws through the ratification of Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 11 of 2020 regarding Job Creation. This initiative aims to encourage investment and increase employment opportunities. A number of articles of the old law have been amended or deleted by this regulation. One of the laws in question is Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries. In addition, Law Number 45 of 2009 is an amendment to Law Number 31 of 2004. This study applies a normative legal research methodology, where this type of research refers to scientific investigations of legal issues by conducting research through library sources or data related to secondary license issued by the OSS Institution through an integrated electronic system. This research approach is characterized by consideration of the risk-based licensing process, not only based on licensing criteria. Apart from the main goal of increasing user convenience, individuals with limited educational levels, such as fishermen, may face challenges when trying to access the OSS system. The application and implementation of criminal law as the main legal remedy poses its own challenges. Therefore, the utilization of the criminal justice system as a means to eradicate fish theft is mainly used as a final remedy (ultimum remedium). While other sanctions, such as administrative sanctions and actions, are generally used as the main means of law enforcement.
