Abstract

The insertion or strengthening of anti-corruption values ​​is a step taken by the government to insert anti-corruption values ​​into subjects in schools. The goal is none other than to create an anti-corruption generation from an early age. Anti-corruption education is a strategic study that is guarded in today's educational institutions in Indonesia in particular. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using a phenomenological approach that describes the results of developing a hidden curriculum in order to strengthen or insert anti-corruption values ​​at MIN 1 Banyumas. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis using the Milles and Huberman model. In this study, the insertion of anti-corruption values ​​through the development of a hidden curriculum is manifested in several ways, namely, first, the insertion of anti-corruption values, namely by strengthening honesty, discipline, responsibility and cooperation in positive ways. Second, the hidden curriculum development model used is the grass-roots model, and the three activities that support the insertion of anti-corruption attitudes are activities designed by teachers including classroom cleaning competitions, procurement of self-development books and procurement of anti-corruption pins.

Abstract

The problem of student character or morals is a serious problem for the Indonesian people, the decline in morals and morals that continues to be eroded by the times is one of the impacts of the decline in the character of citizens. The rise of cases of bullying, student brawls, free sex, drugs, motorcycle gangs, to the current Korean wave must be a serious concern and it is necessary to find the best solution to improve the morals and morals of the younger generation. This study aims to obtain information about fostering the moral intelligence of citizens, especially students, carried out by community organizations. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the study found that the community organization in this case, namely IPPNU had various objectives, one of which was to foster the moral intelligence of its members. The moral intelligence that IPPNU wants to achieve and build is universal values, namely the character values ​​of mabadi khairu ummah (character values ​​of being honest, trustworthy and keeping promises, being fair, mutual cooperation, and consistent) and the character of ahlussunnah wal jamaah (values ​​to behave moderately and fairly, to be balanced between humans, nature, and God, and to be tolerant).

Abstract

Fund management is one of the sources of income of Sharia banks. While net profit is the profit obtained by sharia banks after deducting fees. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the revenue of fund management can affect the net profit of Sharia Bank. The scope of the problem is limited to the management of funds in PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method which is research that analyzes data in the form of statistical figures. The data used in this study was obtained from PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk from 2009 to 2013. The analysis techniques used are Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Normality Test. The results showed that fund management revenue significantly affects Net Income. Meanwhile, between fund management revenue and Net Profit there is a strong relationship compared to directly. The point is that if the fund management revenue increases, then the net profit willalso increase.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe an overview of headmaster in the development of an self regulated learning curriculum. This research is a qualitative research with literature study method. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model. Research data obtained from documentation. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) the principal performs the role of supervisor and leader of change in his educational institution, (2) the independent learning curriculum is a student-centered educational program planning, where the education unit has autonomy in curriculum development, (3) the principal Schools have a strategic role in the curriculum development process.

Abstract

This study found that judges' sensitivity to gender issues was still low in the Religious High Court, especially in deciding cases related to husband and wife issues. This is due to the judge's understanding of legal sources and the ability of judges to use legal logic which is still gender-biased. This research is a qualitative study (library research) with descriptive-analytical character, using a juridical approach and a gender approach, in which the researcher will describe and analyze according to the data obtained, in relation to court decisions regarding Domestic Violence (KDRT) using the main data source. namely in the form of decisions of the High Religious Courts related to Domestic Violence (KDRT) taken from the website of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, secondary, primary, and tertiary data and judge interviews as supporting data for the study. Data analysis uses content analysis of court decisions related to Domestic Violence (KDRT). Aims to understand the logic of the judge's decision and analyze the judge's argument on the decision on Domestic Violence (KDRT) from the perspective of gender justice in the Religious High Court. There are three aspects used by judges in deciding cases: 1) legal aspects, 2) philosophical aspects, and 3 social aspects. In addition to these three aspects, judges also use legal logic/judges' ijtihad in the discovery of new laws. The perspective of judges' decisions that are not gender-equitable are characterized by the presence of 1) marginalization of women, 2) subordination, 3) stereotypes, 4) violence, 5) double burden.

Abstract

This study analyzes the pattern of inheritance distribution practices at the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Brebes district. This paper uses the empirical research method with a qualitative approach, in this case, the researcher obtains data by interviewing, observing, and study document. This results in distribution of inheritance at the Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school in Brebes district does not use Islamic law (faraidh science) but uses the practice of grants, this practice does not mean that Kyai and Islamic boarding schools as a source of scientific treasures turn away from Al-Hikmah. Qur'an and Sunnah, however, this method is a mursalah maslahah to avoid conflict among the kyai's family and Islamic boarding school. In this case, the implementation of the distribution of inheritance is based on what was agreed upon by the parties concerned and carried out for maslahah mursalah
