Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to test and empirically analyze the effect of job involvement on job satisfaction and employee performance Design/methodology/approach - The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study consisted of 127 employees of representatives of the National Population and Family Planning Agency of Central Kalimantan Province. Determination of the sample using proportional sampling technique. The data analysis process uses the help of SmartPLS 3.3.2 Findings - shows that Job Involvement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance in the BKKBN of Central Kalimantan Province

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh empowering leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai  dan motivasi intrinsik. Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan - Metode penelitian yang digunakan asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 188 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) diluar pimpinan jabatan tinggi (Pejabat) pada komplek perkantoran pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling. Proses analisis data menggunakan bantuan SmartPLS 3.2.8 Hasil penelitian - menunjukkan bahwa empowering leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan motivasi intrinsik pada pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to provide an empirical explanation of the effect of work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. Design/Methodology/Approach- The research method used is descriptive-quantitative. The population of all employees of Education Office of Palangka Raya City found 116 people with a sample consisting of 90 respondents with simple random sampling technique. Analyzed with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. Finding- Showes that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and on employee performance in the Education Office of Palangka Raya City.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine how much influence Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment have on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Betang Asi CU employees at Palangka Raya Head Office. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 34 respondents. The analytical techniques in this study include descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Finding - The results of the Smart-PLS analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality Dimensions consisting of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty on Customer Loyalty in Wash Up Laundry Palangka Raya. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research method uses an explanatory approach with survey techniques, the number of samples in this study is 60 respondents, while the data analysis technique in this study was to use descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis techniques. Findings - The results showed that the Service Quality Dimensions consisting of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Wash Up Laundry Palangka Raya. And the results of the descriptive analysis state that the respondents agree with the indicators proposed.

Abstract

Purpose, - This research was conducted to determine the most effective use of the raw material inventory method for Zidane Meubel, by comparing the method used by the company to the Just In Time (JIT) method. Desain/methodology/appoach, - This study uses a quantitative descriptive method so that it describes the data with numbers. Findings, - From the analysis using the Just In Time system, it can be concluded that the Just In Time system is more efficient in calculating the total cost of inventory Zidane Meubel.cost savings obtained were Rp 2.095.684,71 from initial invetory Rp 2.900.000.

Abstract

Purpose, - This study aims to determine how much influence the trading frequency, trading volume, and market capitalization either partially or simultaneously on stock returns in the tourism sector listed on the IDX. Design/methodology/approach, - The approach used is a quantitative approach and uses secondary data. This study uses panel data analysis techniques (data pool) using Microsoft Excel, and Eviews 9. The population and sample in this study are all companies in the tourism sector that have been listed on the BEI, totaling 5 companies, and the sample in this study are 4 companies from the tourism sector that have been selected based on criteria using purposive sampling technique. Findings, - The results showed that: 1) Partially with the t-test stated that the trading frequency variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, trading volume and market capitalization variables have a negative and significant effect on stock returns; 2) Simultaneously with the F-test states that the independent variables (trading frequency, trading volume, and market capitalization) have a significant effect on the stock return variable
