Rainwater harvesting is implemented appropriately by striving to use costs that are quite cheap and efficient, but still has many benefits for meeting clean water needs. In this study, the rainwater harvesting model to be analyzed was using the cistern method. The advantage is that it is easier to apply, the amount of water collected is quite large, and it does not require a large area of land. By implementing a culture of harvesting rainwater, can get several benefits, including reducing runoff which can prevent the UTU campus area from inundation and flooding. The average volume of rainwater that can be harvested using a 5-year return period is 110581.12 liter/day with an average volume of water requirements of 7452.09 liters/day. From the results of the rainwater harvesting analysis, it can be concluded that this method is capable of being applied where the analysis results show that the harvested rainwater can meet the water needs of users on the Teuku Umar University campus. In the future, it will be planning where the excess water stored in the cistern will be channeled into infiltration wells to maintain groundwater sources sustainably.

In everyday life, it is not uncommon when we hear the sound of chanting the holy verses of the Al Al Qur’an which are read in mosques before prayer time or in other conditions we seem interested in knowing what Surah and which verse is being recited. This is due to the love of Muslims themselves for the Al Qur’an but not all Muslims memorize the entire contents of the Al Qur’an . Based on the limitations and the magnitude of curiosity about Surah and Verse information, the writer is interested in developing a computer system that can recognize and provide information on the recited Surah and Verse. Advances in computer technology not only make it easier for humans to carry out activities. One of the human intelligences that are planted into computer technology is to recognize the verses of the Al Al Qur’an Surah Al-Falaq through voice. Ada-Boost method is one method to identify or recognize voice classification, and by using this method the success rate in recognizing verse numbers reaches 72%. This system can only recognize the number of verses of the Al Al Qur’an Surah Al-Falaq, recorded sound files with the .wav file extension and built using the Delphi programming language.

Smart devices have become an essential part of human life with a bunch of modern features and facilities. Even in health care, health management, education, and the science sector use intelligent devices for their convenience. With the assertion of its wellness, people forget its downside and treating smart devices as their primary need. Whereas smart devices are tracking and collecting all user movements, including interest, boredom, and daily activity. As the data remain store in vendors' servers, and lightweight smart devices follow weak security, so data leakage also makes the data available to unauthorized parties. This sensitive data uses by vendors and third-party for business and various purposes to influence and manipulate human behavior by showing content mapping to the collected data. Because of the huge involvement of the user in smart-device, marketing strategy also changed a lot. Digital marketing has been introduced and become a key to success for many businesses where a particular content/advertisement can be mapped to particular leads. The next move of a user on the internet is shaping by applying numerous strategies based on previously collected data. In the era of smart devices, our personal life and personal data are not remaining personal anymore. This paper illustrates the systematic process of collecting and using data for manipulating human behavior. The raise of human behavior manipulation has been explained and an exploratory survey is imputed to strongly support the research statement.

One factor can trigger the growth and development of cancer cells is free radicals that are from carcinogenic compounds such as dimethylbenz (α) anthracene (DMBA). The use of plant extracts as a preventive or curative in cases of tumors/cancer has been reported, however there is no reports about the in vivo study for Sphagneticola trilobata plant. S. trilobata is an herbal plant that has pharmacological activities, potential to be developed as anticancer agent. This study aims to examine the anticancer effect of the methanol extract of S. trilobata leaves using histology observation on Wistar rat (Rattus novergicus) kidney which was induced by 7,12 dimethylbenz [α] anthracene (DMBA). The study used a completely randomized design with female rats (15 rats) grouped into 5 treatment groups, namely (i) the normal treatment group (KN), (ii) the DMBA-only treatment group (negative control, K(-)), (iii) the first dose (200 mg / kg BW) treatment group (KI), (iv) the second dose (300 mg / kg BW) treatment group (KII), and (v) the third dose (400 mg / kg BW) treatment group (KIII). DMBA was given orally at a concentration of 18 mg / kg BW for 4 times then continued for the extract. The results showed that cell damages (degeneration, necrosis and inflammation) were found mostly in negative controls. The dosage of 200 mg / kg BW of S. trilobata extract was the optimum dose in this study which was able to inhibit histological damage of kidney organs exposed to carcinogens DMBA by decreasing the level of degeneration, necrosis and inflammation.

Concrete is a composite building material made from a combination of aggregate and cement. The limitation of concrete material, in this case, is a fine aggregate (river sand). The utilization of sea sand as an alternative to fine aggregate in the manufacture of concrete is motivated by the availability of sea sand in nature in very large quantities. This study aims to determine the comparison and how much the compressive strength of concrete produced when using sea sand. The test was carried out when the specimens were 7, 14, and 28 days old with the specimens used in this study were concrete cylinders with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The results showed that the use of sea sand as a substitute for fine aggregate showed an average compressive strength in 7 days of 18.86 MPa, an average compressive strength of 14 days of 25.52 MPa, an average compressive strength of 28 days of 29.00 MPa. Then for the average compressive strength value of the use of river sand in 7 days is 17.17 MPa, the average compressive strength of 14 days is 23.24 MPa, the average compressive strength of 28 days is 26.41 MPa.
