Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu unsur penilaian konsumen/nasabah terhadap perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa. Pelayanan yang berkualitas dapat diwujudkan dengan sikap yang jujur, melayani dengan rendah hati dan tidak meremehkan konsumen, dalam pelayanan menggunakan pedoman Islam. Dari segi pemahaman produk mahasiswa FEBI UIN Ar-Raniry dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang sama mempunyai pemahaman yang sama mengenai Bank Syariah, faktanya pemahaman mahasiswa banyak yang mengetahui. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Ar-Raniry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan pemahaman produk terhadap minat menabung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan terhadap 100 responden yang sebelumnya ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis data, maka digunakan Uji validitas, reliabilitas, Uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda serta uji F(simultan) dan uji T (Parsial). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel kualitas pelayanan dan pemahaman produk secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung mahasiswa FEBI UIN Ar-Raniry pada Bank Syariah Indonesia karena memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000< 0,05. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa nilai R2 (R square) sebesar 0,703 yang berarti 70,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa minat menabung mahasiswa FEBI pada Bank Syariah Indonesia dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan pemahaman produk . Abstract

Pondok pesantren menjadi salah satu institusi pendidikan yang berperan penting dan ikut andil dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Pesantren dikenal lembaga yang hanya memberikan pengetahuan agama (mengaji) dan akhlaq, serta mencetak generasi alumni memiliki skill entrepreneurship yang baik. Al Mawaddah merupakan salah satu lembaga pesantren di Kudus yang sudah terealisasikannya program entrepreneur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetetahui peran pesantren Al Mawaddah dalam menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur santri agar mencetak generasi alumni memiliki kemampuan kewirausahaan yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi dengan bukti dokumentasi serta diolah dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pondok pesantren mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan santri, dapat dilihat dari kemandirian secara financial yaitu tidak boleh menerima uang saku dari orangtuanya. Selain itu jumlah 100an alumni yang memiih berwirausaha dan dapat memperkerjakan orang lain. Dengan memperbanyak jenis program dan usaha di pesantren, santri dapat meningkatkan skill dan menumbuhkembangkan jiwa wirausaha sesuai dengan kemampuan yang akan mereka asah. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak disini diperlukan seperti pemerintah, masyarakat, kemampuan bakat tiap santri, orang terdekat, modal, terlebih kepada pesantren dalam memberikan motivasi agar semangat para santri tidak naik turun selama proses pembelajaran di pesantren. Oleh karena itu diharapkan para santri memiliki bekal ilmu wirausaha dan tidak buta akan peluang yang ada setelah keluar dari pesantren baik pada dunia kerja online ataupun offline, sekaligus dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi orang lain. Abstract

The aim of this research was to examine the expenses and revenue of the Annisa Bakery Gontor Putri Campus 1 business division. A qualitative descriptive method was utilized, employing a case study approach at the Mantingan branch of the Annisa Bakery Business Unit located in Ngawi, East Java. Data was collected through financial records encompassing both costs and sales generated during a single production cycle. The findings of this study reveal that the average monthly revenue obtained by the Annisa Bakery business unit amounted to IDR 46,336,500, while the total expenses incurred by the business unit amounted to IDR 18,817,500. Moreover, the analysis indicates that the bread business conducted by the Annisa Bakery business unit is considered feasible, as the R/C ratio exceeds 1, with a value of 3.40.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri perbankan syariah telah memainkan peranan penting dalam perbankan indonesia. Beberapa penelitian mengukur tingkat pertumbuhan bank berdasarkan dari efisiensi produktifitas. Namun, mengabaikan unsur religiusitas sebagai variabel yang secara tidak langsung juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja bank. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan tingkat efisiensi dan refleksivitas bank syariah indonesia periode 2019-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data envelopment analysis (dea) dikombinasikan dengan Hahslm;salat teori untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi dan refleksivitas bank syariah indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi bank syariah indonesia meningkat secara siginifikan dengan nilai 23% periode 2020-2021. Pada uji Hahslm;salat juga mengalami peningkatan 90% pada periode yang sama. Dengan demikian perhitungan kombinasi tingkat efisiensi dengan nilai bobot shalat akan membuktikan keselarasan antara nilai keagamaan dengan tingkat efisiensi kinerja pada bank. Nilai pengaruh sholat tahun 2020 sebesar 0,0008% dan pada tahun 2021 sebesar 0,207%. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi kenaikan drastis pada nilai pengaruh shalat dari tahun 2020 ke tahun 2021.

Abstract

In Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim population of 237.55 million people, the increasing Muslim population in Jambi city has driven the demand for halal products, particularly halal food and beverages, which are essential needs for the Muslim community. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of halal certification, production processes, and raw materials on consumer purchasing intentions towards food and beverage products from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME). MSME are considered as a highly potential research subject in this study as they contribute to the economic livelihood of the community in Jambi city. The research methodology employed in this study is Multiple Linear Regression, with a sample of 100 respondents and data analysis conducted using Eviews 10 software. The findings of this research confirm that halal certification and production processes significantly influence consumer purchasing intentions towards food and beverage products from MSME. However, the variable related to raw materials does not have a significant impact when analyzed separately. Therefore, MSME engaged in food and beverage production should obtain halal certification, pay attention to their production processes, and consider the quality of their raw materials to enhance consumer purchasing power for their products. Abstract

Urgensi pembangunan berkelanjutan di dunia merupakan ide terbentuknya tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) yang bersinergi lintas ekonomi, inklusi sosial, ketahanan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan serta pemerintahan yang baik untuk setiap bangsa, negara dan semua individu pada tahun 2030 mendatang. Menjadi sebuah evidensial, desa sebagai subjek identifikasi berbagai macam konflik pembangunan. SDGs desa merupakan solusi dari akar persoalan pembangunan tersebut. Lalu bagaimana dana zakat diberdayakan untuk SDGs desa? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemberdayaan dana zakat yang lebih terfokus pada subsidi input dan penyediaan fasilitas bagi mustahik di pedesaan sehingga distribusi dana zakat memiliki nilai manfaat lebih khususnya berkontribusi untuk pencapaian SDGs desa di Indonesia dalam jangka panjang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan (literature review). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa lima goals pertama yang termasuk kedalam pilar pembangunan sosial menjadi sebuah target goals yang dapat dicapai melalui pemberdayaan dana zakat khususnya di pedesaan. Pada goals tanpa kemiskinan dan goals tanpa kelaparan, dana zakat dapat dialokasikan pada subsidi input untuk menciptakan kemandirian ekonomi. Goals kehidupan sehat dan sejahtera melalui pemberdayaan dana zakat dapat direalisasikan untuk membangun tempat pelayanan kesehatan atau menyediakan fasilitas kesehatan untuk masyarakat desa yang sehat dan sejahtera. Goals pendidikan berkualitas melalui pemberdayaan dana zakat yaitu berupa fasilitas yang baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, memberikan kenyamanan dan motivasi belajar yang tinggi. Goals kesetaraan gender dapat direalisasikan dalam bentuk gerakan. Dana zakat dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan fasilitas maupun pelayanan untuk kesehatan reproduksi, advokasi atas kekerasan perempuan, dan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk peningkatan skill perempuan.

Abstract

Rice Farming Business Insurance (AUTP) is social insurance implemented by the government to provide benefits to its people, where this insurance can help rice farmers who experience losses due to attacks by plant organisms, outbreaks of infectious diseases, and other disturbances that cause crop failure for farmers. In general, the concept of Sharia AUTP can be carried out following the existing AUTP, but it needs to be adjusted to the basic principles of Sharia insurance. This study aims to identify and analyze the Strengths and Opportunities as well as the Weaknesses and Threats of the development of Rice Farming Business Insurance in Aceh Besar. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the development of sharia insurance for rice farming is in quadrant III which illustrates that sharia insurance for rice farming has a huge opportunity to develop in Aceh Besar, but on the other hand, it also experiences some internal weaknesses. The strategy that can be utilized in the development of sharia insurance for rice farming is the WO strategy, namely 1) Increasing the socialization of sharia insurance for rice farming to the public to increase farmers' interest in insurance, 2) The government needs to make special regulations governing sharia insurance for rice farming. Abstract

Halal food products circulating in Indonesia vary greatly in terms of variety, price, and quality. The choice of food products has a significant impact on health. This study aims to understand and analyze the factors that influence the preferences of Muslim housewives to choose halal food in Palu City. This type of research is field using quantitative descriptive method with simple random sampling with a sample size of 99 selected respondents. The research findings highlight the variables of religiosity, income, and education affect the preferences of Muslim housewives to choose halal food products, while age has no effect. The results of this study are religiosity, age, income, and education affect both partially and simultaneously on the preferences of Muslim housewives choosing food. The most dominant factor is education because education provides a basis for knowledge about food selection and provides an understanding of the implications for health so that education forms a frame of mind that makes health a major consideration in choosing food.

Abstract

Non-Performing Financing (NPF) is one of the indicators in evaluating bank performance. Financing products with murabaha contracts are one of the products that dominate the Islamic banking industry where the percentage of its NPF will also affect profits. This study examines the strategy implemented by one of the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Area Office in Aceh Province towards Murabaha NPF from two perspectives, risk management and Fatwa DSN-MUI using a descriptive approach. The results conclude that in handling NPF, banks begin with negotiation/mediation approach, then gradually rescheduling, restructuring, reconditioning, execution of collateral/auctions and litigation. Those steps are in accordance with risk management concept in terms of preventing NPF and consistent with Fatwa DSN-MUI in terms of NPF settlement. However, among the obstacles are bad character debtors so that the settlement process will take a long period of time and keep being suspended. This is certainly a significant viewpoint for banks that educating and socializing the management of financing must be explained from the beginning and ensure that debtors understand all related applicable bank regulations. Abstract

The development of Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS), particularly Islamic banks, in Indonesia has seen significant growth, especially following the enactment of Law No. 21 of 2008 on Islamic Banking and Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 2 of 2008 on Shariah Economic Dispute Resolution. With the increasing number of institutions operating based on Shariah principles, various new issues related to Shariah compliance have arisen.Fatwas issued by the DSN-MUI hold legal authority in determining Shariah aspects in the economy, including banking. On the other hand, Shariah Economic Dispute Resolution (KHES) plays a role as a social control tool to manage practices not compliant with Islamic commercial law, especially in economics. This research, a descriptive qualitative study with a normative sociological approach, utilizes codified legal sources like KHES and DSN-MUI fatwas. The results suggest that, from a sociological perspective, KHES was developed as a response to the evolving landscape of Shariah economic practices requiring a legal framework. Stakeholders in Shariah economics and finance are expected to actively contribute to its improvement. DSN-MUI fatwas, in a social context, provide a solution for addressing non-compliant financial institutions, reconciling differences among scholars, and promoting Islamic principles in economics and finance.
