Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine how much influence Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment have on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Betang Asi CU employees at Palangka Raya Head Office. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 34 respondents. The analytical techniques in this study include descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Finding - The results of the Smart-PLS analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and innovative work behaviour on employee performance, as well as investigate the mediating effect of innovative work behaviour on the relationship between organizational culture and transformational leadership style on employee performance in the Archives and Libraries Office of North Barito Regency.The research method used is an explanatory quantitative approach with data collection using survey methods. The population in this study were all employees, except for the Head of the Archives and Libraries Office of North Barito Regency, which totalled 46 (forty-six) employees, both civil servants and honorary staff. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 43 Archives and Libraries Office employees of North Barito Regency—data analysis using SPSS and Smart PLS statistical applications. The results of the research in this study can be concluded (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Organizational Culture has no significant effect on innovative work behaviour; (4) The transformational leadership style has no significant effect on innovative work behaviour; (5) Innovative work behaviour has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Innovative work behaviour has not been able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; (7) Innovative work behaviour has not been able to mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of perceived use, efficiency, and effectiveness on the ease of ordering train e-ticketing. The level of acceptance of technology can be known and analyzed using TAM theory. The analytical method used to examine the effect of perception is partial multiple linear regression where respondents numbered 128 and some accompanying characteristics. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and measurement of data using a Likert scale. The study results stated that train service users considered that the existence of an application and ticket booking through e-ticketing provided convenience in ordering train tickets. Besides being easy to use, it is also effective because of the several amenities it offers. However, other results show that they are different, namely efficient, where e-ticketing does not offer a cheaper price, meaning that the price is the same as ordering tickets manually.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas promosi pangan lokal melalui program Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting (DASHAT) dalam menurunkan angka stunting guna mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kalimantan Tengah sebagai wilayah penyangga Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan teknik deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di lingkungan Sekretariat Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah c.q BKKBN Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dan pengelola DASHAT di enam kabupaten/kota dengan prevalensi stunting tertinggi dan terendah berdasarkan Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) 2023. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi pangan lokal melalui DASHAT telah berjalan efektif dan memenuhi unsur-unsur teori pemasaran sosial (social marketing). Kelompok pengelola DASHAT memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap penurunan prevalensi stunting di wilayahnya. Hal ini diperkuat oleh data Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2024 yang menunjukkan penurunan prevalensi stunting di Kalimantan Tengah sebesar 1,4%, dari 23,5% pada tahun 2023 menjadi 22,1% pada tahun 2024. Penurunan ini juga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Keluarga (iBangga) dari 62,60 pada tahun 2023 menjadi 62,72 pada tahun 2024. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan keberhasilan pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui dimensi ketentraman, kemandirian, dan kebahagiaan, serta mencakup empat pilar utama pembangunan berkelanjutan yaitu sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan, serta hukum dan tata kelola.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy through the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Snack Video application and live streaming agencies to increase revenue, and identify its strengths and weaknesses. With a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the study found that the implementation of the MoU had a significant impact on increasing agency revenue through four main indicators: Agency Revenue & Recruitment Task to recruit new hosts, Agency Host Active Task to increase host activity through training and incentives, Agency's Old Valid Host Task to maintain the loyalty of old hosts, and Agency Revenue Level Upgrade Task which reflects the optimal results of other strategies. The advantages of this strategy include effective incentives for host recruitment and activity, duration-based training, and a strong loyalty scheme. However, its weaknesses include complicated host validation, dependence on incentives, competition between agencies, and high revenue targets. The proposed solutions are marketing strategy diversification, service innovation, community strengthening, and market expansion. This study emphasizes the importance of simplifying the validation process and reducing dependence on incentives, while offering insights to improve the partnership model in the live streaming industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of raw material inventory control in a home-based cake production industry in Palangka Raya through the application of the MRP method. The main issue faced is inefficiency in inventory management, leading to an accumulation of raw materials and increased storage costs. Therefore, a method is needed to optimize raw material orders so that they align more closely with production needs. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach, using demand forecasting techniques with the Linear Regression method, which has been proven to have a lower error value compared to other methods. The MRP analysis is conducted using the LFL, EOQ, and POQ techniques. The findings indicate that the POQ method results in the lowest total inventory cost of Rp3,969,500, making it more efficient than the LFL and EOQ methods. These results demonstrate that the implementation of MRP can enhance the efficiency of raw material inventory management, reduce storage costs, and minimize the risk of overstocking. This study contributes by providing an MRP-based solution for home industries and small-medium enterprises (SMEs) to optimize inventory management. Furthermore, it serves as a reference for future research in the fields of inventory control and supply chain management.
